Apparently the Empire is not called the "Empire" in the new movies. It is known as The First Order. I don't know. It sounds way more Sithy than Imperial to me. (and I like that).

SD and X-Wing in the start, then SSD wreckage towards the end....apparently they're going with the EU part of there was more than the Executor.

And I'm avoiding rumor sites from now on....so much speculation on the whole Skywalker narration -

I think it's Domhnall Gleeson speaking about Mark Hamill, then Rey and then to Finn.

or

It could be Luke sounding a bit young, talking in the appropriate pictures (Put earbuds in and listen to the three layers of voices, a female voice, another male voice (deeper) and the top layered voice - yeah I did it.) and end up be referring to Rey.

A hooded figure with a robotic arm, very likely Luke Skywalker, reaches out and lays a hand on R2D2 as John Williams rising score plays in the background
We then see a lightsaber changing hands between two more unseen characters, as the voice finishes: 'You have that power too' - a strong suggestion Luke Skywalker has had a child.
The lightsaber itself looks exactly like the one Luke inherited from Obi Wan Kenobi in A New Hope, but lost when Darth Vader cut off his hand above at the climax of The Empire Strikes Back, suggesting the weapon was somehow retrieved from below Bespin's Cloud City.

Passing it down? We see a lightsaber - which looks exacly like Luke's from A New Hope - being handed over, strongly suggesting Skywalker has had a child



I think it'd be amusing to have had them switch the roles of Luke having twins and what not, maybe Leia and Han having one - who knows. Anyways, my theories and some stuff I found interesting in many reviews.

I do enjoy how they scaled that SSD to the TIE and the Millennium Falcon.
