Handooine & Jabiim is a hard one I will admit but well history can repeat itself and being there near the Silver Sanctum but not receiving aid or help has led the locals who do not forgive or forget to be stubborn rquiring strong diplomatic aid. Handooine is a staging planet, that we could start setting up to host fleets or as a resupply point into the outer reaches of Silver Sanctum space. Our military minded ones should be able to find the old command centers and rebuild them for our purposes while diplomatic ones can go after meeting the people on Jablin. Make sure you bring a coat as it is always raining and thunder storms disabling repulsor tech.

Malachor V & Ziost are two world the Silver Sanctum have had in the past so they have constructed footholds on the worlds that went by the wayside. On Ziost there was a primary research hub to study the world at New Adasta making it a small team. With the battle against the Primeval, I believe they attacked there and left remnants but I would like one of our primes/former primes to confirm [member="Boo Chiyo"].

The story for that world could be feeling emboldened after the news of Ruusan some remnants on the world of the prime rose up to oppose the silver sanctum when they came to the world. while non combative jedi can study and work to construct a new facility to study and monitor the ancient sith worlds. Meanwhile on Malachor V the jedi are retaking the Shadow Temple/Prison and Trayus Academy for the order.

Given how the planet was rebuilt like so many others it has gone back to being livable instead of a twisted world. Explorers can work on it while some who want to can do a Rock style infiltration of the prison to quell a prisoner uprising. The landscape and mountains are begging for being explored with some of the jedi searching for any signs of sithspawn or creatures that could be a danger.

Sucellus is a very nice world described as Alderaan-esque for the Sanctum and it seems peaceful enough with the ore and timber as the people of the world recover from the Gulag Plague. The Netherworld event likely would have taken as much of the population and they would need a few work to recover. Aid and help as well as some information we can get about the world after it was visited by Sanctum members in Indigo Smoke

Hagron's World a follow up dominion from Sucellus to enclose that section of space with the fleet and ones who want to moving off the peaceful world onto a world that is interesting in its ideas. The making folklore from different sterotypes of species could be a fun one for the more alien among the Silver Sanctum to go there as could seeing how their governments unity has lasted and if it could be applied or brought to a larger scale. Cultural research and observation with a possible mining uprising that can be quelled by those who would like a little action. Great for dev threads

To go with the idea of getting a hook in a Sith Tri hex. Nar kreeta a small out fo the way world that has been heavily vongformed which can provide a challenge for some jedi or a chance to learn a skill like vongsense just in case. Teaching opportunities as the hutt as slowly started to reclaim the world and use the fighting pits to entertain offworlers with the rancors as well as some of the other vongspawn creatures.

I really don't have much to contribute to [member="Charlyra Araano"] and [member="Nima Tann"]'s kessel ideas. They are solid and as a tier 3 dom that hex and the Cyax hex right below it are begging for it. They are the ones that the tier level was made for with the endgame of the dom being worth the added risk and it allows us if we take both a defendable location we could have ships and stations thick in to monitor and defend.

If I was green, I would die.
I had proposed a Jabiim dom a few months ago. I can update and refresh the proposal with the current map updates and outcomes of the previous doms around it if we feel like doing the tier 2 just to close in the loop.

Lemme work on it and I'll have the proposal revised by tomorrow.

For Ziost, we have an added issue in that [member="Warok the Defiler"] has done some rather extensive dev threads and at least location sub that we would want to be aware. Here's one example.

If you recall, I abstained from participating in the Ziost invasion, so I'm not actually certain of the particulars of that. By that time, I was a member of the Levantine Astronautical Academy, Levantine Sanctum, and the Primeval... so it didn't seem appropriate for me to participate since Boo was starting to develop divided loyalties.

I know we've skirmished it and done a few dev threads of our own ([member="Coci Heavenshield"] participated in one "return to Ziost" thread as I recall, as did I with my Sor-Jan Xantha account).

I like the Kessel one, especially the ideas [member="Nima Tann"] and [member="Charlyra Araano"] proposed. Especially since it already has a game plan.

There's tons of planets and SSC can endlessly go back and forth about which ones it wants, but that's not productive. It would be best to come to a decision.

I would say we wrtie a dominion opener as a prototype with the ideas and objective then see which one we want to do. maybe make an order so we can go more fluid instead of making one of these after every dominion.

I say the Kessel hex is the most rewarding option on the table. While there are countless good stories waiting to be told on as many planets, ensuring we're ready for an eventual counterattack. We've always been a defensive faction, so we should continue playing to our strengths. The Kessel hex will help shore up our defenses significantly and also denies the enemy from claiming that same territory.

Whilst we can start two dominions I suggest starting with one now.

I think the broad consensus is that Kessel is the more urgent requirement, so I think it's time for people to propose plot ideas and stories for this dominion.

Bear in mind that we are likely to be targets for rebellions when we go for T3, so try to keep matters restricted to 1-3 planets. Make sure the stories have some leeway but also a plot to follow along too.

I would like to thank everyone for the suggestions and opinions, after all we are a faction that allows everyone their say and this has been very productive. Lots of great ideas have come from this thread, thanks Kei!

So to Kessel we go!

I agree with [member="Valiens Nantaris"] this is most likely going to gain interest from someone, so everyone that comes in be prepared.

And if we've got nothing from the ST after that there's the hex right behind Kessel were we could T2 Dom as well, just to start closing the gaps and solidify the map a little more. The main focus it seems so far by the above consensus is Kessel, so if we go down into Kessel here's what I'm seeing so far, and this is so far from what I'm reading right now.

Objective 1: Early Defense Systems - After a failed invasion of Triumvirate held Ruusan the Coalition braces for a counter attack. Starting the establishment of satellites, and sensors in both hyper and real space. In the hopes that an early warning system would allow the Coalition a 'heads-up' on incoming assaults.

Objective 2:Into the Hornet's Nest - In the wake of the Coalition's failed invasion, cultists, criminals, and corrupt officials on Kessel have to bear. Encouraged with the idea that the Coalition would be licking its wounds, rogue Sith has gathered the already dark cultist inhabiting the area and begun to put them to use. Inflicting a rabies-like disease that has begun to spread throughout the planet's wildlife and has started to infect the humanoid population, creating chaos as it begins to spread. The outbursts of such an aggressive disease draw the attention of the Coalition's healers, both Jedi and non-Jedi alike in an attempt to find a cure for the disease.

Objective 3: Avarice No More - While the healers of the Coalition work to both stop and cure the disease, the Coalition's more aggressive arm will have to deal with Hutts and pirates, who seem to enjoy the benefits of the outbreak. Profiting from the paranoid and the bloodthirsty, others profit from the weak and the poor. The Coalition will hear no more of it and surmount their own unique brand of operation to deal with the problem in the hopes of dealing with both the Hutts and the pirates once and for all.

Objective 4: They're Hippies, man. - A rabies-like disease, war, and poverty mix within Kessel's system. Leaves much to be done for those who are not busy with stopping the disease, curing it or dealing with the criminal scum that are the pirates and the hutts. Whether they're Jedi or not, the cries for help throughout the system can be heard, cries that the Coalition will answer.

1 = Team Engineers / Bypass the Compressor! 2 = Team Healers / Cure it all, cure it all. 3 = Team Police / Bash a few faces and smash a few skulls. 4 = Team Hippie / Bring your own objective, do your own thing. ------- It's just a general outline, of ideas that the rest of you have given, but most certainly credit to Nima Tann, Audren Sykes, and Boo Chiyo for putting the ideas out there!

Just a minor note, apparently the Black Tie Syndicate recently laid claim to Kessel.

They've since merged with the Mandalorian Empire, but I mention it for your situational awareness as they could also launch a rebellion against us. They've already established themselves as Anti-Republic, so in a way doing so would fit their established M.O.

Emberlene's Daughter, The Jedi Generalist
well depends on what the black ties do afterward, unless they can no longer merge since they decided to tay minor to rebel.... if they win and go minor they can't bother us really with rebellion and if they loe and merge they can't either thanks to the admin closing that loophole.

still if the rebellion goes as ah there i a word I am not going to say for Mimban then it will be a headache... but I'll always be there to help

So best we get ready for the trouble makers then? Where's my stick, I want a big poking stick.
May I recommend [member="Basaba Willamina"]'s Staff of +5 Clubbing?

It's the only big poking stick subbed to the factory that I know of. Do try and keep [member="Valiens Nantaris"] from using it on Twi'leks though...

[member="Sor-Jan Xantha"]

- happy sighs -

Thank you. As for keeping [member="Valiens Nantaris"] from using it on twi'leks, well. I can't promise you anything on that front as you see. I might join him for said things, so who knows. I can't say.

My main is in the black ties and...... Things have become a lot more war like and trouble making lately (hence James has been distancing himself from blonde).

I wouldn't recommend testing them. The black ties would fight for Kessel--unless a deal was made that their control over the mines would go untouched. Or something of that nature.
