I had proposed a Jabiim dom a few months ago. I can update and refresh the proposal with the current map updates and outcomes of the previous doms around it if we feel like doing the tier 2 just to close in the loop.

Lemme work on it and I'll have the proposal revised by tomorrow.

I'd like to see what the proposal is for this, and I'd like to see this as a T2 Dom respectively, with Kessel in as T3 since it looks like we've come to an agreement about Kessel. Also.

The Black Tie Syndicate is a subfaction of the Mandalorian Empire. I don't believe ME wants hostilities between us and them, so we may be able to work something out that benefits both parties, provided BTS are willing to play along.

I could get on the horn with ME and BTS leaders and see what's what, unless you guys would rather we try our luck with a chance of rebellion happening.

I'm somewhat foggy on the rules of rebellions is there a limit to how many can be done over a period of time? If so we should act quickly. If not we should srill act while they are busy with the GR in my opinion to lesson the chances of troublemongering.

I believe that after the Dom is finished by us, they (factions wishing to rebel) have 14 days to do so.

Is that what you are foggy on?
