Private Not Far Enough

On a ship this size, she was a little surprised that it was just the zabrak and his droid. Then again, she reminded herself of Vetru's peculiar personality and the living situation became less of a mystery. If he was so protective of his ship, it stood to reason that he wouldn't want anyone else living on board with him.

She followed him into the galley, keeping her hands tucked away safely inside the pockets of her jacket. A teasing smirk appeared on her lips as he asked if she wanted a beer.

"Am I allowed to touch the bottle?" She asked with a tilt of her head.

Vetru rolled his eyes. He twisted the cap off both bottles and held one out for her. He turned his back to the galley, leaning against the surface.

"Obviously you can use the galley, touch your bed, etc, etc," he said. "I just dont like people messing with any of the systems. The Azimuth is a little on the temperamental side."

"So you were looking for someone and ended up stranded on that dustball? How long for?"

She cautiously accepted the bottle from Vetru, taking care to not touch the man's fingers in the process. An appreciative smile was offered before she took a quick sip from the contents. It certainly tasted better than the swill she'd been drinking from the cantina, a pleased hum escaped her as a result.

"How long was I stuck there? About.. four months or so... longer than I would have liked." She muttered, shaking her head.

"And don't worry, I won't lay a finger on her. Cross my heart."

"By about three months and twen'y nine days I reckon," Vetru laughed. He had an easy laugh but it came and went quickly. His expression was devoid of mirth just a second later.

"Well, you're welcome to the rest of the beer. You got any leads to follow now or you just wanna be dropped off and keep the rest to yourself?" Vetru shrugged. Discretion wasn't his greatest attribute, but he did trade in information enough to know there were times to hold it to yourself.

She bit her bottom lip before she took a quick sip from her bottle. A quiet chuckle escaped her after she'd swallowed the small mouthful, lowering the bottle down to her side, loosely holding the neck between her fingers. The twi'lek shrugged lightly. "Considering heading to Odessen, honestly. From there... I'm not sure."

She didn't see a reason to lie to the zabrak.

"And thank you for the drink. I needed this."

Wrenarias Wrenarias

"There are plenty of beers, help yourself," he replied with an easy shrug. "Can't think of much happening at Odesson."

His drummed his fingers on the table. Vetru watched Wren carefully. He liked to have the measure of people and so far he had very little to go off of with her.

Her situation was a curiosity. Clearly, she felt confident enough in herself to take on an experienced bounty hunter head on. Perhaps she was a spy who had gone to ground?

"I get paid to carry goods around, but also secrets," he said, staying rather vague. "If you're searching for someone I could point you in the direction of some of the right people on Sullust?"
