Now THAT Was Punk Rock

Miss Blonde

Trying to be straight in a crooked Galaxy
"queen I'm tryin to escape here..." Miss Blonde pinched the bridge of her nose and spoke under her breath.

"Guys! New plan! Apparently we all just need to loosen up! My god I had no idea! Loosen up! It's genius! I mean it's not like we were just incarcerated by psycho cannibals, no that didn't just happen! Or were going to be served for dinner, we're all just the spitting image of tense apparently!" Miss Blonde looked over to Keira rolled out the middle finger to give the woman the bird.

Though she dropped it after a second and gave the woman a tight hug, the shorter woman placed her head on Keira's chest due to her only standing about five foot even right now.

"But that being said I've never been more happy to see you." The woman let go then looked to the other strangers in the room.

"So we need to get topside and on the streets. Miss Nothing landed safely obviously so we need to find transportation to her ship. We take that secondary stairwell out and we get to going." Miss Blonde then walked over towards it picking up the spiked bat off the ground as she did so.

"Stay behind me and we'll make it through it." The woman climbed the stairs one by one until she vanished out of sight.

There was a slight scuffle upstairs and the sound of metal piercing flesh could be heard. Miss Blonde grunted and her voice rang downstairs.

"We're clear, let's go. She said to the others.

The room she was in was the storage area of the building and it lead outside once you crossed a good fifty meters of open warehouse and the dead body of a Racketeer. She just needed everyone up there so they could go.

Akio was beyond unable to believe what he was doing. He could still hardly believe that the Force had brought him here, among these people. He wondered if his purpose was to help their escape, if so, then why rescue this like who seemed to grow off the addictions of those in the galaxy?

But the Force worked in mysterious ways. They were clearly important, to the Force anyway. It had a strange way of valuing things, that was for sure. Some planets or entire races the Force was more than willing to snuff out, other beings it refused to let die. He thought on these things as he followed Miss Blonde up into the warehouse the lady had liberated.

Him blend in? He was a Chiss, their kind didn't travel often, especially to performances of this nature. He was sure that he was doomed, that there was no way that anyone here would think of him as anything less than what he was; the Blue Wanderer. He suppressed a deep sigh, drawing on the Force, asking it to help hide him as he followed her out along the way, preferably to freedom as he kept to the shadows.

The Black Hat was not paying any attention to the others. Now that she wasn't locked in a cage or rushing to escape as asses were being whooped around her, she was listening to the concert being played upstairs. Man, it had been too long since she had this song on her slicing playlist. She made a verbal reminder on her collar to add it to the playlist, which now added up to over two thousand songs, the vast majority of which she listened to a grand total of once.

But her attention was grabbed by [member="Miss Blonde"] going upstairs, and by the sound of a corpse hitting the ground. Dammit, did she really have to keep doing that? Sighing to herself and grabbing the bridge of her nose, Black Hat decided she didn't really have a choice. Muttering expletives to herself, she followed the woman up, adopting a look of inner pain and bliss to truly join the brainwashed mass outside.

Being perfectly adjusted to the relationship they shared Keira endured the full measure of [member="Miss Blonde"]'s sarcasm without a word, smiling and returning the hug, knowing it was stress talking more than anything. "Never more happy, huh? I'm not doing my job right, then." Of course, that didn't account for their operations with the Ravens or the Republic, but that was supposed to be classified after all. When the other woman ventured upstairs she remained where she stood for a few moments, waiting until the dull thud of a now dead Racketeer hitting the floor before she traipsed up that same stairwell, demeanor slowly phasing back into the tipsy and altogether carefree facade she had been putting on before.

At this point they were all betting on those around them being far too intoxicated to notice anything out of place, and from the looks of things she expected the escape to be just as simple as the initial entry had been. There were more people in the equation than she would have liked, but if Patricia wanted to bring them along and risk it, then so be it. Some part of her had been itching for a fight anyhow, and this would serve as good as any other venue for her to release the full extent of her power and focus on nothing more than bringing down the next combatant that so much as looked her way. But they were getting out, she had to remind herself, and so she focused on making herself appear as just another less than sober partygoer.

With the small crew of people assembled upstairs it was a simple crossing of the warehouse, and by the looks of things everything was abandoned due to the music going on outside. So reaching down Patricia grabbed the guards junky heavy blaster and primed it, it would have to work for now. Placing it in her waistband she looked over to her group of people and gave them a clear hand sign to start moving.

Crossing the warehouse floor with ease Patricia and everyone else came across the exit door of the facility that would lead to the streets, that was where they needed to be so they could get to Keira's ship. So with her back to the door she looked at her fellow black ties and other random people and spoke.

"I don't know what's on the other side of this door, but be careful. Keira you lead us to the ship and remember. Blend." She said calmly.

Pushing the door open the woman saw a rather gross sight, on the ground ahead of her were a pile of racketeers in a more secluded part of the alleyway doing acts that were best not described due to them being a bit more provocative in nature. The woman cringed a bit but they didn't seem to pay them any mind due to their clothes, they simply kept on going in their snuggle pile as Patricia began to walk down the alley.

"Oh god it's like looking into god's ass." The woman said as she leaned up against a dumpster.

The punk rock music from the stage was still going and the smell of sweat, spit, cooking meat, and other bodily fluids billed the air. Try to imagine Angela Lansbury (an older woman) spent all day running around in the summer during a camping trip, ate about twelve deviled eggs, then went to bed in a cabin with no windows inside a sleeping bag then took a hot @&$#. That's what it smelt like outside, to a T.

Akio swallowed and watched the debauchery of pure evil before him. Lust, anger, rage, and vanity washed over him like a repulsive wave. The amulet around his neck changed in color from the calming cyan to a fiery red. His eyes of the same color looked across the expanse of disgust with indifference. He was repulsed, a muscle twitched in his jaw but that was the only indication of it.

Lowering his head, he began to cling to the edge of the building as he walked to the end of the alley. Its like looking into god's ass. Akio blinked. There was a god? And it had an ass? And beings could look up it? He seemed to be learning new things every day. A man careened into Akio, stumbling and nearly falling flat on his face. The man turned and glared at Akio with a rageful growl, "Watch where your going!"

"I am afraid that I remained stationary. You are mistaken, you were the one who crashed into me," Akio corrected him gently.

"Oh that's just like you good for nothing blue boys," he snarled.

"Yeah teach him a lesson, Haddak," said the blonde haired, scantly clad woman who had accompanied him this far.

The drunken man drew a knife, bringing it around in a wide, drunken swing. Akio watched with a slightly puzzled look on his face it came closer, closer, swishing through the air as he moved his head in just enough time. Furious, the drunk brought his weapon around for a second swing, Akio's hand reflexively shot out, his palm ramming a knockout blow in the man's chin. His body fell to the ground limp, Akio looked to the woman with a confused look on his face, "What is this lesson you wish to teach me?"

She shrieked in fear and began sprinting away as fast as her stiletto heels could carry her. Akio looked to the strangers who had recently become his companions, "Does anyone know what lesson she is speaking of?"

"Holy $&@# you guys are all idiots." Patricia said as she pinched the bridge of her nose.

Luckily she still had her ARC unit's on her eyes and now that they weren't in a steel covered box the woman could connect to the holonet and her other functions. With her IFF tracking on the woman could see Keira's ship a good two thousand meters to the north of their current position parked atop a parking garage. That was perfect. All they had to do was get there and now so in a rush.

Looking back to Keira the woman whistled to her crew for them to double time it, because thanks to blue boys little stunt of not blending they had to run. A group of racketeers had witnessed what transpired and now Patricia and the rest of the group would have to make a sprint for it. Two thousand meters of running, yay.

"Miss Nothing! Go first and clear us path if anything comes out in front!" Blonde said as she jumped behind Keira to fire off a few shots at racketeers when they chased them.

All Keira could do was sigh quietly and mutter a curse at the stunt [member="Akio Diachi"] decided to pull. Never was it more evident than in that moment that he had absolutely no idea what he was doing, not that this necessarily surprised her. From one look at his original outfit she would have guessed as such, and this only cemented the fact. "The next time we escape a prison, we aren't bringing a monk with us." The comment was muttered under her breath, and she maneuvered her way to the front of the group, palming her combat knife and drawing the Force into her core. The weapon would catch less attention than a lightsaber, and it was far quieter as well. "I thought you'd never ask." This sort of environment was almost like home to her.

The only highlight of the day thus far was that the most advanced weaponry that tended to be on hand for the Racketeers were those of the melee sort. Firearms seemed to be in short supply, something she was altogether thankful for. Dispatching them was reduced to nothing more than a simple wave of her hand, most times, which was exactly how she dealt with the first group that appeared in front of them, throwing the entirety of the individuals backwards into a wall where their heads met concrete with an audible crack. They were either unconscious or dead, but given the threat they posed she didn't concern herself overly much as to whether or not they still happened to draw breath at the end of the day.

Her ship wasn't too far ahead now, and she glanced back to the others before continuing on, absently turning her blade in her hand as she moved. This was her first time utilizing the dagger, and she had to say it did its job well. Of course, it didn't make for much combat when your adversary was too drunk to see straight. For all of the adrenaline rush that had been involved in the initial escape, the chase was rather uninteresting in her mind. It wasn't anything she and [member="Miss Blonde"] hadn't pulled before, at least.

With Keira leading the way Patricia brought up the rear with everyone else in their party crammed into the middle. There was one specific thing about Dredd she hated, it was that Racketeers were everywhere and they were all pretty good runners. So dozens of other men and women jumped in behind them in the chase and Patricia did not have the bolts to take them all out, so all she could do was send a few down range to discourage a chase.

When she turned back to look forward the flying body of a racketeers came at her which she swiftly ducked, it seemed that Keira was a bit busy doing her thing. So it would seem they were coming at them at all sides. But it would be for not, the group reached the parking garage and quickly ran their way up to the top with the racketeers still following them. They would have to make this quick and in one fluid motion.

So pushing ahead Patricia sprinted to the opening ramp pressed a few buttons and let the ramp drop down so everyone could board.

"Get the hell inside!!" Patricia yelled as she lifted up her blaster pistol.

As each racketeer rounded the corner the woman put a bolt in their head or chest as she clung to the loading ramp. Hopefully everyone would get in and they could get off this god forsaken planet.

Akio followed the woman who was angry at him. He still could not figure out why this rescuer heroine was so angry; he had not started the fight, nor killed the man. He was not exactly at fault or doing anything wrong--was he?

He would have to meditate on this and ask for guidance later. For now, he followed the blonde into the bowls of the ship and took a seat calmly within in. When they were safely away he would as about what he did wrong, but for now he would not add to the stress and only bide his time.

The Chiss crossed his legs and closed his eyes, breathing in deeply. There is only the Force. There is peace.

A calm washed over him and he let himself become one with the energy field that was all things.

That was that Seanna had done her little side trip with a help with a local. Couldn't help but seem that Miss Blonde herself was in a bit of a hurry to get thing moving. Was it the worry what was behind them that two her thinking. Finding herself in the middle of the pack what she been up to this whole time would be her little secret.

Finding herself a seat she Justs there no month was ruining her. Was it was she found out or something more.

A few more Racketeers rounded the corner of the parking garage and Patricia was sure to open fire on who she could, however it wasn't going to be enough. Like surging wave of a hurricane the flood of racketeers was too much for the woman and her blaster pistol, and with everyone onboard it was time to leave.

"Everyone hold on to something!!" The woman yelled as she entered the ship.

Quickly shutting the ramp in time the woman let out a heavy sigh before hearing a thumping on the top of the ship. The bastards were climbing the ship! Rushing over to the cockpit the woman wasted no time getting everything going, and fired up. So with a very satisfying thrust of the engines the woman burnt a few racketeers behind her before lifting the Corellian vessel into the air and shooting up towards space.

It took a few minutes to navigate a safe path but with everyone safe and sound the woman had escaped Dredd once more. But something told the woman she was far from over with the planet, she'd be returning in the very near future.

"Alright guys, let's go home. Fists of fury! We'll drop you off later, thank for your help back there despite your screw ups." and with that Patricia set the hyper drive and the ship shot out into the stars.

[member="Keira Ticon"] [member="Seanna Vel"] @Akio Diachi

Once the stars grew into lines and they had left the planet of Dredd behind them Keira meandered to the front of the ship, allowing herself to fall back into the co-pilot's chair. For a moment she studied the other woman before finally speaking up. "I really don't know what you expected to happen, heading to Dredd the second time. If you recall, things weren't exactly peachy when we first landed, so what made you think a return trip was worthwhile is beyond me." Nothing she said was meant as a lecture, but more so a statement of fact, though perhaps one of the far too blunt sort. It was only how she saw things, even if her point of view tended to be of the harshly realistic sort, if not oftentimes erring on obtusely optimistic in other scenarios.

Momentarily she gave herself a once-over in order to ensure every piece of weaponry was in its proper place, rolling up the sleeves of her jacket to reveal the collapsed pistol strapped to one arm and the combat knife in its sheathe in the other. Her blaster she kept in its holster across her lower back, lightsaber remaining within the inside pocket of the jacket. "We keeping little boy blue with us, or are we dropping him off somewhere along the line?" Briefly she glanced back to [member="Akio Diachi"]. "Even if he is good in a fight, with what he pulled back there he's more a liability than anything. So unless you're willing to take him under your wing, I don't think it's in our best interests to let him stay."
