However while the droid is somewhat EMP resistant the Exo suit is not. They can be easily disabled by an ion grenade and the droid will be forced to discard their Exo Suit. Thus makes them I presume slower and not able to lift as much?

Also the ion barrage would render any other electronic devices useless. Com's, sights, lock on devices etc.

So it's been discussed and decided that there will be a PvP Zone designated outside the base (far, far away from my base ). Symara will dispatch a Recon Squad, and possibly other squads should they wish to join in on the PvP Zone. And those who wish to focus on PvE story elements can remain in the base.
