"I won't mention it." He did not even plan on naming her in the report. She would be identified as one of the hundreds of travelers that would have been captured and subsequently released after ascertaining a lack of danger. It was not an act of kindness directed towards [member="Lady Kay"], but to keep the weakness she represented away from him and [member="Kyle"] Amadis. He stepped out of the room and spoke to the Captain.

"Captain, return the prisoners to their vessel." He then left to head to the hangar and make the necessary preparations to allow their departure.

Kay swallowed after [member="Tobias Larr"] left the room. She went to her satchel in the corner and picked it up, draping it over her shoulder. He was giving her mercy, but she couldn't help but feel as though she was being abandoned once more. It was one thing to mean nothing to a stranger, but quite another to mean nothing to a parent.

She exited the room and waited as Terrac was released as well, before standing before her brother, [member="Kyle Amedis"] . Kay gave him a small smile, though her eyes showed a bit of the sadness that she felt. She didn't speak right away. It was better to do so when others weren't around.
