Operation Flood-IC

Serenity

Artificial Intelligence
[member="Lord Eclipsion"]
However Eclipsion would find it odd that none of her agents seemed to be there. It was almost as if an silly organic was taking on a AI powered by multiple supercomputers and not just some simple minded organic Director of Intelligence. It was almost as if they were all in a prison cell for suspected ties to the Sith. It was funny but since the attack on Courscant , security was on high alert. That meant that everyone was a suspect. Cameras which were Serenity's way of seeing were being place through the republic territory to enable her to view planets important areas. It was expensive sure, but she worked hard to justify her budget. It was rather amusing that riot guards had cameras as did most police. You see when one accused one of misconduct a camera on their person often showed who was at fault. Serenity meanwhile dealt with [member="Albrecht Tagge"] watching communications for any sort of breach and found it. Soon the general location was given to a squad of GIA who were in several gunships and approached towards his location. waiting for the powder keg to ignite. This was clearly not just a protest. The moment he connected she had traced him. That was when she sent her assault as well. His droid brains would find a vicious software attack that aimed at not only keeping them busy but penetrating their security.

They first started by firing the trace, and then began working to move around any firewalls. The fact was that Serenity was not in the business of letting republic com lines be hacked. She watched them like a hawk. The attack on his systems would be making ground as they started making their own back doors. It was a flood of electronic data and he would know that he wasn't fighting an ordinary hacker. She watched waiting for her attack to succeed. Meanwhile no one would really notice anything unless they were keeping track of the frequency switches. However she liked to mix it up so surely no one thought much of it. Now this frequency was just Tagge and her. Serenity was going to show what happened to those that messed with her. If her attack made it through the first thing that would happen is the ship would find it self with several system failures. She had Top of the Line Baktoid processors in numerous locations. Add that the holonet satellites now above Dac were made by Baktoid and helped Serenity even further.

Agent Hunter Cain sat in the outdoor seating area of a cafe that was attached to the plaza. He had come to Mon Calamari to because he was in the market for a ship, and they were some of the best ship builders in the galaxy. He hadn't decided on a particular vessel, he was just researching his options.
He had stopped at the cafe for a break and a meal.
On the table in front of him was a cup of caf, and his computer.

He had been observing the unrest in the plaza with passing interest, until it seemed to drastically become volatile, to the point where it peeked his interest. He used his computer to hack into the surveillance systems around the plaza. It was a simple hack as the systems were all based on Republic software, and his computer had the appropriate clearance.
His screen was now showing the camera feeds of all around the plaza. He saw the Sith, not even trying to hide. He saw the crowd, on the verge of inciting anarchy. He saw the line of Republic troops holding the line.
Someone was pulling the strings here, this wasn't just a simple demonstration of a party of disgruntled constituents. The blatant appearance of the Sith suggested more was afoot.

His comm buzzed with the hail from Serenity
He picked it up and pulled the earbud out from it's compartment and place it in his ear. <Serenity, I'm on it>

"This isn't right." The Spymaster stood on top of a tower not far from the riot-in-progress. "Not even the most lax security officer would respond like that." He could read something in the approaching Riot Guards. They weren't right.
"Ar'krai squad, keep those guards from reaching point by any means beyond confrontation. Something's up." The squad nodded and moved in. With a pair of electrobinaculars, he searched the crowd. Anyone he knew, anyone who would want the Republic downfall.... nothing. "Keep tabs on the crowd. Let's see what we have. Any terrorist, and Sith or sympathisers, I want to know yesterday."
He headed down to the city streets. He needed to get in there. Now. There was no time to loose.
"Sir, two Sith are in the crowd. We can only name one, but you won't want to hear this."
"Why?"
"You know them."
"Sabrina?" The silence was all the conformation he needed. The Spymaster cursed, and now knew his target. The crowd was under Sith control. "Ar'krai squad, clear the square. We've got confirmation." He moved with the certainty of a predator. He was ready.

Just as Veles anticipated, it did not take long for the first victim to appear. The young Sith knew the Jedi would come, like a moth attracted to light. The presence belonging to a Jedi swiftly approached, closing the distance between the two Force sensitives. The large eye of the Mon Calamari Sith swiveled in [member="Zaren Bouqi"]'s direction, watching the man who had adressed its owner, the cybernetic eye studying the helmet. "Why what, Jedi," said the amphibious Knight in response, but by that time he felt another signature revealing another Jedi's presence even before the man made his way through the crowd along with quite a large number of police officers. That wasn't entirely a bad thing since most, if not all of them served the Sith until the Empire's fall. Veles knew many of them would welcome the return of the prosperous order the Sith have brought on the planet, so he only smiled at the newcomers until they told him he was under arrest. The smile disappeared from the Mon Cal's face and he only shook his head in disbelief. "Excuse me?" the Mon Cal started, his left eye staring at them in surprise, "That is ridiculous!"

Raising both of his webbed hands, he showed the empty palms so everyone could see. "Combatant against the Republic?" he said loudly enough for the people who watched the scene could see, "I am a part of this peaceful demonstration against your fascist government, literally just arriving at the scene and you march in here and arrest me for fighting against the Republic? Is this how you deal with everyone protesting against your oppressive government? Nice democracy you have forced upon people here! I have at least several dozens of witnesses who saw I caused no trouble and held no weapon." Those closest to Veles nodded in agreement and started muttering, but were cut short by another little thing.

The holoscreens suddenly flicked and changed to something else, showing immense ammount of gore. Veles sincerelly felt bad for any kid who had to watch such a violent and disgusting display of violence. More annoyed than anything else, he spoke again. "Do you think people of this world are stupid? Do you take them for fools? Every educated person knows blades of lightsabers are made of superheated plasma that cauterizes wounds. As such, it is obvious the gory video showing sea of blood splattering over someone's body is completely fake. Nothing but a propaganda made for one reason. To instill hate. Nice peacekeeping, Jedi, when you actually form and support conflict by the constant brainwashing and propaganda telling everyone to hate others because of their race and beliefs! Bravo!" Veles clapped his hands, accompanied by smiles and laughter of the crowd, giving them power by taking away the fear they felt at the approach of the two Jedi. This caused more to nod, many throwing insults at [member="Ryan Korr"].

The Protector of Tython blinked.

Why what? "Why try whatever you're doing here? You're not going to succeed, Sith." And by the time he had finished, [member="Ryan Korr"] had come along and told the Sith that he was to be arrested. He frowned at some of the things the Sith had said. Peaceful demonstration, you're going to arrest me for fighting against the Republic? Zaren wasn't really sure what type of response he wanted from that. If the situation wasn't as tense as it was, he would have laughed in the Sith's face.

The Jedi Knight rested a gentle hand upon the shoulder of Ryan Korr, but removed it as soon as it had landed. It was only a warning to tread carefully, and once it had been done, he stopped once he was in front of the Sith, two meters separating them. "You're able to stir a crowd, but you're unable to make sense. You're an enemy of the Republic, you're a Sith, you're an enemy combatant, yes? And you think that is not grounds enough to arrest you?" He would have scratched his head in mock confusion if he wasn't in his armour. "Oppressive government? You would let these people run around, causing problems and being a disturbance upon the planet?" The Jedi Knight shook his head.

The Riot Troopers behind the two Jedi were ready, and the armoured figure of Zaren Bouqi's head tilted to the side. He wasn't even going to give a response to the Sith's 'peacekeeping' attack, there was no point. "Unfortunately for you, you are under arrest. For being an enemy of the Galactic Republic, trespassing as a Sith upon a planet underneath the protection of the Galactic Republic, and for causing a disturbance. Will you come peacefully, or force me to incapacitate you?"

[member="Darth Veles"]

Darth Banshee finished her coffee, when she saw one her own being accosted by a Jedi. She new [member="Darth Veles"] could handle himself, after all he showed her many force skills. This included the one she was using know, she decide to give her former master a chance to run for it. As it was only a matter time before, more Jedi arrived. She head over to where they where, still hiding her force sensitivity from every one. She soon got near the Jedi threatening Darth Veles with arrest. She decide to be a little unorthodox, especially with crowd so volatile and not under their control. They where here to take advantage of it, and this was possibly one of those moments.
She slipped of one her shoe`s and then headed towards the Jedi. As she approached him, she started try and hit him with the shoe. Whilst doing this she shouted in anger at the jedi KIDNAPPER, YOU TOOK FROM US WHERE IS HE, YOU BUNCH OF SHUTTAS

[member="Ryan Korr"]

Two mon calamari law enforcement officers attempted to subdue the angry woman with the shoe.

Meanwhile, Ryan Korr pulled out a datapad and handed it to [member="Zaren Bouqi"]. "He calls himself [member="Darth Veles"]. This datapad contains information gathered from Republic intelligence. He's a member of the One Sith who has been spotted in multiple hostile encounters with the Republic."

The Republic had its own intelligence agency and they did not sit idly by and watch known enemies of the state waltz about Republic planets.

"The war against the Sith Empire is over. As I am not a member of that," his head tilted towards one of the holoscreens still showing the propaganda in a loop, "New Order, I am technically not an enemy of the Republic anymore and you have absolutely no right to arrest me for being a Sith. If you arrest me, you will violate the rights granting me freedom of religion and freedom of speech. I think you might want to rethink your attempt to arrest me..." said the Sith and stroked the barbel on his chin, his gaze burning a hole into the [member="Zaren Bouqi"]'s skull. The piercing stare was soon broken as a woman, who the young Sith recognized as one of his students, caused a scene. Shouting and attempting to hit the red haired Jedi with a shoe, the young human female was almost successful until two policemen intervened. Veles' left eye followed them, the right eye swiveled back at the Jedi duo, darting from one to another.

"Kidnappers? Who have you kidnapped, Jedi? Where is the person she speaks of? What have you done with them? Were they also branded as enemies of the Republic? Arrested, tortured, executed? Why won't you explain yourself...," the Mon Calamari Sith asked calmly, hearing the questioning whispers among the crowd. It was then that [member="Ryan Korr"] pulled out the datapad revealing Avreet's Sith identity. The amphibian knew he had to act, prompting him to focus on the Force as he'd need to escape soon.

"Your evidence of atrocities is one big fake, what would stop you from fabricating this information? Besides, who..." A bark of a blaster rifle suddenly sounded from the group of the police officers and the young Mon Cal could be seen falling backwards with a smoking hole in the middle of his forehead. The crowd shrieked out in surprise as the body soundlessly fell among them. Veles' Force signature quickly disappeared, vanishing from existence. The body was immediately surrounded by the people of various races, their shock quickly turning to anger. The mass of people completely swallowed the Sith's body as they poured over the small circle around his remains. "Murderers!" "Down with the Republic hydras!" "The Jedi have been suffocating us long enough!" "Murderous swines!" "Cowards!" Those and many more insults flew at the Jedi from all sides while the policemen had no idea which one of them fired the shot.

In this chaotic moment, Veles quickly bended the light around himself again, his physical form disappearing, and jumped high over the crowd, his Force imbued jump carrying him far from the Jedi as he landed behind a human watching it all from afar and crept behind a corner of the nearest building. Once again, he was grateful for his mastery over bending light and sounds as he moved soundlessly and alerted nobody of his presence. The only thing that remained was getting off the planet, but that was just a formality with his skills.

He shook his head at the Sith's supposed 'logic' again. "You are an enemy of the Republic. As a Sith you are always an enemy of the Galactic Republic, it is not a question. It is pure fact, Darth Veles." He said once he had looked up from the datapad. "If I arrest you, I will be violating no rights as you are not a citizen of the Galactic Republic. You are a Sith, an enemy of the state. You have no rights.

His gaze tracked the crowd and found the woman, [member="Darth Banshee"] and he turned back to [member="Darth Veles"]. He wouldn't let anyone sway his opinion of anyone. Although the public opinion of the Galactic Republic would be becoming more negative as of now, he wouldn't relent upon anyone. The Sith was only there to stir trouble, and it was a shame, because Zaren Bouqi sensed the power of the Force coming from directly in front of him. From the Sith.

Supposedly again, Zaren Bouqi's Writer's NPC's were used, despite it said that you cannot use someone else's NPC's, and even if that happened, Zaren still blinked confused as to who shot the Sith. He didn't even look to the corpse fall down in front of him for the presence of the Sith disappearing within the Force was too sudden, it didn't seem right. So when the crowd surged forwards, the Jedi Knight leapt over the heads of the Sith influenced crowd, since they all seemed to be wanting to get to the Mon Cal's corpse and attack the Riot Troopers, he soon activated his infrared optics, the ones within his helmet. And he looked around the area.

It was good that the Sith had the ability of Force cloak. He had only encountered few people in the Galaxy who were capable of using it, but as a Jedi Padawan, in his time, he had experienced so many things, that those within this time wouldn't believe him. That's why he didn't speak of his past, and their future. And as the Sith made his escape, the Jedi Knight Bishop, the Protector of Tython, Nephew to T'el Bouqi, and finally, Zaren Bouqi, the man with the helmet that could see heat signatures from people's bodies set his scopes upon the Mon Calamari, his anger was undeniable.

Without a moment's hesitation from there, he unclipped his lightsaber and the Force blasted him forwards when he summoned the Force speed to him. He was a strong force user, but he was an even better lightsaber duelist, and he meant to arrest this Sith. And he said he would incapacitate him, a shame, he hadn't expected to actually have to do it. When he came close, he released a force push that carried dust and dirt in it's wake as he came after the Sith.

[member="Ryan Korr"]

With a dour shake of the head, Ryan leaped high over the heads of the crowd, landing behind the police line. Riot shields kept the frenzied mass at bay. These people represented but a fraction of the populace of Mon Calamari. They were an angry minority picketing for a cause that they did not fully understand. Yet history showed that such rioters could often ignite greater conflagrations. One misstep by the government and the Republic would truly appear to be the enemy.

The truth would come to light, in time, for now Korr had to focus on ridding this world of the Sith who stirred up people to such violence. If they wanted change they had an entire democracy to participate in. Violent riots only served as agents of chaos, bringing further bloodshed.

Korr grit his teeth and looked after his fellow Jedi. Ryan could not feel the presence of the Veles, but apparently Zaren could.

Darth Armyss

Nobleman, Sith, and Womanizer
As Albrecht watched the situation unfold, his comlink beeped to indicate an urgent message incoming over the encrpyted channel. An agent of the Imperial Party had discovered GIA foot soldiers inbound on the spaceport, along with multiple gunships. Quickly, the acolyte cut the transmission and frantically started up the Terentatek's engines. A low, rumbling roar indicated that the engines had started up as planned, thanks to the ignition primers having already been prepped for takeoff, reducing start up time down to a few seconds. He tapped another switch, causing the gunship to lurch upwards as the repulsors kicked in and the landing gear retracted, then opened the throttle and accelerated away from the landing pad.

The first location had been compromised, but it wasn't the only one he had prepared, and besides, all the Republic's intel would have gained was the general area of where he had landed the first time, but not the type of ship he was flying or where the modified YTA-1300 was going (in fact, officially, the Terentatek was never there, as he landed there with a false transponder code belonging to another, nonexistent YTA-1300). In fact, they probably wouldn't have known that he had left until they had arrived and searched every ship present to ensure that the transmission hadn't originated with one of them. Still, it paid to be cautious, and so he cut his speed once it hit a certain threshold and avoided making any sudden moves, making his vessel's flight pattern match that of a perfectly innocent light freighter.

"Tagge to Eclipson, Site Aurek is compromised - relocating to Site Besh" he informed [member="Lord Eclipsion"] as he kept a close eye on his passive sensors in case the Republic was following him, his finger resting near the switch to activate the targeting systems on his turrets should they be needed. "You think they took Veles' bait?"

The cybernetic eye caught a glimpse of [member="Zaren Bouqi"] as the man approached with an unnatural speed, clearly using Force speed to enhance the capacities of his body. The Mon Calamari massed the Force in his legs for another jump, slightly bending and prepared to jump backwards while another portion of his energy found its place in his hand, seemingly to counter any telekinetic attack. Once the Jedi was close enough and unleashed his Force push towards the Sith Assassin, Veles jumped and released the power he's been holding. A flash of pure light erupted from his palm that became visible for a brief moment, a flash so bright that it would have most likely blinded the Jedi if his helmet did not protect him, though [member="Ryan Korr"] had no such thing to protect his sight. Blinding the men was exactly what the young Sith wanted, though both in a slightly different fashion. This power, Force flash, carried another useful ability. While typically used to disable cameras, it could be used to overload and disable other devices as well, now intended to temporarily mess up the delicate electronics allowing the Jedi who could see him to use his optics.

Of course, this hardly countered the Force push sent at him. Combining it with his jump back, the Mon Cal allowed it to hit him and vastly speed up his flight though the air. It carried him closer to his destination, his large bulbous eyes darted towards the railing marking the edge of the floating city and showing the vast blue ocean beyond. Just a few meters and he'd leap over the last obstacle and disappear deep in the water...

Fortunately, Ryan was not in pursuit of Veles, nor in the immediate vicinity of the flash. He stood behind the police line and winced as the sudden, blinding light illuminated the area. His eyes squeezed shut and painful afterimages danced around in the blackness. Ryan took a deep breath and let the Force take hold. He opened his blind eyes and saw the unseen. Force Sight granted him vision where his physical eyes failed and he looked around, bodies replaced by auras of light and buildings an ethereal, hazy purple.

The fiscal phoenix? Were Jedi fashioning themselves bankers now? Vaas hid his mild amusement at the nickname this one had fashioned for himself.

"Very well, sir Jedi," He said to [member="Lupe Baracka"] in his perfect Republic accent. "This way. It's really quite simple."

Cipher 18 didn't have security access to the command tower, but that was only because he was disguised as a mere Lieutenant. Trying to pose as anyone of higher rank would surely arouse too much suspicion. Eighteen led the Jedi out of the building and walked a few yards out into the main courtyard, so that the command tower was clearly visible ahead. It was the tallest building in the base.

"That's the command tower, the tallest building," He told Lupe. "The Admirals will be able to direct you from there. Good luck," Vaas said with a smile as he turned and began to walk away in the other direction, from whence he came.

Darth Banshee wanted to distract the Jedi more, so she carried on shouting at him hoping to anger the crowd further. Is my brother alive, did you protect him from the invasion or did you just abandon them. Why won`t the news tell us what happened, is it because you bunch cowards who could not even protect our capital. She could feel the crowd get angrier the lack of news, rumors had run rife. She intended to echo what the protesters started by themselves.
Then a shot happened out the blue, she ducked to the floor. She did not panic, though she decide it was good time to scatter. As some other members of the crowd did as well. She new this was just the beginning, some people here would help the sith to save their own people from a confrontation with the sith. They new the republic would get weaker, as it was too decadent for it`s own good.

One single blaster bolt ripped through the sky. A twitch curled one side of his lip into a smile. The lid holding the pandemonium of the crowd was about to blow. From the way the conversation had dulled it was clear to Ladro that his friend was preparing to make a break from the conversation. It would be in his personal best interest to strike the question to make this venture a profitable. "Your a busy man. I know hard you work so I won't keep you any longer." Ladro said with a casual truthful nature intertwined in his words. Slow to rise but still picking himself out of the chair before he continued. Reading the Mathis's face showed he was pleased the way that had just gone. It was the wise man who knew to never over stay his welcome and now it would be he who capitalized. "I was just here on the planet looking for a friend who was intent on selling me rights into the stock trade. Thanks to all of this confusion I believe I might have wasted my time." the last words showed a hint of disappointment inflicted enough to be received by Mathis. "Well that's a shame." "It's not a problem. Won't be the last time in my life this galaxy waist my precious time." "Tell you what, why don't I put you in touch with a private associate of mine. He keeps up with a few planets in general for me. I believe he would be of great assistance." The look of stun on Ladro's face was all to sell his gratitude which started right.. about.... now, "That would be remarkable. Thank you so much. Are you sure?" "Yes yes yes. Here contact this number and tell him who sent you and who you are looking for. The rest will be taken care of in no time."

The Jedi Knight watched as the Sith was pushed backwards with the Force push, and then with [member="Darth Veles"]'s use of the Force, the force flash was seen, and he thought there was some odd sensation of the Force rolling over his armour. He kept moving forwards, but for the moment, he blinked in confusion as the infrared optics flashed and were disabled for the time being.

It had been the first time that he had encountered someone who utilized force flash instead of the complete force disable, but it seemed as if that he just wanted to escape, and unfortunately for Zaren he would be forced to oblige the cowardly Nautolan. He didn't expect him to run away so soon, but he must have thought himself outmatched for some reason or another.

He had come to such a conclusion because he had fled, and kept on running, instead of actually fighting.

He continued forwards, blind for the moment and then he stopped after a few more steps, and he decided that he would. There was no more point in fighting the Sith Knight, without his infrared sights, and with the Sith utilizing the Force to hide him, he would never find him without the right technology.

With his fists clenching and his eyes rapidly blinking his helmet retracted backwards and he turned around, making his way back to where he had come, letting the Force speed him up so that he could re-enter the proximities of [member="Darth Banshee"] and [member="Ryan Korr"].

By the time they were done there, the Jedi Council and Republic High Command will have quite a bit to hear about. Maybe even the G.I.A

Typical jedi Darth banshee shouted at [member="Zaren Bouqi"], she then shouted at him SO WHAT HAPPENED TO MY BROTHER, WHY CAN`T WE SEE HIM! She was well aware of the answer, this answer summed up why the Jedi where evil. They tried to take her family once, though they failed to take her she had to leave them to protect her family from them trying again. As it would alert bounty hunters to where her family where.

He didn't even say anything to the woman that was yelling at him. She spoke as if she knew what a Jedi was, and it irritated him. The fact that so many people wanted to be reunited with those that would destroy them with their right hand, and then manipulate them with their left.

What would T'el do?

He clenched his fists and then unclenched them. He let the Force calm him, and he turned around to look at the woman, and he tilted his head to the side. "What is a typical Jedi?" He didn't even know why he was actually accepting the bait from the woman.

"You tell me what happened to your brother. You seem to think that the Jedi took your brother." His eye twitched underneath the phrik. "Go home, or else you will be arrested for causing a disturbance." He said, turning around and heading back to the line. If she didn't, she would receive no more chances and be arrested.

Stupidity isn't painful. But ending the Sith's existence in this Galaxy will be, Zaren.

He frowned to himself, when he heard that voice in his head. It spoke with a voice that was quite familiar, but he wasn't sure if it was his Uncle or if it was his own voice.

[member="Darth Banshee"]

Darth Banshee head off she had plans to meet up with her fellow sith, and discuss their next move. Though as she was about to move away from the Jedi, she turned on the spot and asked him. Do you ever wonder if your family miss you or is worried about you? It cheap parting shot, but got to hart of the matter. The people of this planet where scared that the republic who could not defend their own capital, what chance have they got of being defended.
