Strengths: It removes the need for an actual bio-chemist. It allows for the transportation/smuggling of biological samples and specimen including viruses and DNA, can be used to mix volatile materials used for the creation of http://starwarsrp.net/topic/88598-lichbane-magazines/[/FONT]]Lichbane rounds, mix raw substances in order to create potentially new inventions and more advances substances, mix dangerous pollen, biological venom and other similar things in order to create poisons and much more. When matched with a proper AI, it can be used for the purpose of biological engineering.
Weaknesses: The PBF-case can not be compartmentalized once there are samples and specimens in the freezer, as doing so would crush the vials inside. When deployed, it needs an external power source as it has none of its own. Finally, it requires a functioning AI to properly utilize the programming and work the case itself. All things created through this lab need to be approved separately and will need development threads.
Description:
The PBF-Case, or Portable Bio Facility, is a creation of Torgost, using various sources of Data taken from the main Drulfashe Enterprises computers. The case, which is 1 meter high, wide and long, can be opened by the push of a button, at which point it will start expanding to cover a size of 2.20 meters high by 1 meter wide by 3 meters long. Having a mini-fridge capable of keeping blood and DNA samples fresh for several years, a synthesizer, a small centrifuge, a genome editing table and a special program possessing gathered information from various companies, it is too small to be properly used by humans, not even those the size of children due to the crudeness caused by touching it. It is for that purpose that an AI is needed in order to work the program, properly process the data inside of the case and control the small robotics arms that are needed for the non-virtual stuff. The program is adaptable to any AI, inscribing it with the program allowing it to understand every bit of information inside of it, how to use it properly and even how to gather information from biological samples not yet part of the database. The transparisteel vials have small ports on the bottom so they can be used with the durasteel syringes and the other lab equipment.
