How's this? I'll do the avatar depending on your reaction. It's really difficult using a hand drawn image for the character.

EDIT: Just to say, I don't usually do signatures/avatars for anyone except myself - it's difficult to envision what someone else wants in a signature, they're far more personal than rank titles!
