Well you sniped me [member="Equa Dominator"] But I would say your signature is between 3/5 and 4/5
And here is why,
You provided a link to your character sheet, which is awesome and I think so much more people should do that The quote is also simple and to the point, letting me get a better idea what sort of character Equa was and on what grounds he was made, i.e. with a concept of Light and Dark being relative based on people's choices.
However! I would go with 3 on this one mostly because of the hair and eyes, mostly hair. There's too much contrast for me between it and the skin/general tone of the picture for it to look natural. Right now it just seems out of place, toning down the contrast to have a bit of a blue sheen like the rest of the picture would make it much better, at least in my opinion.
As to the eyes, there seems to be not enough contrast, as opposed to the vivid brown eyes Equa has in your avatar pic, in signature they just seem fading together with his eyeballs as whole and the background, but it's a small thing to me.
Other than that, the signature shows effort and I appreciate that, so between 3/5 and 4/5
