I was going to have the Baroness in only the Kashyyyk Invasion handing out a few of the "missing" weapon shipments. However now that I've just gotten the Fen'Harel AA-MWP approved, I can have her in both. For Prakith, I can easily fit into either Objective A or B, depending on where you'd like a few shiny new guns.
