Roma-Ah-Ah-Oh-Oh [SJO] [Ra]

Their foes were disoriented, torn between one and another. One invisible, one visible, and all tied to seemingly one man that had access to supernatural magicks. All part of Josh's plan. The mental game was just as important as the physical, was a lesson that he had grown to learn as of late. Josh needed to be able to use his head just as much as his hands, and in doing so would be able to get through a situation with the least amount of bloodshed possible. Before long, the two of them had successfully applied this strategy to subdue their foes. Once they were down, Josh took a deep breath then as he would look toward Ra, nodding his head to her statement.

"I'd assume you know how to question?" Josh would inquire. "I know a trick or two for getting the collars off the slaves. There's no point in taking them from here while they still have the collars. So it's best we get started straight away. You start right away with questions, make sure we know if there are any slaves remaining, and if you can, get their supply routes and buyers and suppliers. We need to find everyone linked to these people, if we can. But we need to hurry before others realize what has happened here."

And with that, Josh would begin to head toward the slaves, stopping their operations and pulling out a bobby pin. Hopefully he still remembered how to do this...

When she had been head of intelligence, she knew questioning techniques. However, they wouldn't be of much use right now. Drain Knowledge would though. Of course it was a Dark Side skill, but it could be used without doing damage to the target. Better to start with just asking though and go from there.

Reaching to the side of the woman she had a hold of, she took off her belt a ring of keys. Tossing them up in the air and in the direction of Josh, she hollered at him to think fast and turned her attention back to the woman. She came out of stealth and uncovered her face after a moment.

"Talk fast or there won't be anything left of you to identify."

Her tone was entirely calm as she looked down at the woman. Without a hint of threat in her voice, the slaver actually fell for it. Only a psychopath could say something that straight faced and sound so truthful about it.

However, instead of Basic though, she started babbling in another language.

"What is that Huttese? Basic woman."

She had a translator, but it was easier coming from the source. Standing up, Ra dragged the woman to her feet and motioned to one of the freed slaves to come over with a collar. The look on the woman's face was priceless and she started babbling again.

"Can you make any sense out of this language?"

[member="Josh DragonsFlame"]

"Almost... Almost..." Josh would whisper as he would move the pin with the Force, relying more on it's properties to be accurate than his own. He couldn't be too careful and as the Force was tied to his own senses, he could see a little more closer using the Force than he could by just using his eyes. It was the best way to ensure absolute accuracy. The pin would wittle through the collar with the most careful of jostles, knowing that if he messed up, it might cause the collar to activate it's failsafe and cause the slave to blow up. Damn slavers.

"There" Josh would breathe out as he would get the collar off and toss it aside. Both he and the former slave, a Chiss, would let out a sigh of relief. Josh would then walk over when Ra called out to him, and ask the slave that Ra was interrogating to repeat what they said.

"I know a bit of Huttese" Josh would reveal, as he listened again.

"Roads south of here..." Josh would begin to repeat. "With a second supplier on the next planet over, on an outpost. There's a shipment on it's way here as well. It might be best we stop it in it's tracks."

[member="Riamah"]

She hadn't known the woman she had been questioning was also a slave. The woman was the only one standing from the original group they had barged in on and even had keys on her belt. Soon it was clear, even they were slaves even if they had more freedom than those that had been waiting in line.

"Oh feth."

Letting go of the woman, Ra attempted to make an apology at her mistake and picked up the dropped keys, calling them back to her with the Force.

"What do you say we get these guys freed before that delivery arrives and go get them as well?"

Turning on a small device, she could tell what direction was which and pointed south.

"They're coming from that direction. When will they get here?"

[member="Josh DragonsFlame"]

"Aye. I need to hurry and get them freed. Once they release they've been freed, they'll likely start detonating the collars" Josh would reveal. "We can't let casualties start piling up" He spoke as he would immediately get back to work on getting the collars off. While quickening his pace meant more risk, Josh was accustomed to high pressure situations and kept his cool the best that the Jedi Master could. He'd done this a hundred times now, and improved his technique every time. But he never got arrogant, and always kept mind to the fact that there was a life on the line, and one mistake could cost them it...

One, to the next, to the next, to the next. He stopped only to look at the device that Ra would show him. He gave her a general timetable, it wasn't long from now most likely, and would get back to work with high speed and priority.

Josh worked in silence for some time. With little time remaining on the clock before the slavers would get here, he would manage to get the last collar. With the collars now off the slaves, Josh would let out an exhale and wipe a bit of sweat from his brow.

"We have to get these slaves out of harm's way, and then go after the remainders. Ideas?"

[member="Riamah"]

While he was working at getting the slaves freed from one end, Ra started on the other. She had a few different abilities she could have used, but instead of getting flashy and using the Force, she just used the key she had taken from the woman.

"I bet if we arm them, they could be assistance in this..."

Never one to waste what tools were around, she thought of this as a suggestion. Josh might not like it, but if they needed to show some resistance, then these people could be of help. Lifting an eyebrow, for a moment, she forgot he wouldn't be able to see it since she had the faceplate down over her face.

"We got them free, at least they have that. However, I think further questioning of them might provide an answer. How did you all get in here? The way we came was too small to allow all of you through at once."

The ones that understood her pointed to the other end of the room where two doors were located.

"Let's get those open and that happens to be where the next shipment is coming in. Makes total sense. You guys stick with us and you're free by the end of the day."

[member="Josh DragonsFlame"]

Ra would suddenly suggest they arm the slaves they had just freed and set them on the slavers. And the second she did, Josh would turn to stare at her so fast, his hair whipped back. He stared at her long and hard for a moment. The last time a “partner” had suggested that was Darth Ophidia and she wasn’t suggesting she had been telling. She had done it and it hadn’t ended well for many of the slaves while she slunk off into the night. Josh was not eager to repeat that mistake.

At the same time the numbers game would help them divert attention so they could get the others free. But it would mean nothing if they got the slaves they came here to save killed.

After a few more moments of thought, he spoke.

“Only the ones willing and able who can verbally state they have proper combat training. The others go nowhere except to the rendezvous point” Josh would suggest as a compromise. It was calm, but firm at the same time. He was not going to budge on the matter. It was that or they all go to the rendezvous and he and Ra handled it alone. Not that he thought Ra would have a problem with his idea. But he needed to make sure what happened before never happened again.

Then came Ra’s questions about the exit. They would begin opening the doors soon after though, and Josh would note it’d be difficult to get them to rendezvous right now…

“If anyone here is not properly trained to fight, hide now” Josh would command to the slaves. “Those who wish to stay and fight, grab a weapon from the fallen guards and stand with us.”

Her intuition had proved correct in that Josh hadn't liked the idea she had come up with. However, he didn't fully disregard it and made an ultimatum. One she could support and get behind. Not one to intentionally harm innocents, after he spoke, she waited to see how many stepped forward and which ones went into hiding.

The ones Ra thought of as the pretty ones went into hiding, both male and female. A few of the older ones stayed with them though. Watching as they moved to gather up the weapons from the fallen guards, she wondered if they would be waking up soon.

"You think we should put these guys on guard duty? Lock this first group up and allow the ones staying behind to watch them?"

It put everybody to some use and they could move out to meet the incoming party. Maybe do a little guerilla warfare in the process. Having her able to stealth around would certainly help and provided Josh didn't go into the Current again, they would always be in contact.

[member="Josh DragonsFlame"]

It was no surprise that Josh didn't like the idea, though he had more than one reason for being against it. At the least, Ra didn't argue the new suggestion he put out. So instead, the two would let the soon to be ex slaves decide. Some went into hiding and others stepped forward. Josh took a deep breath, worried about what Jyoti would say if she knew he was arming slaves and letting them fight the guards. She would not favorably he would bet.

"Hmm... That might be a safe bet. I'd rather the ones that can't fight get to safety, but I suppose they're not guaranteed safe until the coast is clear" Josh would admit as he would quickly pull out his radio, giving his pickup the coordinates for where they were leaving the slaves, with a note that they were preparing an ambush and not to pop in just yet. Either way, it seemed that they had a plan now. Once the people were armed and either preparing to assault with them or guard the prisoners they had taken, Josh would peer through the windows.

"The next cart with a shipment is coming. We'd best hide and be ready."

[member="Riamah"]

If Josh was at all empathic, he would again pick up on the almost joy Ra felt at the prospect of another fight. Knowing both of them, she knew there would be very little actual killing and she was fine with that. Having the feeling he might be testing her, she wanted to make sure she passed. Not doing or suggesting anything abnormal, to her, Ra was just being herself.

For once, Ra felt in full of things. Her emotions, the situation and started to issue orders to those with them. Taking the cue from Josh, she motioned in silence for those armed to hide, she went into stealth herself and seriously hoped Josh wouldn't disappear totally from her senses.

"Everybody is in place, Master DragonsFlame."

There was a reason she used his title and name. Once these slaves were free, they would know who to thank.

[member="Josh DragonsFlame"]

Ra was anticipating a fight, he could sense that. He was interested in the why, but he would talk to her about that later, he supposed... Either way, the ones staying and the ones hiding were armed and all had roles. Now it was time to hide and wait... Once everything was in place, Josh would defy Ra's wishes and go invisible. This was his only way to go invisible, so he disappeared from her senses as well. It was a bit inconvenient in that way... But it was certainly effective in where it needed to be too.

The truck would pull in and Josh would be able to sense a great deal of life forms in the large truck straight away. As the two slavers hopped out of the front, they would look around as the gruffer looking one would scowl a moment.

"Hey! Where the hell is everyone?" The man would growl. "The slaves have escaped! Where are the others?"

From the shadows, the armed slaves would begin to pop out and surround them, pointing their weapons at them. Breaking his cloak, Josh would smile lightly. "Surrender your cargo now. You're under arrest on behalf of the Silver Jedi Order for kidnapping and slave trafficking."

Both men would surrender with their arms up as Josh would motion for the ones hiding to go and open the doors to free their brethren. This had been far easier than he had imagined...

Too easy.

Josh's gut was bothering him, and the reason why came soon after when screams would bellow out from the slaves that he had sent to free their fellow slaves. One of them would be hit with a hard right, and another would be downed by a stun blaster. A large group of men would pop out of the back of the truck, to the point that the group was very quickly outnumbered. Josh would stop dead, his eyes wide as he realized that they had been duped.

"Drop your weapons, all of you. Or these slaves will go in a box instead of a cage" One of the men would threaten. It was clear they were vastly outnumbered, as more of the slaves would be kicked out of hiding by the slavers...

[member="Riamah"]

If Josh had any sense of Ra at all, he would feel her bristling slightly with some irritation and she growled mentally. She was going to have to teach him how to stealth with the Force so then at least she could feel him in the future.

When the truck pulled up, she knew something was different. It wasn't clear what it was until the rescued slaves started getting knocked around. None were killed though. That really wasn't surprising though since these guys probably still considered them their property.

As she watched outside of the circle, she saw there were twelve new people here.

Not one to stand still when innocents were being harmed, these slaves fell into that category right now. Embracing the Force, her built in suit functions kept her in stealth and she moved like a flash. Her current target was the one that had spoken and threatened to kill the slaves. A hand reached down her leg as she ran and drew the knife from her boot.

Outnumbered they might be, but she had a trick up her sleeve to reduce that number quickly. In fact, she could wipe out the entire group with one move. That ran a great risk of taking out the slaves though so she had to choose. Their purpose here was to rescue these guys so she wasn't about to intentionally allow them to get hurt or killed by her own actions.

As she moved, that knife left her hand at a fast speed to strike the slaver that spoke in the middle of his forehead with the pummel. As it fell to the ground, Ra was there to catch it and a quick slice to the back of the man's knee should knock him down if the hit hadn't done that. Since they now knew an invisible presence was there, she had to think quick.

Sending a giant Force push in the direction of their allies, she hoped to knock them away and out of her area of attack. Other than some bruised rear ends, no harm would be done to them. Suddenly a hole appeared in the ground around the truck and it dropped from sight along with the slavers that had been around it. Sealing up, the yells of them faded into silence.

[member="Josh DragonsFlame"]

Josh had started to formulate a plan, but Ra had reacted more quickly. Josh watched as the former Sith would strike, taking down several in stealth before sending the rest flying. What ensued next was a sinkhole that would send both the truck and the slavers falling down below. Josh would watch this as he would bring his hands back down, curious about it all. Ra had completely panicked and struck out, and Josh could feel her emotions rocketing and coursing through her in everything she did.

Josh looked around, beginning to check on the slaves to ensure they were alive. They were shaken up, but alive. At least until Josh's head would jerk up when he seemed to sense something moving abruptly. Jerking his head over, it seemed one of the slavers had managed to avoid the destruction Ra had caused, and now had one of the slaves by the throat, with a blaster to their head.

"Now I'm going to only say this once, you couple'a freaks... You are going to surrender these slaves, and come with me. I'm sure I can find a nice zoo for people like you, for a good price too... And if ya don't comply, 'is head is going to be-"

Snap.

Josh's prior plan had been enacted into motion as everything around them would be completely frozen. Slaver and slaves alike would be frozen in place, using an advanced variation of Force Stasis that Josh had begun looking into after watching it be effectively demonstrated by Grandmaster Jyoti Nooran. He ordinarily didn't tend to exert this level of power on missions with non force users involved, as he didn't want to risk killing anyone... But this case had left Josh with little choice.

Odds are Ra would be able to resist the effects due to her own Force mastery, but the non-Force users in the room wouldn't move at all. Josh knew he needed to stop this hostage situation so they could move forward, and with them holding a slave at gunpoint, and the other slaves beginning to panic... Things were about to get nasty really quickly. And Josh had figured out while Ra was destroying things, that odds were this had been a decoy truck sent here when they realized that the base had been attacked. Odds are that an SOS had been sent out without them knowing. Which meant that they couldn't waste any time and needed to find the real one as soon as possible...

Ra would likely be able to watch as Josh walked forward with a calm, relaxed demeanour, hands in his pockets, as he would approach the slaver with his hostage. Examining them for a moment, Josh seemed to find a good opening before the Jedi would bring up an elbow. Taking a moment or so to angle it, he would slam it square into the temple of the slaver with a sharp ferocity. Knowing his energy was depleting quickly, something he'd need to learn to cut down on with practice, Josh decided that his time was up. He would hold up a hand once more, before snapping his fingers. The snap was mainly just his own flair for dramatics, of course, but...

The stasis inflicted people around them would come to life once again as the slaver would crumple to the ground, groaning and holding his head in pain. His hostage would run as fast as they could into the arms of their comrades as Josh would calmly pick the man up by the hood. Knowing Ra was the better interrogator, the Jedi would hoist him up with a single hand before lobbing him toward her to catch with surprising strength. His expression was calm, but firm and all business. His tone when he spoke exemplified the same.

"They no doubt have the real truck en-route somewhere. Find out quickly."

[member="Riamah"]

On the bright side of her methods, none of the slavers had actually died. When they went down into that pit, they would be subjected to what she thought of as her Hell. A life of never being accepted and totally alone. Deprived of friends, family or any love. If Josh asked her to reopen that pit she would, but their sanity might not be there.

Whirling around when a hidden slaver popped up holding one of the slaves at gunpoint, things froze and for an instant Ra was too. Breaking out of the stasis, she looked at Josh as he sauntered over and elbowed the man. Then with a snap of his fingers, the scene resumed again.

His comment came along with the body of the slaver. Reaching out with the Force to catch him, she brought him to the ground and sat on him. There wasn't time to ask him and he had also heard the request from Josh. So the answer was very easy to get from him. Drain knowledge had its uses and provided Ra did not delve deep, he wouldn't have any damage done.

Touching his head while the answer was on the surface of his mind, her eyes glowed for a couple moments and faded. With a light tap to his temple, she knocked him out and looked at Josh.

"There's a small depot not far from here, just at the edge of the grounds. They are headed there to be loaded into a transport off planet. Only two are there with about ten slaves. And he'll be fine."

[member="Josh DragonsFlame"]

When Ra sat on the man, Josh would turn and fire her a look and a playful wink in turn. A small flirt, at that. While Ra was handling interrogation, though, he suddenly frowned as he seemed to reach out to sense the slavers down below. He was able to feel their anguish, their pain... All at once.

It was cruel. They were cruel, but they didn't deserve this.

Ra had quickly gotten the information through some sort of Force trick, and he would nod his head. But the look he gave her was all business, just staring at her in a way that made it very clear she'd done something wrong.

"Ra. Release them. Now" He growled low, his gaze piercing into her. She'd know full well what he was talking about. "I will not tolerate torture. And you are better than that."

It was not a request, it was a command. And he would not take no for an answer. With that command given, Josh would radio for the slaves to be picked up as he would make his way out the opening. His mood had soured drastically after everything that had happened, clearly.

"We're going. Our backup will be picking up the slaves here and getting them to safety. I am not involving them in the mission further" Josh spoke. Not after they came very close to losing every slave they had rescued. No, they had to do this on their own and get the slaves out of here while they were focusing on getting the rest. No objection would be taken.

As the saw the ship coming, he would make his way out of the garage and start heading toward the coordinates mentioned. He had a plan to get there quickly, which would arrive soon.

[member="Riamah"]

As she looked up, Ra caught the wink he had given her and gave a thumbs up as she climbed off the sleeping slaver. Motioning to one of the freed slaves to take guard, she walked over to Josh. Giving him a very clear and dirty look at his request, she shook her head.

"They aren't being tortured exactly. What they are feeling is something I fear. To be forever alone, unwanted, unloved and unknown. I will release them, but their sanity might not be intact."

With a wave of her hand, a small hole appeared in the ground where the top of the truck would be. Hands were seen trying to climb out, but Ra did nothing else to help them. When Josh said they were leaving to finish their objective. He would get no word of argument, but his comment did sting still.

"That way."

Pointing to the left of where they were standing and out to the edge of the grounds they were on.

"We're going to have to hurry."

[member="Josh DragonsFlame"]

“Their sanity might not be intact” He repeated. As they walked out once Ra would release them, Josh let out a sigh as he tried to elaborate. “Ra, torture is not just a physical thing. What you did was cruel and sadistic, and as you said, will most likely cause permanent damage. No matter who they are or what they’ve done… Put yourself in their shoes during the moments you just did what you did. Without thinking about who they are or if they deserved it or not… Consider what you just did. Was it cruel?”

Once he had made the calls and had glimpsed their destination ahead, he turned to face her while they waited.

“I think you need to understand just why I am out here, aside from freeing slaves. I do not kill other humanoid beings, if I can help it. We understand that during a raid or a battle, death will happen. If we are in control of a situation enough to prevent it… Then it is our responsibility to do so.”

He looked back toward the hideout they had left behind.

“We as the Silver Jedi want to protect and heal. These are our mantras. And that extends from the most morally well, to even the worst. Because we know that for most, there is a heart somewhere. And if there’s not… Well, eventually they’ll be in a battle situation where they’ll die. But before it gets to that… We want to rehab people if we can. Those slavers… Slavers are some of the most difficult people to rehabilitate. Once you get the idea in your head that you have the right to own people like property… That’s not easy to get out. But you know what sticks in their mind?”

He smirks lightly before making his next point.

“Having their operations completely demolished by space wizards with uncanny, unstoppable magic. Knowing that there is a very large group of said space wizards nearby that are keeping an eye on said operations and routinely send people to deal with them. In a way… We’re sort of gently putting the fear in them. Not through torture, not through statements of death… But they know their chance against us is very little and some of the more powerful Jedi in the Silver Order have personal, painful pasts when it comes to slavers.”

He gave her a bittersweet smile as he would tug on his robes, showing her a mark. The left side of his neck looked as though some sort of collar had been left jabbing into it for far too long. This was not something he told people. But Ra had earned the right to know.

“If anyone should want to torture them, or kill them, or make them lose their sanity… It should be me” He would reveal, staring her dead in the eyes. “I know better than anyone what they do. I know as well as anyone their level of cruelty. And even when I escaped, I found out it was even worse than I imagined. The night I recruited my Padawan, [member="Dusaro Dresari"] I was on a mission to rescue slaves, just as I am doing now. When they knew we were coming, one of the slavers hid himself amongst the slaves with a fake collar on. When we were herding them out, the slaver pulled out a blaster and started killing slaves. I couldn’t do anything except put him down after he’d killed a man in front of his wife and little girl. The wife blamed me for it, protecting them was my responsibility and I had failed. I broke down that night and it’s a memory that still haunts me to this day.

I know… Better than most… What they will do” He spoke softly. “They deserve death. They do. At least in my eyes. But… What right do I have to decide who lives and dies? What right do I have to be judge, jury and executioner? They made themselves judge, jury and executioner of those slaves that day… And it wasn’t a matter of having no choice. They did it because they decided they could since their “property” wasn’t going to be theirs anymore. If I decide to be judge, jury and executioner…

Am I any better than they are?”

He stared at her a moment.

“Back to my point… You know what sticks to them even if they ever get out of prison? Knowing the Silver Jedi are here, and tend to send more powerful Jedi like myself out to deal with them. Imagine spending years in prison, or escaping and all the effort that takes… Knowing if you do this again the chances of you not going to prison again with the Silvers nearby are pretty slim. For those who don’t just give up outright… Most try and get as far away from Silver territory as possible. They go into the farthest reaches of the Rim to do their business…”

He shrugs.

"Little do they know we send people out there too. While it doesn’t always happen… Most eventually just either give up, or end up killed in a struggle eventually. They are not easy to rehabilitate… But it’s possible. That’s a lesson I learned. I used to kill them willy nilly. But… It’s not right. It’s not how it should be. I’m better than that. And they may not deserve it… But they should get a chance to rehabilitate like anyone else we take into our care.”

He pointed back at the hideout.

“You said most likely they won’t leave with their sanity. Which means that most likely… You just destroyed any chance of that happening. You know what, to us, is worse than killing someone? It’s rendering them to a point that they might as well be dead.”

He could sense the batting of large wings out in the distance. Their ride was nearby.

“Besides… Cruelty’s not your color anyway.”

"I didn't DO anything to them! Locked them away in solitude, darkness and did not touch or harm them. It was all mental and if they couldn't handle that...well they're weak. No, it wasn't cruel and I feel slavers..."

And she shut her mouth. Ra had gone to slave markets before. Not being violent, she had bought slaves and given them their freedom that way. It was how she went about doing business. Though two trips had turned violent, the slaves had still gained their freedom. Every employee Ra had at Bast were all former slaves. Ones she had bought, brought back there and given freedom to. A new life had been given to them and many of them stayed with her. Vincent was the longest and he was an old man when he had joined her.

"Why not be just that when they have been the same to these men and women? An eye for an eye."

That was her view on things and it probably wouldn't change much. Control would be another issue, but that was a work in progress.

"Sometimes people aren't worth the effort..."

Cold, but true in her opinion. When Josh showed her a hint at what he had been through, she nodded and understood what he meant. By taking out one cell, word would travel.

"That means they just have to work harder at hiding. There is no way to get rid of them all, Josh. Since they are so hard to rehabilitate...why bother? They aren't dead by my methods and can recover."

His last comment lightened the mood slightly and she looked at Josh with a bit of a smile.

"What is my color then?"

[member="Josh DragonsFlame"]

A large, winged beast would soon fly down while Ra was speaking. Josh would reach over to scratch Jongori behind the ears before climbing onto the saddle, holding out a hand to help Ra onto it. Motioning for her to hang onto something as he attached himself to the saddle using the grappling hooks on his wrists, Josh would use the mental capabilities of the beast to have it kick up and soar into the air. With that, he would consider her responses for a moment.

"Weak" He repeated. "Not everyone is like you or I" Josh would advise calmly. "And thinking them inferior, weak, for their shortcomings compared to yourself... That's the thinking of a Sith."

As Jongori would bring them closer and closer to their destination, he thought her question over a moment, deciding not to dignify the rest.

"Hmm..." He answered as he turned to look toward her, looking her up and down."Emerald. Goes well with your hair."

Red on blue seemed to go pretty well.

Josh would command the dragon to land a short ways from the base. "Return to the ship" Josh would speak softly to it, patting it's head before letting the dragon fly off once they had dismounted. "There's the real truck" Josh spoke toward Ra as he motioned to a speeder truck barreling toward it, just a ways from them. "Let's intercept it."

[member="Riamah"]

This would be the first time Ra had been on a flying animal and gladly accepted the offer to be helped up. Noticing Josh motioned for her to take a hold of something, Ra wrapped her hands around the seat under her. Even though the trip was short, he was able to make a point on something Ra had said.

"Me saying they are weak has something to do with using the Force or not. Somebody can have great mental fortitude and not be affected by what I just did. Mental strength isn't something that relies on the Force. I am weak in certain areas and aspects, so if somebody says that about me, it is the truth."

Ra was a far better fighter and assassin than she was a diplomat or sorceress. She knew her weaknesses and wanted to improve them, but so far had failed at it. Maybe it was her age, but then again maybe she was just weak when it wasn't based on something physical. Giving a mental shrug, she didn't think it really mattered. She had time to work on things and become better.

"I always thought blue looked good on me as well. Have to give green a try more often."

Looking at where Josh pointed after they had landed, she nodded.

"Want me to be a decoy and have you actually do the attack?"
