Sacking of Coruscant[OOC]

Is there anyone on the sith side who'd like to have a duel with a chiss mercenary? I've gotten my armor approved for use (link in my bio), and I'll be working on doing the same with my weapons over the next while, but if you have any immediate questions just ask.

So, in regards to Ijaat's last post, putting it here so everyone can see easier.
One-time firing of pretty much every gun Ijaat could effect from the Planetary Defense Control. Planet-side guns or guns in range of the temple (that wouldn't cause immediate lolwut level of destruction) are fire upon the Temple. This affects the GA troops as well as the Sith within there. I don't care if you take damage on your character or not, that is your story to write. But after the salvo, the Temple is going to be left largely in smoldering ruins. Which is no big deal, people can hand-wave that away as background story of being repaired, or do a singular thread for it. I just figured i'd bury all the shinies in rubble and make it harder (or easier) to find something.
Droids, if there are any, in defense of Coruscant have been given orders to attack One Sith identified forces on Coruscant, as have ground guns *not* in range of the Temple. So lots of whole-sale slaughter of NPC forces. Lots of opportunities for more benefit concerts. Doesn't really affect anyone. This can be as large or as limited a range as we/you would like, play it as you chose.
Those in space? You may be hit by orbital guns. You may just see light go streaking past you and not a single craft is hit. Space is kinda funny that way. I really don't mind which you guys choose, considering it would be extremely hard to aim accurately, and Ijaat didn't have time to plan sniper like precision with these shots, in space or in the ground.
If anyone has any issues or wants specific things to be hit, not hit, or changed in my post, feel free to bring them up here or in PM and I am more than happy to work with you on it. My only real sticking point is the One Sith might want to hire a few good stone masons for their Temple
EDIT: And in case there is any doubt... Ijaat is TKO'd on the PDF control room floor, and will not be back for the rest of the skirmish.

Saw a few people posting after the shots fired in the temple as if nothing had happened, on both sides. I did realize I didn't really tag anyone but the immediate opposition at the controls, so i'm tagging as complete of a list of people as I care to make(three pages back). If your most recent post wants to be a 'just before the bomb goes off' sort of thing, that works. Or, again, if you have questions/wants/specific things to happen, holler at me here or in PM and we can work on it.

Just putting this here again, hoping to make sure it gets noticed more. Also, he talked with me in PM, so it was not a god mode take down of my AI that was in place for the defense.. It was justified, and agreed with by myself.

I am glad no one is taking offense. I literally tossed Ijaat into this skirmish to do only one thing, and he has achieved it, so i'm pretty well out..

There is a shield generator up at the temple, if anyone wants to use that as a reason why they didn't die in the blast, probably wouldn't stand up to a planetary cannon for long but at least it gives you a way out in your posts Jedi/Sith alike.

[member="Raien Keth"] - It can, but most the shields and security were deactivated in my post. If you guys want it to stay up long enough that PC's manage to escape most harm, that won't bug me. Provides a pretty convenient and good excuse.

Yeah if its an orbital cannon firing into a battle that's moved into melee, its going to hit everyone and anyone I guess to a lesser or greater extent. The temple turrets might be more specific though in being able to hit the right targets.

[member="Jericho"] - Yup. Pretty much errything go boom. Anyone and everyone at the temple is effectively a target (up to you if you get hit or not) and at the end the Temple should pretty much be a smoldering pile of rubble.
