Scorched Red Feathers (Attack on Red Ravens)

Cyrus found his way to the private hangar, a guard stood in front of the door to the hangar. He walked up to the guard.


Excuse me sir, I've lost my key card and I think I may have left it in my, could you open up for me, I just need to check, please sir.


It is against the rules but if you do not say anything about this, I could let it slide. He turned, swiped his own card and before he could say here you go, Cyrus knocked him out. He tucked the guard in a corner and grabbed his key card in case. Cyrus locked the door behind him, then ran for a small, swift private ship. He used the guards key card to access the terminal outside the ship, he went around and accessed each other ship and began to overload their systems. they would burn out and explode in a few short minutes.

Once he had completed his task, he boarded his acquired ship, punched random coordinates and lifted off. As soon as the drives were charged, Cyrus punched the Hyperdrive.

As Cyrus entered hyperspace, a massive explosion of nuclear proportions erupted below. The entire hangar of luxury ships exploded from their engines over loading. The dozens of ships, filled with starship fuel and hyperdrive reactors detonated gloriously. The surrounding buildings would be ripped apart as the hangar vaporized.

The single largest attack on Antecedent, all starting at the Red Ravens' Dragon Palace Casino. Te attack had worked it's way into the streets then into the airways as a few airspeeders were lost. Finally, the merchant and luxury hangar was erased from the face of the planet. The casualty numbers were already reaching into the hundreds. And hundreds more would perish from their wounds and radiation.

A successful mission for Cyrus as he planned his next jump.

Sure, Cyrus had stolen a small ship and hyperdrived his way off-planet apparently, and sure, he had somehow accessed every ship in the hangar and set them to overload (An interesting feature Cambry didn't know ships had) in an apparent matter of seconds (considering how many people were pursuing him, yet apparently didn't catch up to him), and sure some of them exploded, but that was more or less fine for anyone not nearby; Ion engines don't react with nuclear explosions.​

Cambry backed the Lassie off.​
