Seeking History.....And Knowledge

The recently addition to the Silver Sanctum Coalition was not resting on her backside - rather looking to do make a difference. She had spent hours and many sleepless nights scanning through the archives looking for a special holocron. One that taught the nature - literally nature- side of the Force. Most of what she was seeing focused on enhancing one's skill in combat and offensive abilities in the Force. Fable was not the thrown down kinda of Jedi - though she did learn to defend herself. Her passion dealt in preserving life such as medicine and nature. Fighting - she believed - was best left to those that heard it's call to defend the galaxy from the oppression of the Sith and criminal organizations.

Her eye lids began to betray her as they fought to close down and rob her of sight. Fable glanced at the empty mug that was once filled to the rim of some concoction she created using herbs and spices. It done wonders to keep her awake and focused - but after drinking so much her body rebelled against it calling for sleep. With a small huff through her flared nostrils she reached for the save button on the terminal to hold her place - when she found or more like stumbled across what she was looking for.

Fable jumped to her feet and let out a hoot of victory which earned her a glance from the night librarian. "Sorry," she whispered returning to her seat. With a renewed sense of alertness she scanned through the file on Jedi Master Yaddle - an herbalist herself. The biography of the little Jedi Master was an interesting read but what caught her attention was her lost holocrons. The information of the holocrons was minute in detail only that it had been lost on the planet of Kamar. There was no description of what knowledge the little cubed devices held in their memory banks - but Fable was already intrigued by the prospect of seeking them out.

She didn't have a traditional lightsaber yet - only a low powered training blade - and only possessed what the instructors here at the temple referred to as basic Force abilities. Before going to bed she needed to draw companions for this little expedition to Kramar. She looked at the advertisement posted on a holoscreen in the main hall of the Temple:

Going to Kamar
Looking for a holocrons
Companions Needed
If Interested meet me at 6 a.m. in hanger bay 3
Fable Rethera
She punched her own shoulder. Now she needed to get sleep because 6 a.m. was only five hours away.

Connor Harrison

Guest
Leaning on the wall of Hangar Bay 3, Connor Harrison had his arms folded and stared around the corner at the ships inside. Only a couple of fighters and a transport so early in the morning, but there was activity from the ground staff who kept the Order running even when other slept.

While holocrons didn’t bother him, he’d made a habit of helping people find them – from Sith to Jedi, he’d been one to help those seek their prize for some reason. Maybe he was a sucker for adventure. And this name – Fable – was new to him, and he was sure they were new to the Order and expected them to be nothing but an over-eager Padawan wanting to learn as much as possible as quickly as possible.

That was where he stepped in to do what others didn’t seem to do – make sure they didn’t die or come back corrupted as he’d seen other Padawans do, more recently his own. Still, that was in the past.

He sighed and licked his lips as he looked over his shoulder for anyone coming over. No-one yet. He returned to look into the hangar and wait.

The sound of it was there and as Cathbodua rolled over in the bed in the dark sealed sub basement room. She was tall and skinny but the thin lithe figure was near solid muscle as training in heavy gravity rooms kept her fit and strong. The section of the room as she turned on the soft screen and was adjusting her head to read the message on it with a raised eyebrow. She threw the covers off and felt the small chill of the floor while she adjusted her new bodysuit she was testing the durability of while working on the systems for it. The first layer of bodyglove that was temperature regulated and designed to protect her with micronized crystals as as her belt. From the belt she finished attaching the small mailed mesh that looked like a webbing to add to her protection before securing the third layer of flexisteel plates able to bend and move with her but provide the most protection. Her healers bodysuit had been constructed to specifications as she secured the holocron of An'ya Kuro on her neck with the small charm sized holocron shimmering in the low light. Her processing implants computer and she secured as a buckle of her belt one of the modified medicrystals able to store healing energy and project in a healing aura around her body. Her neck guard going up before she secured the telchek synthetic fire crystal and her sabers. The blade of An'ya Kuro and her lightwhip that pulsed with the healing crystal of fire in its hilt. Slowly the jedi healer made her way up to the bay and slid the hood over her head while she looked out from the new mask and the small filters for her vision were there as well as the rebreather and temperature regulation made her feel more comfortable standing there ready to go.
