Aurum leapt up from Katar's lap, onto my shoulder.

What the kark?!

"Hey, where did you learn to say that?"

Shut up... Something's about to attack us!

"Let me see what's going on."

I reached out into the jungle, to the birds that surrounded us. I locked onto a kroyie, a type of preybird for the Wookiees. Its mind was screaming with fear of the large 'metal raptor' that had just flown past it.

"Oh, it's just a ship... I wonder if it's a crash, or what."

at the sound of the large boom kycoros pulls out a doublesided lightsaber, and ignites the twin blades, the same color as his eyes. he enters he niman guard position, when he hears its a ship he deactivates the saber

Katar's senses caused her to kick into a defense mode. Her head jerked toward the direction in which the sword came from, her pupils turning to slits. Her muscles tensed. She cautiously sniffed the air. She picked up smoke above the natural fragrance of the forest and the unique smells of her new companions. It appeared that the ship had, in fact, crashed. There might be survivors still on board, she thought. She turned to the others and pointed in the direction of the smoke smell.

After a huge battle with a swarm of bandits and their leader a sith, Jericho made his retreat through space. But it didn't take long for them to catch and up and shoot him down. He no choice but to crash land on the nearest planet. The man had no choice but to put his ship on to auto pilot and suit up for the coming battle. He put on his mask, armor, belt with his sabers and grenades and braced himself for impact.

As his ship crashed, he put an aura around his person to steady the blow. He pushed off part of the rubble and stood tall, standing at 6'5, the man took a moment to breath and observe his surroundings. His moment was cut short, hovering above was the craft and the sith leader made his attack, sending him flying back several feet into the forest with a force push.

In the great forests of Kashyyyk, sounds of a sparking sabers between combatants could be heard from a distance. Sounds of the brushing leaves and moving trees washed out by the cries of running animals. One a sith knight being hunted by the silent giant of a man, Jericho. The battle went on for several hours until the hunter was able to finally take down his prey.

He was slew the sith with a mighty strike from his saber and took a knee to breath. But after feeling more force signatures coming close to his location, the warrior quickly readied himself and went into a casual neutral Nimen stance. His purple saber glew brightly through the forest letting whoever was coming that he was ready. Feeling the force being use he face the direction it was coming from, for a moment took of his mask and sent a powerful force bellow with a "HA!" sound and put on his mask once more.

A rather strong Force-Bellow coursed through the air, ruffling my wings a bit as I flew towards the crash site.

"Well, that's rude. Get 'im, Aurum."

With pleasure.

Aurum swooped towards the crash site, and saw a masked man with a lightsaber.

A Jedi... Can I eat him?

"Not yet. Let me see him first."

I could see the man, who was probably waiting to see what the odd Force Signatures in his mind were. Aurum's interest was piqued, and he spoke into the man's mind.

It's rude to scream when you don't know who's there. I am Aurum, Guardian of the Queen. Who are you?

Instinctively, Jericho force pulled the large bird of prey to him and held it by it's neck. His saber glow close to the birds eye, the warrior was a sith hunter and what comes with the territory was dealing with sith torturers. Though he had learned to be immune to mind tricks and have a higher pain tolerance from their "advanced" torture techniques, his many instincts took over when anything wanted to speak with him telepathically. "You would do well not to speak with me in that manner, bird. If you cannot speak to me verbally or through body language do not speak with me at all." He stated calmly but with sterness in his tone. He felt no sith like aura around the bird nor it's master so he released it's neck from his grasp. Feeling the force signature similar to the bird, he ran to it using force speed then force jump to increase the distance cover over a short amount of time, until he was face to face with the person. A woman with....Wings.....Interesting, never has he ever encountered a being as she. "Who are you?" He asked her with a tight grip on his saber.

"A jumpy one, aren't you? You attack Aurum, and come to me. I'm Morrigan, and if you attack my baby brother again, I'll kill you."

I glared at him, and swept over to Aurum.

"Are you okay? Did he hurt you?"

Fucking bastard. All I did was talk to him.

I turned around.

"Why did you attack him, Jedi?"

She was lucky she wasn't cut down right then and there, but just because she had a mouth and some attitude would not be a good enough reason just to take her down. In truth, she and her bird did do nothing. Aside from trying to communicate telepathically with him, which he did not like. He ignore he little threat and chose not to answer her for now as to why he made his move. Instead, he looked at her up and down then surveyed the surround area, the shadow lands of Kashyyyk. He turned his back to her and took a knee to surveyed the dirt. He really was in deep inside the forest, the crash did not bode very well. He stood up once more and faced the winged woman, "Do you live here? Do you know this area very well?"

Mit cut his way slowly towards the crash site, he hated cutting paths in the forest... always giant snakes and who knows what out here, but he wanted to checkout the crash, so cut it was.

Eventually he came to the crash and heard voices, yup, thats the bird lady... he muttered as he walked over to them, hacking away at trees and vines, "Looks like you made a new friend!" he called as he cut away the last few branches and walked up to them, sheathing his vibrosword. "You are?" he muttered, there had been plenty of weird people on this planet but this was getting out of hand, and he wasn't a fan of parties in the woods.

the drakian, with knowledge of many of the saber styles, activates his duel saber and leaps over the sith hunter using elements of Ataru and stands next to the winged woman shifting his stance to that of makashi, knowing he might have to fight the sith. he is silent except for a warning growl that is clearly audible, the Drakian examines the sith's emotional state to determine the next move (note: his species is highly empathic, and he even more so due to his connection to the force and because of this he has a battle awareness and can get a general idea of a being's next movement, kinda like the echani) he stands defensively near her but is also ready to go on the offensive if he must

Katar sped toward the crash site along with the others. She arrived on the scene just a few moments after Morrigan and Aurum, witnessing the events that had just taken place. She, to, went over to the injured Aurum, a look of genuine concern on her face. She gently stroked his head to calm him down, giving the newcomer a curious but also protective glance.

"Live in the Shadowlands? That's the funniest thing I've heard in months. No, I don't live here, and I don't happen to know this area. It's filled with creatures. Gigantic monsters that'll eat you up in seconds."

I smiled, now convinced that messing with this guy was the exact right thing to do at this point.

"So, do you have a specific reason for attacking my Aurum on sight, or are you just afraid of large animals? Whoever you are..."

I decided I would let [member="Morrigan"] toy with the man for now, but not for too long... if she didn't get serious, I would.

But for now I just laid against a tree, and absent mindedly chopped at some bushes.

The beast growled lowly at him standing by what probably was it's master the winged woman by the name of Morrigan. The beast stood only but an inch taller than he did but it was large in frame, more so than healthy, it's physiology seemed awkward but it didn't mean it wasn't dangerous, he saw the saber staff in it's grasp ready for battle as though as it had some sort of formal training. That was yet to be determined true or false. He felt the aura of the beast measured his threat level from there. A low-medium, the bigger they were, the easier to make them fall. In an instant a boy of silver hair appeared that looked vaguely similar to an old padawan of his, asking who he was. Jericho merely ignored him and merely analyzed the situation at hand and everyone around them that seemingly just wanted to appear out of the wood work. The silver haired boy stood shortest though it wasn't by much give or take a few inches. Of the three males, he also with the smallest frame in comparison, then telling by his voice and the way he talked he had to be youngest of the males. Jericho felt the boy's level or aura as well, then determined the threat level from him as well. Low.

He did the same with the winged woman who felt the need to openly mock and play with him. It seemed that she didn't realize, aside from the beast that stood next to her and the Katar that was tending to her bird, that she looked as though she was part of this dark forest. He measured her energies as well as the katar's both threat levels to him were low as well. He quickly analyzed the situation if they had the need to all attack him at once, he thought of tactics in his head, such as the head-on approach or the environment approach. The threat level of all of them doing so was....Also low. Sometimes, when it came to battle and decisive victories, he seemed more robot than a beast or man. He listened to the woman's second statement and she seemed to fail to feel the sith signature disappear, maybe she wasn't in tuned or maybe she was more focused on her bird to realize. But all the same, she seemed more fool than anything else to him.

None of these people seemed to be of any use to getting a better layout of the forest for him it seemed and time would be hard to tell within the shadow forests of Kashyyyk seeing as there was no light. So instead of further speaking with the ragtag group of rouges and beast, the man merely turned his back to them and began walking away. He was far from the type to play games. It's was then he heard the saber activate behind and him and the boy saying that he had enough of this. Jericho felt no dark aura from any of them, so he wouldn't kill them but he did not enjoy being threatened and that's what it sounded like. He looked over the shoulder, the boy moved from his lay back spot and the beast activated his purple lightsaber. A double bladed saber huh? He had one too on top of his other two single edge and it has been a while since he used it. He took it out and it's yellow glow took hold of the surrounding darkness. "I will say this once. Lower your weapon, beast or I will consider you all threats." He said with a stunning display of skill going into a shien stance. If the armor and battle torn robes as well as the mask, did not give them the vibe already, he has been part of many battles and wars, he has been training since he was a child, if they wanted a fight, they were going to get one.
