Dev Shadows of Atrisia

THe time spent on the world had been enjoyable... no it had been thrilling and coming back first with Amalia and then well with her mother... even if her mother and her didn't do anything had been quite a sight. Junko stood on the walkway looking out on the world as she stretched and handmaidens were around her. "Princess do you want to come back inside the ship." Junko looked aat Uzaki who was there and Phaidor as she was standing at the ready... and shrugged. "I mean I could... but come one it is a fun time right now and besides I have a date to get ready for.... Amalia Terel is high class and important... maybe... she just is cool.

"Be that as it may princess we don't want you to catch a cold and have to cancel because you chose to let everyone see you in your moment of happiness at scoring a date." SHe contemplated that and there was logic in what they were saying... as well as clear evidence that thehy were saying it and prepared to coverr her up regardless... she could risk getting sick strutting around outside on the loading ramp or... she could be in the environmentally controlled sship where her was less likely to get sick and by all extension was her mini fiefdom that no one else could control or talk about... Junko nodded coming back in and closing the ramp.

Once she was back inside of the ship the princess just smiled more and more... a date was something she hadn't had in a long long time... more then that... yes she had liaisons with plenty... there could be no doubt about her... tastes but a date was often so much more and she and Amalia had... well okay they had waited at first... denied each other three times as it were but eventually well that was set aside because they had something more then physical. Well that was the thought... she wasn't going to deny the physical was the first thing between them... or the second... she might not be vapid but she also wasn't going to delude herself.

Junko was prepared to say the least when it came to the truth... she might not be the one and only for the Alderaanian but she was going to give her the time of her life... maybe... or they would date aand see what happened. Either way something fun and it was an excuse for the pair of them to travel... there was never a bad thing when that was the initial plan afterall. She would alo have to modify her schedule for well this... as travel out of the system was allowed she wasn't a prisoner but she was held in high demaand aand regard among her people and the emperor and empress relied on her traveling where they weren't able to because of time constraints.

She was also looking at a few other things here now... with everything needed to prepare such a trip well she would need to not just make sure affairs were handled but that they were well aware of her leave... Alderaan would need to be contacted through proper diplomatic channels if only to not have it be a surprise a dignitary was visiting from afar. If there was an incident then they wanted to make sure nothing bad could come of it unless it was intentional... Junko might not have to check in with them but she wasn't going to surprise and scare them should say their defense forces accidentally fire on her.

SHe was needing to do more logistics and they had five or so days for it.. Amalia would be expecting her as the princess used some more of her interest to check on others aspects of it... where she was going to look now was back on Atrisia which she had been gone from longer then expected. SHe was looking at others things aand they might need to head out when she returned to AAtrisia II, what was being considered Atrisia neo... a beautiful place that was all about advancement while Atrisia was about traditional with advances under the surface... they reveled in showing all of the advances in technologies with transportation networks and fabricators.

There was even more being built into NEo AAtrisia... aside from some of the alrgest advances they were looking to develop force tools... technologies that used the force and were created by jedi and force users for non jedi... advances in training skills and talents like shapers who could become elemental warriors of the force for Atrisia and its allies... with some being elemental warriors but then some of them would function as elements slayers... ones specialized not just in fighting elements but also in containing it absorbing with tutamins. THey were looking to make more force sensitive guilds that would serve around the Commonwealth and handle problems.

With a few other improvements they would be better able to deal with what they had. She was still amazed at what they were really working on... the vast smart road system and airway coordination... letting them simply move around and commence traffic as needed. There was the advanced environmental filters used to purify the air and buildings... seals to keep gas aand airborne threats at bay... defensive turrets were being built there... improved defensive shielding technologies that were a mixture of section planetary shielding and full wrap around... they would be aable to use both as needed plus the anshin as a duel layer above the ones they were making.

That was everythign that was coming to her mind as they looked over the different parts and the ship was returning to Atrisia... one of the few able to land on the planet and go into her palace private hanger. The cloak over it enveloping them before it was touching down quickly. Her thoughts coming back to her and she laid out the plan as she was going to present it... mostly contact the empress... tell her she was going on a date and a diplomatic message would need to be sent to ALderaan to alert them with her information and biometrics to better prepare but she wasn't going in an official capacity... she was going for something personal so if they could observe and monitor without interfering.

The hanger for the ship as it enclosed over the golden vessel was largely quiet as they exited. THe life in her palace wasn't in the hanger which was reserved literally only for her ship here... the secondary hanger for the other smaller vessels... no it was in the palace when they opened the doors and were able to really get in and see it all. Her other handmaidens had been working once they had the news and had laid out a doen different dresses and outfits that she would be able to wear.. they were setting up different hair pieces and debating what would best go with what and where... it was almost amazing to see how they could work while Barca was more looking over to protect them.

Junko went up to the mandalorian who was standing there in her armored handmaiden robes... mostly just her armor recolored and given a few flares to better match and belnd it in with their outfits... not really a disguise as all could tell who she was but... worth it in so many ways at least. "You look nice." THey had spent weeks trying to best make her robes but she wanted her clans armor.. so the compromise for protection being mixing the two and the added flares were well extra protection and weapons that she would be able to use in her duty to protect Junko... also added to her size which made her stand out among Atrisians.

It also worked to well make the large mandalorian look like a bodyguard which was the point she wasn't going to be a body double compared to the rest.. she wasn't here to be one of Junko's handmaidens who was the daughter of a lord or lady and seeking to have a chance to move up politically through the ranks for higher status prospects... she was here to fight and make sure Junko always had muscle... which she could provide in spades... that she also looked hot in her tight armor was well a benefit all of them could enjoy... really it made eye candy for the ladies of the palace aand her guards who she shamelessly flirted with.

"Well Barca you certainly look... nice." SHe said it with a smile that was wide and spreading across her face as the mandalorian turned to look at her and crossed her arms for a moment. Barca was rough and overly muscled... hell she was basically muscle piled onto muscle and rough all over from her fighting to her affections. Junko knew full well she gladly seduced and flirted with many of the guards and guests seeing who would come with her and it wasn't forceful... she talked about old times when trench wives and situations were commonplace among her family and clan but that was a few thousand years ago and rarely seen anymore among the mandalorians.

"ANd you as aalways look like someone I want to well... imaginaation." SHe said it and walked over as she towered physically over Junko... not just sheer size but Barca had personality.. she was a presence both for good and bad.. she could command a unit and a room which aided the princess when it came to terms of her needing a bodyguard.. she was more then happy to let the mandalorian face some of the bigger thras if only because she whipped out an obscenely large cannon and started blasting everything that was around her ina way that made it all go boom. "I can't take all of the credit... you did inspire me to get out and haave a little fun."

Barca looked at her and crossed her arms... not a smirk or sour look... more one with a raised eyebrow few could really believe. Barca was skilled after all in having a good time and seemed to have a very specific definition. "True and the world was a party but most people would go to a world run by zeltrons and come back with stories of several people... not a date with seemingly a monogamous one... I think you experienced your mini zeltros backwards princess... should have went there in the relationship and come back single with several more girls." SHe said it and Junko looked at her innocently enough batting her eyes looking up.

"So are you saying... I have been a bad girl?" Junko said it in her best way of being hyper innocent offering only the best.... and Barca looked at her with a grin on her face that was coated in blushing cheeks. "ALways.... princess... always but only because you know how to tease and really do keep things interesting... logistically a nightmare for your protectors sure but also a means to switch things up and keep it from being routine... which is a good way to avoid trouble as well. No attackers can predict your movements and actions which means we can focus on the importaant things... like having the equipment to make sure they don't try anything."

Junko shrugged at that. "I have learned if people want to attack you they will find a way and most enemies we have will always resort to the tried and true method of we are always distracted so they could bypass everything easily." She said it and while hating to admit to it... no matter what the defenses, the prep work or the plans if someone wanted to stage an assault and slaughter them... they would get past... it was just inevitable and they just needed to know how to face such a threat. The princess had seen it and that was why Atrisian and jedi technologies from Sasori developed along the lines of rapid reconstruction efforts.

"True, I have seen many defenses breached just because with no effort it is almost insulting... though the random forces that our found and killed or civilians in areas where they shouldn't be also helps... stacking the bodycount seems to be the goal in just as many cases. More then that there is always a distraction or stealth vessel that can bypass countermeasures with almost glee." Barca said it but bristled as the mandalorians were able to do it and the sith... most factions dedicated to destruction did it and they were able to see some parts of it while JUnko just shrugged with her. "We do what we can and surround outselves with hot women warriors who can bench press us."

Barca snorted with her laugh at that... she hadn't been expecting the princess to outright say it at the least and it presented its own unique challenge as she was remaining there... finally her face turning red. "Well when you put it that way princess... really hard to refute your logic." She said it and well the large mandalorian was used to being the one to be abel to press and lift the others... Junko had seen plenty of seduced be shoulder candy as it were for her and it was well impressive that she could do it with two but then she had seen her be able to lift four and two per shoulder... likely helped that Atrisians were so much smaller.

Still Junko couldn't believe what she was hearing from the mando or well what she was saying but her bodyguard... and more.. the tournament had settled one thing... they went all out and despite winning... Barca did still want to fight and dominate her but not for power... in a sense... she liked the challenge of having girls on different worlds.. that Junko had won was one thing... that Junko had won aand brought her in to protect her well she and Junko still fought a few times and she tried to win... it wasn't an issue and they weren't angry or malice driven... all in the spirit of competition between the pair.

THe ship touched down and Junko moved... having to go to work now as she was preparing for well everything that they would need to do... so she could get a couple of days off to go to Alderaan... have a date and spend likely some more time with Amalia... well she needed to work at it and present herself proper. She had to do a few other things as well and there was more sadly as they would have to go on.. with the jedi princess prepared for any number of events that they were rebuilding around Atrisia... many of the planets adding to their production and increasing a whole lot of their means to improve qualities of lives that SHoma could handle for a few days.

The next few hours were doing just that... making the request that would be used by herself for the emperor and empress who after hearing what she had to say shrugged and welcomed it... her mother wasn't as forgiving but understood and she wasn't angry but spoke aabout going across some of the galaxy for a dae with someone else... it could just as easily be exploited and become some sort of kidnapping attempt.... ever practical and cynical but her mother wasn't wrong or going to say don't do it... just be careful... same as jumping for it to be some grand relationship as opposed to a fling... one would break your heart if it wasn't the same thought as the other person.

With their warnings in place, her duties well not pawned off but set up to be handled by Shoma and some of her other vassels who knew what they were doing... it would be easy enough as she jedi princess now came to the hardest part of it all... picking out what she was going to wear and take with her. She needed dresses, kimono's as well, hair pins and clips, gloves, stockings, shoes... and everything else needed to be present to likely be removed yes but there was a chance she would be wearing them out in public and she needed to present an image... make up would be essential as well and she didn't know if Amalia had preferences or enjoyed things this or that.

SHe would have to be sure and well there was also the other things like her lightsaber njust in case.. she didn't expect it would be needed and as a personal means of protection she had the force so it was really just a back up but in case there was a need for official duties to be done... well she would be there and she would be prepared for it all. The jedi princess had managed to finish and still had about four days to well get everything else handled as she could get the ship reaady to take her and they would have everything on schedule as prepared and recorded... and then do it at a different time with decoys going for security at the designated time.

She still had a couple of days after all of the initial planning and there was more... she would be able to meet with some shapers... they had come here and some were going to Ahch-To for training.. specialized training in elemental force skills. Matsu had gotten a notion and an idea which meant that Sasori was going to support it and if sasori supported it well... then they were all going to support it eventually so she went along with it. Not out of worry but because it was an interesting idea... elemental shapers of Kro-Var were in theory neutral but sided usually with darksiders because of old grudges... these new ones would be trained and skilled Elemental Slayers.

She had seen the idea, shapers trained in skills like tutaminis to a degree few could match to absorb and use different elements converting it into power to fuel their own skills. There was going to be more to it as well... different generational types like the heralds and some Atrisian soldiers... first ones would be shapers trained and experienced... second would be shapers trained since birth and given crystal implants that augmented their abilities and the third would be a mixture to refine and perfect the techniques... different generation kro-var slayers would function as they could then extend to other force techniques.

Junko was looking at it and well she could see a lot of plans... her cousin was afterall well... fairly larger picture and scope. WHile Junko focused on trying to improve Atrisia... Matsu focused on the galaxy and a vast understanding of force groups... traditions and techniques few could ever dream about... so it went a long way that the jedi princess would help when she could and Atrisia was closer then some of the other facilities like the Ancilla... plus the benefits of Matsu and Sasori's reseaarch did aid the Commonwealth in the long run.. it improved lives but also their understanding of the force and what could be done.

The reseaarch here about using adegan crystals augmented with the force to improve lives and the others was well... something different if it could be harnessed to heal the body or repair greater daamage.... that it was being used first as an application to create a next generation of shaper into what was considered an elemental god slayer... well there was a flare for the dramatic after all that was needed. Some of the other ideas she would be able to use as well like these smaller outposts thaat were used by the silver jedi on worlds funcitoning like guild halls.. the jedi were there but for the important things and they trained the people to handle requests and jobs on their planet.

Junko was taking in the plan and who knew there might have been a lot more information wise She did like the model though... a guide or outpost where the jedi would train locals with some of their rangers and paladins served a need and they could adopt that in the Commonwealth so the Wukong who were their force users wouldn't get overwhelmed and if they really needed to handle some of the problems that they should be able to or sending in reinforcements. SHe tapped her chin in deeper thought of it as different outposts or guilds if they were on the same world could even work to compete friendly rivalries to improve themselves.

There was other things thaat might be able to happen as well... any number of things even.. this could be a better way to help people and train worlds yes and the income from it could be substantial if they used it right as well as a means to better fund the worlds there... instead of needing to hire offworlders the people would be able to train themselves and rely upon themselves with in the event more was needed a method to contact and receive aid from the greater community. THey would have to work on it and the possibility of corruption was there... some could become dangerous or twisted and thaat would need oversight but they would initially be good enough for the time... just long term it could prove to become a problem.

Mentally she was getting ahead of herself though... the outposts... guilds were already not only established in her mind they were several generations ahead aand falling into disrepair and corruption or bloated with members. SHe was over imagining it but it was also something that functioned to roadmap it all.. she wanted to make sure they could install vaalues within it and if they were going to do it not have it destroy itself over the years in case. She really needed to work on it and well she knew that Matsu had some plans aacross the galaxy that few others openingly saw or wanted to acknowledge.... made it fun.

THey would be able to do other things as well.. develop new methods.. develop new technologies to connect them... hell she knew they were working on the krampus and if that could be refined properly they migh be able to better use it across the galaxy for controlled travel in aan instant... sending teams or people or diplomats across the galaxy to a destination that they controlled and being able to send them back well... it went a longer way towards improving travel times but also possibilities if they used it for saay emergency evacuations. Or more so for just impressing as the Commonwealth had some of the most cutting edge technology of the galaxy.

SHe was able to see much more of that technology as it was developing as well.. who knew what they might have coming down the pipeline now that they were breaking the walls down on what was essentially teleportation technologies being able to get without a ship from one end of the galaxy to another. THey were breaking through more and more their dimensional compression technologies for storing vast amounts and fabrication technologies allowing them to produce high quality at fast pace and lower costs... they had some of the most advanced hardlight and AI technologies as well as weapon systems and technologies to rival most others in the galaxy.

THen she was not even going into their aadvances in hyperdrive and ships themselves from weapons, to hull and power reactors... they had benefitted both from isolation as well as well they disliked people... they weren't just isolationist they were outright avoiding many and didn't want to be involved despite well having a rep in the senate who never actually set foot on their planet just voted along whatever policy lines their benefactors wanted... mattered little to them and they could just ignore it. Junko had more then enough and going to Alderaan well she wasn't sure if Amalia had interacted with this mysterious senator before.

Her mind was again wandering but it was... well it was full to bursting.. it was overstimulated and she was happy both with herself and with the others as an idea of what they could be doing. She had everything set up and finished within the next day and relaxed her mind and body... the hot springs near her palace being designed and created so that it was within the mountains with narrow winding paths that allowed arches and pillars to hide the aerial view of others walking... it also obscured discovering where she was as the pools were elevated allowing one to see people approaching before they were able to see through the one sided arches themselves.

THe other purpose was.. they came off of the palace... specifically off of her garden so these were private ones that only her, her handmaidens or her guards would have the access to. So much easier to find those who stood out as even the newest of her guards was carefully chosen. Barca being well the only outsider and offworlder but she was dedicated and loayl not just because she got paid but because betraying her would mean no more fights and Barca liked to dominate... and sometimes be dominaated but it was an important distinction.. there was Latyuo and Supisy of course but the pair was well loyal enough they seemed to want to make a life in the Commonwealth.

Junko continued to spend her time at the hot springs... taking in more of it... the design they were going with was largely open... more welcoming then some of the others... but then these were supposed to be meant for her private use... no one else so one gender wasn't going to be the problem. There was areas where her guards and droids could be stationed for perfect coverage without being visible... while some would be for importance... she had escape routes both visible and since they were building it... a tunnel system that could be accessed via the hotsprings with a hydrostatic shield below meant to be keyed to her biometrics.

She could see the droids working on it while she walked... with different shields being set up and designed for herr with equipment for personal defense from blaster and swords to spare lightsabers.. her guards and handmaidens also had their preferred equipment keyed to them and in designated areas. It all largely being waterproof casings and able to function underwater the method that you really wanted to see. Barca had given some ideas toward what they were doing and haad even gotten them a handful of wardroids that would be hooked to power generators here and concealed to create not just kill zones but heavy chokepoints even mandalorians should have a hard time getting through.

There was even more in the design of the space as she looked at it here... the arches looked like standard Atrisian design... wood and paint but they were metal cored wrapped with wood... small micropole emitters allowing it to have a containment shielding... which could be bent around to either enclose the tunnel of aarches or used to make hundreds of shield walls to impede attackers in their movement trying to get through as they would have to stop every few inches to proceed and there were several thousand. A means to mess with and stop as the branches in the path would be reinforced more from different angles making their have to work at those.

Then therre was the defenses like gravity generators which could make the interior of the arches heavy so it was like walking through a gravity well pulling them to the ground. A tanglefoot field to trip them and glob emitters which could impede and hold them in place. All non-lethal in case of problems but made to protect so the guards, handmaidens and even her as a jedi would be able to respond. Barca was working with her guards for other things as well... aabove with small walkways that were blending into the mountain and just looked like natural curves... arches thaat served to better observe and shrouds to obscure from orbit the palace and island.
