Shopping day

She gave a wicked smile as she held her hands out to the sides

oh he is simply busy and you know I have to contiune something right? Besides look at you, I, a simple mother coming into town for tea attacked by a Jedi ohhhh how bad it looks

She said with a giggle, she watched another person come in, she started moving back when he was turned away, then she gave a smirk as she turned and quickly was off again, she was now putting the force behind each step

At an unhurried pace, Ajira followed the probable Dark Jedi. The Tactical Peace Officer Unit would get there first, it seemed. Already the elite Theed police were closing in on the fight and on the Force-running redhead. Citizens were scattering to give them room to work with their stunguns and sonic pacifiers, but only if necessary. The idea was to talk down and contain the troublemakers without use of weapons.

Sirens and loudspeakers blared from the assembling speeders. The police demanded an immediate cessation of hostilities.

Elm gladly shut off the dark jedi's light saber and tossed it aside. She had no wish to be caught up with force user matters, but would gladly end me she bent down to receive her blaster pistol and knife before walking over to the theed police.

As [member="Anya Loma"] sped away the Rogue's saber floated back into Dax's hand, discarded by the armored person at the arrival of the police was sounded by the sirens and loud speakers. "I'm not even a Jedi." he grumbled as he looked around at the growing mass of police uniforms. Well chit...there was no way he'd be able to catch up with the Sith now...or for him to deal with all the cops. The man raised his hands and interlaced his fingers behind his head. Now wasn't the time...

Naboo police had a well-deserved reputation for politeness and courtesy. Politely then, assuming Elm and Dax complied, the Tactical Peace Officer Unit would cuff and arrest them for public brawling involving deadly weapons. Ajira's statement would be entered into evidence, along with other eyewitness statements and footage from various bazaar security cameras. Elm and Dax would be taken to ysalamir-equipped holding cells and questioned about the incident.

Meanwhile, the hunt for Anya Loma continued. Of the three, she was the only one who hadn't actually committed a crime. Nevertheless, between Dax's allegations of torture, her potential status as a Darksider, and her certain status as a crucial explanatory witness, she remained a person of interest. The TPCU attempted to locate her.

Though they may hunt she was gonna make every attempt to dodge them, she gave a look out from behind a building seeing some pass, this was gonna make it difficult to get off world, however she could face them and act the innocent mother trying to protect her child

So she cane out, she made it looked like she was shocked and scared approching them hands up

i..is he in c..custody

She spoke in a shaky voice

[member="Anya Loma"] had encountered an average squad of the TPCU: elite police armed with stunners and sonic weapons, and wearing Naboo-style helmets that increased their resistance to mind tricks. One was a Shaper of Kro Var, an air-worker, a relatively strong Force-sensitive. The squad took a semicircular position around Anya, weapons ready but not explicitly pointed at her.

"Yes, ma'am," said one of them. "However, we'll need to take a statement from you, there have been serious allegations made against you, and you were seen fleeing the area at an extreme rate. We are detaining you under suspicion of being a Sith infiltrator. You have the right to remain silent. You have the right to legal representation."

No good, she was already under suspicion, she had to play the part perfect or risk being uncovered by these people, she shook as she stepped back still acting scared

i..I didn't wanna be hurt

She moved her arms forward, she knew she could get out easily but play8ng the part would make it all the easier

Raising one's hands might be a plea - or a prelude to lightning or a telekinetic attack. The police squad raised their sonic projectors and stun blasters. "Ma'am, please kneel down and interlock your fingers behind your head. Do not make any sudden movements."

She wouldn't sense fear - these officers were veterans of the street-by-street battle against the Knights Obsidian some years back - but certainly heightened readiness. If she made any threatening or sudden movement, she would be the target of nonlethal but intense weapons fire sufficient to drop a rancor or a Sith Lord.

Behind them, some distance away, Ajira watched with her arms folded.

HK-36

The Iron Lord Protector (Neutral Good)
Meanwhile, in a hyper-market on Theed,

HK was moving through aisles with a hover-shopping cart filled with the usual groceries, there was a six pack of cans containing motor oil, couple of large ripe batteries, some lubricant that will probably make the cash register clerk blush, starvocados, hypermelons, and hoverberries.

It was when the machine was passing by the dairy aisle that he stopped, looking away from a datapad containing his shopping list,

"Should I get the blue milk?"

He asked himself, contemplating outloud,

"Yes."

HK's arm stretched out towards it a bit before suddenly being jolted back,

"No."

He watched the gallon container with the blue liquid,

"Although."

His hand stretched out towards it once more before being yanked back by him again,

"No, no."

Looking away from the blue milk he would keep on pushing his hover-cart,

"I forgot I do not have a mouth. Or stomach."

And he kept on moving, because in a thread titled the Shopping Day someone had to take more focus on actual shopping than just mere four lines of description or so.

HK walked back to the diary aisle, grabbing the blue milk container,

"Feth it."

Before moving back to his hover-cart.

One may wonder, why would HK, a droid living on Abregado at the other end of GA territory, would go all the way to Naboo to buy what seemed to be mostly foodstuff and perishables?

Good question!

Dax leaned against the wall of his cell, tapping his foot as he did so. "Anybody gonna come and talk or are you guys hoping to bore me to death?" he'd said in annoyance. Patience, despite being a lesson of the Jedi, was not in his cards. He was quite the opposite in fact, full of nervous energy, always on the move.

She was shocked, then again she could understand, she kneeled down acting scared as she could, interlocking her fingers behind her head as she started to make herself shake and cry, she kept her head bowed, however through the force it could be felt no such fear existed at all, she was gonna keep on the act

She gave a looked to [member="Ajira Cardei"] her eyes flashed as she looked back down waiting to be detained and taken away

OOC/ I'm going to move things along just a little for you guys, give you some fun options, etc. I'm taking a couple small liberties to grease the wheels. If you have any objections, let me know and I'll happily edit.

IC/
PRISON MOON STORM 3
NABOO SYSTEM

Once the Force-sensitive member of the squad confirmed that [member="Anya Loma"] felt none of the fear she pretended to feel, her threat rating went sharply up. She was treated like [member="Dax Fyre"] and (presuming Elm cooperated) [member="Prostices Elmnar"]. A short flight in the hold of a shuttle would put the three of them in dark, businesslike holding cells with glasteel walls. Ysalamiri behind the walls would cut them off from the Force entirely.

"Lights," said a crisp voice, and the transparent cells lit up. Each of the three prisoners could see that their cells were quite close to each other, on three sides of a walkway's end. Ajira stood on the walkway between them, separated from each of them by a couple of inches of starship-grade glasteel. The cells and walkway were suspended maybe ten metres above snowy ground: it was dark outside, apparently. The overhead lights revealed a loose circle of snow beneath them, and the shadows of their cells. In the darkness, a few pinpoint lights indicated there was a fairly large facility nearby.

"The three of you," Ajira said, "have been detained as potential security hazards. You have the right to remain silent and the right to legal representation. However, I think we can come to an amicable arrangement. By customs records, personal materials, starship and transit registries, and certain other resources, we believe we've identified you. Dax Fyre, an associate of the Underground; Prostices Elmnar, known as Elm, a mercenary; Anya Loma, an Echani wanderer and outlaw. Mister Fyre, you've been charged with uttering threats and with public brawling. Miss Elmnar, you've been charged with public brawling. Miss Loma, you were initially detained on suspicion of being a Dark Side-oriented Force-user. We've since learned you have outstanding warrants for arson, murder, and kidnapping.

"You're on the penal colony moon of Storm Three, quite close to Naboo. The moon has several relatively comfortable low-security facilities. Mister Fyre, Miss Elmnar, if found guilty you will likely each spend a few weeks here to cool your heels. You're both fortunate that nobody was injured by the deadly weapons you employed. It's within my authority to speak with the prosecutor and reduce or amend your probable sentences. I may do that if you tell me the full story about each other and the incident in Theed. Miss Loma, you're here to tell your side of the story, after which you will be extradited to Eshan to face some of your outstanding charges. If you cooperate, I can recommend leniency to the Echani authorities." Ajira's mouth quirked - a memory of a private joke.

"So, you three: please tell me what happened and why."

The Reaper of Won Shasot
Dax was surprised as his surroundings suddenly became illuminated. He'd figured it was decently cold, breath fogging in the air, the desire to pull his jacket tighter, but he'd never realized it had started snowing. What was more surprising was the woman who'd stopped him in the marketplace, the first one, was now addressing them. Uttering threats and public brawling...what a joke.

Dax spoke first of the three, his head filling with frustration all the more. "I already told you what my deal is with Ms. Loma over there." he began, walking to the transparent wall nearest their captor, crossing his arms. "She tortured a friend of mine. One, payback. Two, I make it a habit of trying to deal with problem spots in my life. Sith like herself tend to make life very difficult for me." The man pulled off his jacket and tossed it aside, grabbed the hem of his shirt and pulled it up, revealing taught muscle, the work of years of preparation for combat. And the results of combat itself. Just above his naval and a little to the left, angry red flesh, still knitting itself together, another scar to add to the collection. Angry, he pushed his shirt back down, "These people tend to try and kill my people. I like my people alive."

Turning now to face the mercenary he spoke again, venom dripping from his words, "And this one. I don't know what her problem is. Wasn't her business trying to get in my way. Next thing I knew she'd put a knife to my throat." the Master turned his head, eyes locking onto the uncaged woman's, "Can't blame me for defending myself can you? Besides, I had her dead to rights. And she's still breathing."

Suddenly bag over the head quite roughly then boom, she was in a glass cell, she looked diwn to see snow, she looked up and saw the light shining, then she looked to the lady who she had saw when she was detained, she looked to both sides and stifled a scoff as she looked forward, she listned to Dax and kept her smile away, secretly please knowing she had caused him such hate for her, once he was done she spoke

i wish to say in my defense, that I was pushed into torture by another man more evil then one can imagine, he shortly disappeared after the deed was done I was nothing more then a tool that was forced

She spoke calm unlike Dax admitting what she had done, twisting the truth a but but they had no way to know she did so willingly, she looked over at him when he started saying her people this her people that, she stood and walked to his side

my people? My people?! You were so certain to attack a mother and her child in a public place then allow me fair combat, yes why not I'll admit it right here yes I've practiced the dark side! Forced into it by the man who left me

She threw her as she gave a huff and turned away

besides your people do the same to mine, we give up the life try to live and boom you people come in and ruin it

She said turned and spitting venom

Elm sat in her cell. she had given up no fight, so long as her weapons were not tampered with. she hated it when her rifle was taken apart. she sat, listening to both of them talking. She for the most part ignored them, readying her defense. and her defense for when she reported back to HQ. she was most definitely getting hell and a demotion for this. finally she spoke.
"i saw a woman with a child getting chased. i attempted to intervene. when the man jumped over me, i took drastic action. your response[member="Anya Loma"][member="Dax Fyre"][member="Ajira Cardei"] time was not the best." she thought carefully on her next sentence. " may i see my comlink? after the interrogation is over, i'd like to call my commanding officer in the Caroleans."

"Yes, Miss Elmnar. As soon as we've finished speaking together, you can call your commander."

If the accumulated security footage backed Elmnar's account - and she seemed the most level-headed and credible of the bunch - she might well be acquitted. Interesting.

Ajira turned to face each of them. "I'm afraid general statements won't do. You've created as many questions as you've answered. Who, precisely, was tortured? Where and when did this happen? Who ordered it, Miss Loma, if not you? Miss Elmnar, do you have any prior association with either one of these people? Mister Fyre, please tell me you're not declaring your intention to...'deal with problem spots'... in Naboo territory."

"thank you for allowing me to contact my commander." Elm said. when her interrogator finished her question, elm simply responded with "i don't know either of them, and neither of their faces seem remotely familiar."
