You realize that I'm not launching indiscriminate air strikes against everything that moves, right?

The bombers aren't hitting everything with torpedoes, they're selectively strafing sithspawn with laser cannons. There shouldn't be a whole lot of structural damage going on here, aside from laser cannon charring and maybe some small duracrete craters.

To be fair, the cargo ship being destroyed is going to cause some collateral damage, but it's also wiped out a fair amount of the Sithspawn coming out of that ship too.

In the future, I suppose we should coordinate our strikes if we're both going after the same target (since we were both writing about attacking it at the same time, unaware that the other person was also writing about it).

Just to let you know what I'm about to do in a couple of hours, I'm going to establish a no-fly zone, basically allowing us to ensure that we don't have any other people flying around in the air (otherwise, we shoot them down, because they're Sith).

I figure my starbombers and gunships can work with your ground forces ala blitzkrieg style, where the starships come in attack, soften them up physically and psychologically (sow some disorder and psychological shock in their ranks), then allowing the ground forces to roll in and destroy them piecemeal.

Next, I will begin to establish security cordons around the airport, limiting the area to where the Sithspawn can exit while allowing a corridor for emergency services to restore areas in the space port to limit the damage (fire fighting for a certain hangar fire, medical evacuation, etc).

I'm not mad at you, but I feel like you left it a little to vague and the Sith have taken upon assuming you carpet bombed everything. Not much to be done after the time they spent elaborating on that. If we could coordinate a safe missile strike on Glitter that'd be great. Or something on her dragon outside the comm hub. Because the rest are underground.

The spaceport has few Sithspawn left, they're mostly in the city now. Graug and those Blackblades.

I know I am the last person anyone wants to hear from but keep this in mind.

The more stuff that gets blown up now is less they have to conquer in the actual invasion thread.

The result of this skirmish will have a great deal of effect in the balance of the Invasion thread and as we all know they don't need the extra help.

The invasion isn't going to be for Zeltros -- but another planet. This is just a skirmish.

Stop using OOC information about the oncoming invasion to dictact your IC actions here.

Having the republic DAMAGE their own locations and civilian areas is just making the One Sith look even better.


This is a party city! The zeltrons don't have tanks and heavily guarded areas because out of the dozens of invasions canon wise for zeltros, they used pheromones and their empathic skills to get the invaders too high and drunk on happy feelings to even bother invading!

Of those three, the first was an invasion by the insectile Hiromi, who succeeded in taking over a large kitchen in the royal palace (arguably because the Zeltrons didn't notice, or didn't care), before being interrupted by a successful invasion by the nearly emotionless Nagai, who were interrupted by a third invasion of the Tofs, their natural enemies, resulting in the Nagai (and the Hiromi) allying with the others on Zeltros (including several notable Alliance and Imperial members) to drive the Tofs back, resulting in one of the largest parties in history, no mean feat by Zeltron standards.

What do you mean? The gunners aren't going to fall a sith's orders. . . . . .The worst she can do is cause a slow descent to crash it. The engines as mentioned in previous posts are damaged, the ship won't be slamming full speed into anything. Time to get people out of the way and it won't cause much damage comparatively.

She's effectively trapped herself in a single room on a ship with 310 soldiers still onboard.
