Josh could hear the reactions of the others as he lay facedown in the pillow. He let out a sigh. Maybe he was being a bit too stuffy about this? Sure, he wanted to help the Jedi from embarrassing themselves here on this trip, but maybe he was just being a nag and a buzzkill?
He remembered how he used to act before responsibility got him...
.... Maybe he could afford to loosen up a little bit. Just this once.
He sighed and locked the bedroom door behind him, not wanting one of the others to come in and see him without clothing. Quickly, he undressed, replacing his Jedi robes with the same clothing he had worn last when he had gone to Naboo with Tallia for... What could they call it? A date? No, not a date he thought, uh... A business dinner? Yeah, that sounded better. They never really said what it was... But alas...
He walked to the bathroom and looked himself over in the mirror. Grabbing a brush, he fixed up his for some reason incredibly straight long hair. It was weird, he thought to himself. It was always straight, just naturally. It never got curly whatsoever. All he had to do was just give a few brushes and he was done and presentable.
John climbed into the pocket of the jacket. Josh had it modified in order to accommodate the dragon in it's current size, though he knew that with how much John would grow, this would not suffice for long. Looking himself over in the mirror, he looked down at himself.
Dark blue t-shirt, covered with a black leather jacket, with extra material that seemed to have some kind of specialized purpose... Under that was a pair of black pants, and black boots. It was a far cry from the almost sagely looking brown robed Jedi Grandmaster that people had come to recognize the last few weeks. It was, admittedly... Nice to take a step back and enjoy life for once. This was a vacation, right? Sure, Zeltros wasn't an IDEAL vacation planet... Like Farn, Josh would have loved to have gone to Naboo. The sights and conditions were beautiful, and he was comfortable there. He didn't get to go there enough. Perhaps when the next chance to take a vacation came, he'd go to Naboo... Maybe take a friend... But who? Aleidis? Eh, she was probably too busy with striking at every faction that goes into war... Or charging up Codi's loading ramp, whatever floats your boat... Jak? Eh, the smuggler would probably be in another abusive relationship and would spend the whole time complaining about it. Asha? Aye, maybe not. Her husband DID just die... Tallia? Well, maybe. He'd already taken her to Naboo once, after all. But they would have to see. For now, he was content to try and enjoy the time off that they had.
He stepped out then, after fixing himself up. With his bags deposited, he unlocked the door and actually took a moment to admire the suite in general. Honestly, even though it was obviously MADE for sinning, it was impressive for sure. Ah, for once he envied the big shots and hot shots that got to LIVE in places like this. Josh had never known luxury. Probably never would. This would be his biggest foray into luxury he would ever have, and he would probably never see it again.
He poked his head out the door to see if the others had gotten settled...
