Sometimes Family Is Important

Lorna felt her master and was getting herself up as she stood up there with a nod of her head. "Thanks." She was in pain but it was managable compared to how she felt... she just wanted to go and lay down again with some of those heat packs on her limbs while she was getting the injuries treated. She could feel some of the things while thinking about what kind of mission they might be going on. Given what she had been seeing with her master she was rather looking forward to it. "I trust you and a mission sounds like it could be fun, the last one I was on we went to corellia after the incident. So where are we going?"

As master and padawan made their way back, Jade briefly spoke of the mission.

"Corbos. We would be going to Corbos. There is a small Imperial base on the planet. Some primarily reports from Republic spy probes suggest they might be up to no good. Rumour has it they may be developing some sort of bio weapon. We need to go find out for sure and report back. If it is true, the Republic can then send an attack Force to wipe them out."

The two had finally got back to base. Jade had motioned for her padawan to follow her to a small med room within the facilities of where they resided. Jade motioned for Lorna to sit as she then proceeded to administer the relevant meds on her burns.

"Doesn't look bad. You'll be okay. Just get some rest. The mission I'm planning to leave for in 3 days from now. That's plenty of time to rest up padawan. Now do you have any questions regarding the mission?"

Jade finished off saying as she put her hand gently on her padawan's shoulder, rubbed it and smiled. Jade was the caring type and would make sure her padawan felt comfortable and cared for to the best of her abilities.

Corbos huh... she could do that and three days she could work with while thinking of all the things. Her muscles would love her after she was done relaxing them sitting there with a lot of her attention going towards the larger sections of the plan. "Alright, I shall be ready in three days master." She could also get some gear while she was walking to go and get the healer to look her over and then she was going to lay in a bath of ice to numb everything on her body. Every inch of it going forward with most of her attention now on just walking leaving her saber on hr hip while taking the ribbon from her hair to let her hair down. She could spend a good three days healing up now.

Jade smilled and nodded to her padawan.

"Good, Lorna, good. You will enjoy this mission, but remember with it comes a lot of danger. This will be no holiday. Anyhow, I will leave you to it for the next three days. Unless anything urgent comes up, in which you'll know where to find me, meet me at the private hangar bay 4 in three days from now at 0800 hours. Bring all that you need and we'll depart in my private ship."

Lorna would then acknowledge her master before the two parted ways. Lorna had gone a long way since she had began her formal training with Jade. She would in time become a formidable Jedi. Jade could sense it in her padawan's abilities and her sheer will of determination.
