Soul Searching

Producing a necklace of his, he handed it over. It was a mark of the Zorren people, and something that would do well to represent him. "I would think we would need such an animal here, or something of it. Can your spirits travel that far as to traverse the galaxy?" He set it down and waite for a response, his eyes going over the dark metal and vibrant blue gem.

"No I cannot travel that far and this creature you want I have never seen with my eyes." There was a look to him while she was sitting there she let the force flow into the talisman while it slowly started to glow on the edge of her vision. Slowly she was looking towards him now while speaking. "YOur creature you wish to have within here, imagine it, the beating of its heart, the feel of its fur and then let the spirits create it and pull it forth from the spiritual world."

Vulpesen nodded and closed his eyes, falling into his old days of meditation. Once again, he let his mind branch out around him, touching every nearby life before he could move on. Fur, black as night. A heart strong enough to carry its rider through the toughest of battles. Each tail swayed in his mind as the sight of a Veran fox formed in his mind's eye. Not months, but now, years of him riding this creature through the forest, feeding it, tending to it. He'd created a bond with them, so strong that it rivaled even that of his stable master. On some nights he had snuck out to sleep in the bar, simply to feel at home among the beating hearts of the beasts.

Once he had gained his concentration, it would not be long for him to have the image emblazoned on his consciousness. And once he saw it, he did not chase it. He did not attack it. he knew the fox well enough. Strong, mighty, proud, but loyal. He simply reached out his hand and called for it. It would follow. he knew it would. Powerful but faithful, that was why his people had bonded so well with them.

Lavania felt the man before her going into his meditation while she was looking him over and moved around. The green mists rising up from out fo the planet while she moved her attention throughout caressing at the skin and brought it to her hand like an ethereal lance in her hand finding the right angle between him and the talisman before she sliced it to bind him to the amulet in the ichor and she was chanting low and ready for anything, her force energies binding it more while blood came to complete the ritual. "FLesh to flesh, blood to blood." Her hands came away while she was moving and preparing to see what he went through next.

Vulpesen's eyes shot open as the lane bound him to the amulet and the spirit, pulling the ur-fox into his body. The change was immediate and painful as his body had no way of preparing. He hunched over, feeling everything start to stretch and enlarge. Black fur rose from his skin, golden markings seeming to trace themselves through it. His tail started to split off into four more and his claws, mouth, and teeth elongated.Within seconds the transformation would be complete and Vulpesen would stand, tails waving through the air, as a Veran fox. Casting a glance to [member="Lavania"] he gave a look that said, "I guess it worked."

Lavania was looking at the fox there as she sat down on the stone and was petting the fox. "I don't think you'll be able to speak just yet or at least I do not know how to hear you." She was looking him over though while the feeling in the air made her tingle before standing to hold the amulet and her staff. "Remember not to stay that way for long, you could be tempted to not return to the world of the humans."

His ears flicked at the witches words and he say down to listen to her. Though, a few things were running over his mind. First, she was letting him. PETTING HIM! Second, his tail was wagging. Or rather, his tails were wagging. Not only was she petting him, but he kinda liked it.

Shaking the thoughts from his head, he started to call the force to himself noticing that he was still connected to it. Beast speak was second nature to him. But could he reverse it? He focused on [member="Lavania"]'s face, staring for a good while as he tried to turn his thoughts into words, a process greatly aided by years of practice with the Ashlan wolves. "Hello? Testing testing."

Lavania looked at him, communing with creatures on the world was different, the spiders and rancors were theirs on the world. She didn't understand him but continued to look on at the animal was humming with the force trying to interact. "I do not know your skills in the force, I will not be able to understand you." She was sitting there now and continued to pet him while scratching at his neck. "And you'll have to be careful of fleas."

His eyes narrowed at the mention of fleas and four of his tails stopped wagging, though he middle was unable to ignore the lovely scratching on his neck. Raising up from his hind end to a standing position, it took a moment for him to get re-balanced unused to a non-human shape. The zorren running stance helped, but nothing truly prepared you for a new body. Stretching out his various muscles, he let the instincts of a zorren work to keep the balance of his body.

She looked him over while he stood up and rose herself clutching the amulet and moving forward while she clasped it around his neck and puffing his chest. "Now hopefully you will understand why I said to not bring you clothing. Your daughter will not want to see you naked and there could be other side effects. Transformations if you keep it for to long could make some things carry over."

He let out a small laugh and started to stack his tails as he'd seen the foxes do so often at home. Once he was done, the five strong pillars would form a set of stairs that led to his back. Her words concerning the passing traits didn't really phase him. Zorrens were dog like enough. So long as he didn't start hiking up his leg and falling off a couch in an attempt to lick himself, he was sure he'd be fine.

Lavania looked at the tails and ability to climb on his back and ride him as she raised an eyebrow. "Ah what the hell." She moved around and was climbing up while looking out with her staff as she spoke. "You just want to be able to say the clan rode you don't you?" No matter to her but Lavania took a tuft of hair and held her staff using it for balance.

He let out a huff in response as his tails wrapped around in a sort of seat belt, giving a short tight squeeze in retaliation to her words. He was being nice. And considering he now weighed at least ten times his normal weight, it would be a good idea not to annoy him too much... he might decide to take a roll in whatever Dathomir had for grass.

After a deep breath, he started off, his legs pumping off the ground to start him in a quick pace. Before, he had ridden the Veran foxes all throughout the forest at different speeds. But to actually hold that power for himself... It was good thing his tails had wrapped around Lavania because he had no intention of going slow on his way to the shack. No, he intended to push this body to find out just what it could do.

This is going to be like riding a rancor... maybe. She thought it to herself and then there was a wrap around her waist as he was running and she could sense the others with a look towards them and the fires that were dancing on the edge. THe sounds of nightsisters chanting as she could feel the green mist they were summoning out of the ground while arriving and she held her staff over her head at the ready. "This is impressive yes?"

He grinned and continued to run, noticing the mist rising around him as he ran as fast as he could. Impressive was an understatement to him. Of course, he would have to remember to shift back, but for now, he was in heaven. This form was amazing and he would hate to give it up for anything. It was simply too amazing for words.

SHe moved now as the one was looking at his new form and she stood there waiting while speaking to him. "Our deal is concluded, your child with the sisters will never be seen by you and shall never know you." Lavania moved back towards her shack while she saw the other sisters dancing in the distance through the force and rubbed her hands. She needed to get ready.

Rose a brow at [member="Lavania"] using his tails to place her on the ground as he reached the shack. As she walked back, he closed his eyes and focus back on his human form, soon shrinking into it as his tail went to cover him. "Not quite. Such was never our deal. I'll never attempt to take the child from here. But you can expect me to arrive on special occasions." He gave her a smirk and went to pick up his coat. "Besides, someone has to give hEr a birthday present every now and then."

She was looking at him when he mentioned coming back and she raised an eyebrow now seeing him. "Very well but I would warn you the rituals we do she will be a very different person then what outsiders deal with." She didn't know what he was hoping for but she had a grin on her face walking back to her sisters to were dancing and chanting while they went about.

He shrugged off the warning and started towards his ship. "I woke u one morning with a fox tail, sharp claws, and glowing golden eyes. I can handle different." No doubt on the long ride home, he'd be doing a lot shifting in and out of his new fox form. After all, he would need to learn how to keep his clothes on during the transformation if he wanted to enter and leave fights without any major embarrassment. On his way, he made sure to pick up the rest of his clothes and once he had boarded the vixen and made sure everything was right for the leaving, he would be gone.
