of them and gave a nod.. they might not be hardcore sith like some but both had used the darkside at some point... She was certain it would be helpful as down there things seemed attracted to the force and towards snuffing the light out... At least that was how it felt as she started heading down into the tunnel. The walls covered in moss and lichen from overhead with the smell of things all around them. Her senses were flaring and going overboard just a little while she was thinking about and smelling the different creatures. Her eyes flickering as she pushed the force to enhance her vision in the low light and make herself able to see movement without the glow rods.

Alexandra had already begun to do the same, connecting to the flow of the force and asking for the sight as she closed her eyes and watched the flow of the force throughout the area and how it moved around and through the things around her. It was refreshing really when she connected to the force, she felt at one with herself most of the time and couldn't help but enjoy the feeling that it gave her in which she could be so closely connected. "Any idea on how deep the tombs are?"

Vulpesen's tail flicked behind him as he felt the tinge of darkness beneath. Well, he hadn't exactly expected ponies and pillows on this trip. Though, it certainly wasn't permeating in terms of the dark side, not that they had fully entered it yet. As for Alexandra's question, he could simply give a shake of his head. "Honestly, I have no idea. but considering that we're probably headed after something significant, I doubt it'll just be a short stroll."

Matsu looked at Alex with a small grin on her face for that. "A gorax can be up to thirty meters tall, and it is maybe a kilometer down into the main chasm. At least that is what sensors and ground radar were able to pick up. We'll have to see as we head down." She kept moving now and didn't stop while the floor was pockmarked with holes where the ground had fallen away into spikes and traps. Matsu rising up into the air and hovering just over the ground while she turned onto her back and reached up using spikes to guide her across and slither her body while she contorted around them.

"Pft, thirty meters is nothing for three such as us, give us some credit Matsu." She smiled and crossed her hands behind her head and looked up at the sky for a few long moments as she stared at teh sky until speaking again. "So, what is it that you two plan to found here because i don't remember any myths of this place past what you have told me already Matsu. I mean is this all just speculation that things could be hidden here or are you acting on another one of your visions?"

"Considering their minds, I'm fairly sure we wouldn't even have to fight it. Just tame it or knock it out through a few mind tricks," Vulpesen stated s he followed the others into the tombs. "And not two. One. Matsu's the one with a plan, Alex. I'm just about as clueless as you are." His eyes glanced around the walks as he spoke and walked trying to catch anything that might give a hint, whether to the nature of the tombs, or to some sort of coming traps.

Matsu kept walking and spoke with a small smile and laugh now. This is what she needed, something fun and enjoyable. "It wouldn't be as fun if I only followed visions to things. It would make the hunting and discovery so very much more mundane when it should be all part of the experience." She though had done some research and there was more then likely something here. Lost expeditions that never returned or were written off with barely a mention, that usually pointed to dangerous things which protected valuables. She might have been able to force it and see what they had but flow walking to observe the past was iffy and she wasn't that skilled with it nor able to go and find Aing-Tii to teach it. "I prefer my discoveries the old fashioned way with hard work and research showing several jedi teams that had been sent here disappeared."

"Ya, it would be a shame if we couldn't see what happened to them..." Alex coughed and smiled as she, unlike Matsu, already knew the basics and how to flow walk. There was the small problem of needing to definitely work on it with the power's creators but she had yet to been able to chart an adventure into the Rift. Maybe in the future she could do such, but for now she is out of luck. "Say, do you happen to know the exact dates of the people that were here before us, just asking for research purposes..." At that point Vulpesen if anyone in the group would understand the true reason for her curiosity so that she could go back at a later time and see what happened for herself.

Vulpesen turned his eyes to a sideways glance at Alexandra. Of course he saw the reason behind it, but honestly, he couldn't blame her. "Honestly, I find it good to accumulate favors from others and call them in when most convenient. You'd be surprised how many people in the galaxy still abide by such an honor system."

"I do not know the dates exactly but several years back when I was still in the jedi order I sent a team here that never returned. It was marked off as explorer corps duties but I do want to know what happened to them." She was looking at Vulpesen with his mention of honor and favors as she gave a nod of her head. "I know that well and favors can be good it usually depends however on who you are asking since some will claim honor but when asked to actually do something will never step up."

Vulpesen nodded and continued to walk with the duo, his tail swishing behind him. "Do you think there's a chance they're still alive?" The disclosure of the missing team caused him to grip his lightsaber a bit tighter. After all, if there was something that could take out an exploration team of jedi, masters or not, he wasn't in the mood to get himself eaten by something he'd never evens seen before.

Matsu looked at Vulps as she was walking and spoke. "I am not certain, if they were it would be a sight but.." She had learned many things in her time since then and made some friends who had brought to her more then enough things. Matsu cracked a smile on her face while she dug in her bag and pulled out a canister that was temperature controlled with sensors to keep it level. "There are many things people neglect in this world and there are a few friends you can really get to have go with you. Perhaps my friend can scout ahead while we take the longer way down into the mountain." She held back her grin opening it so Sheila could come out to go to work. The As-Aki was talented but traveling for them was dangerous... most worlds for them were dangerous if they weren't careful.

The canister opened and Sheila was sitting there in a small comfortable seat. She didn't need much being so small but while she stood up at the ready her face lit up. There was a small monitor in her canister she could watch holos on it. She had work to do and exploring on different worlds to help the jedi was a needed thing as she stood there with a smirk on her face. "Well looks like a fun place." The orders and idea had been clear, the jedi wanted to explore and search for a tomb of jedi or sith... That was a dangerous thing to search for and she could feel the creatures there while she let her wings flutter.... Then she was flying. "Tink's titties.... this place smells like someone has been pissing on the daisies.... I'll scout the tunnels. Try not to do whatever you humans do whn I am gone."

Vulpesen rose a brow as the fairy lifted herself from the canister. Surely he was dreaming. A gal in a can. Now that was a new one. Though what was more surprising was her... vocabulary. "I'm sorry.. what was th- ya know what, never mind." Though, before he could try and come up with another question, she seemed to already be racing for the tunnels. "Umm... who's your friend, Matsu?"

Matsu looked at him for a moment as his stunned expression brought something akin to happiness to her face. She was rather enjoying the idea and stood there for a moment allowing him to passby until she spoke walking and just waiting near the side of the cave. "That is an As-Aki... they are these little forest dwellers on Shri-Tal and well make great scouts. Able to get places and see everything plus they work for sugar and cookies." She continued to look at him while she moved forward and smiled a little more. "Don't worry vulpesen, we shall have a grand time and their help in this search can mean only one thing. We have a greater chance of success." She was looking at him while listening and hearing something deep down roaring as she walked past the man.

Sheila moved through the caves, she had come as back up and a scout for this while her body glowed a little bit. Casting light around her before popping out into an open cavern that went down down down into a large pit. She coudln't see in front of her or below but there were sounds and large spider webs while she flew downwards into the cave system. Not speaking but casting a smaller light from her hand that clung to the wall for a brief moment. A mini glowball of force energy painting the runes and script on the walls. The stairs long since destroyed leading down and she looked at some of the older things at the bottom. She coudl see the remains of an old temple like area and spiders, larger beast like creatures and there was a huge club for the sleeping giant she could make out. A large gorax while she rushed back up and towards them taking another route to the top most tunnels then rounding to find them. She relayed the information and described some of the script as arubesh detailing the droma family being interred here for their legacy.

As he waited for Sheila, Vulpesen simply leaned back against the cave wall. Of course, he could feel Ace's coziness in his pocket, the ashlan happy that he finally didn't need to be the one racing through on a scouting mission. "Quite the friend you've got." He brought his hand down to give a pat on his pocket. "Come on Ace, why can't you fly?"

Matsu looked at him as she nodded her head to that and listened to what there was as she was moving forward. The gorax was close by and as she moved forward looking at Vulps she held a small smirk. "Well then lets head forward and we'll see what we can do, the creatures down there as she came to the gap looking down while she whispered to herself. The green mist settling in her hands for the spell as she was gripping the wall. "I'll head towards them from above, you work to get down and when I have it distracted get it to fall into the hole if you can." Matsu was looking to him while she climbed along the wall with the grip spell allowing her fingers to stick. Her gear kept close while she let her eyes shimmer with the disciples spell to see better in the darkness of the cavern.

Sheila looked at the man as then her attention went to sitting on his shoulder as the plan came together. She was listening and jumped up with a grin on her face. "Come on now, lets distract that thing and make a sight." She fluttered up looking at the cavern with the creatures in it before she was flying through it to get the gorax to follow her so Vulps and Matsu could get into place around them and she was holding her tiny sword that slid in her hand to poke at the creature and get it to roar at her. "Come here big guy, I've face ones bigger and smellier then you before and beat them down."

Vulpesen chuckled lightly and started his dash across the cave, deactivating his saber as he did so. At this point, stealth was more important than light. Making his way behind the massive Gorax, he followed after [member="Sheila"]'s lead, trailing at the behemoth's heels in preparation to push it forward and into the heel once it got there.
