Staying Minor, Yuh?

We've essentially won the Rebellion thread against the Hutt Cartel, which means we have the option of A ) taking a chunk of their space and going major without the approval process, or B ) staying minor. I'm 95% sure we all went into this intending to stay minor, but I just want to be sure we're all on the same page. If half the faction is secretly dying to go major, I should probably know about it.
