Surgical Percision (One Sith Dominion of Sposia)

Carliah Dakrone

Walking the Path to Redemption
Carliah was now in command of Darth Praelior's new plaything. She smiled as she watched the creature destroyed the groups of Chiss soldier's guarding the lab she was now taking control of. The creature was doing well. There were very few Chiss left standing and Carliah was enjoying watching Balaya's creation slaughter everything in it's path. Once the lab was dealt with Carliah lead it too a small military building nearby. She planned to kill every last soldier on this planet. [member="Darth Arcanix"]

"Keep pushing forward, they're almost spent," Taeli yelled, urging the Sith troopers onwards. The Chiss soldiers wouldn't surrender, their training and pride wouldn't allow for such things unless absolutely necessary. Most of the zombies created by the crazy Ewok had been dealt with, but she wasn't sure if they had got all of them as they advanced on the academy.

She deflected under maser bolt with a spin of her lightsaber, directing it back towards the Chiss who had fired at her and killing them. Several of her troopers had captured three Chiss soldiers, knocking them unconscious within their fortifications. Turrets had been rushed to be deployed on the stairs of the academy, but they could stop the Sith assault as Taeli reached out and crushed the end of one of them so it would overload and explode. The final push had begun, and once finished, they would consolidate immediately.

Ayra span her Lightsaber into the head of a Chiss, decapitating him from his body, before spinning her Lightsaber into the path of a stray blaster bolt and deflecting it away. Her thumb pressed the ignition button her Lightsaber, it held in her hand but not yet put away. Her eyes looked up to the complex ahead, but she did not move. She simply waited.

Balaya was looking upon them now as she exited the room to sit and observe the creature. Her hand going over one of the sith with her as she spoke. "Now watch and lets see what he can do." She was chuckling to herself now as she let the bulk mountain of a soldier charge into a group of chiss. The foretold was smashing, no weapons but its own hands and size while one of the chiss was trampled the feet leaving an imprint where the chest caved in. She was letting it tear into the chiss before speaking. "[member="Darth Arcanix"], [member="Darth Vivaldi"] ensure my newest pet has everything it needs to test its abilities."

As the last deployed turret was destroyed, Taeli heard her master's message. She smiled to herself as she gestured the troopers forward to overwhelm the defenses.

"Master, if you so wish, there are a lot of Chiss within their officer academy, with many different weapons. Might I recommend deploying it here, along with Carliah and our other allies to annihilate their remaining defenses," she said into her comlink before switching channels. When the Foretold was close, they would know.

"Commander, status report?" she asked.

"We've taken thousands of prisoners ma'am, and the planet is mostly within our possession. A few holdouts remain in outlying territories and within, as you know, a few of the medical facilties and the main officer academy."

"Understood, continue to round up those that resist and we will smash what is left of their defenses," she said, cutting the channel.

A smashing sound and hysterical mad laughter announced the arrival of certain parties and a test subject.

Darth Ayra walked among the remains of the Chiss force that had tried to repel the One Sith's advance. Her eyes were looking for survivors, so that she could put them out of their misery. To some, this would be considered an act of mercy, but for the Sith Lord, this was just prudence at it's darkest intervals. It would be no good if one of these Chiss had survived and decided to lift one of their weapons when a back was turned.

The Sith Lord discovered a Chiss woman held underneath the body of two others. She was struggling to move and had her jugular cut open by a Lightsaber. Ayra recognized the wound. She watched as the Chiss realised that she had been discovered; and a pair of red, ember eyes looked up in horror as Ayra's yellow, vornskr like eyes locked onto hers. Lifting her hand, the Sith freed the Chiss woman of her deceased captors, flinging the two bodies to the side with the dark side.

"Please," begged the Chiss, looking up as she retreated. "Don't kill me!" As she retreated, Ayra found that her leg had been mangled as well, broken in two places. She could see via the Force. The Sith Lord simply stood there, watching for a long time at the struggle. How this woman craved to cling onto her life and not fall into darkness. She spared no words on the Chiss.

It was a waste of breath to her.

The disruptor charge hit the woman square eyed before she knew what hit her. A red light formed around her head, as the disintegration process took effect. Her mouth was parted in a scream that had not had the time to come. The woman's back slumped and fall on top of other bodies. Smoke rising from her disruptor pistol, Ayra lowered it to her side, but did not holster it. She would need it for other survivors.

Paying no more attention to the Chiss she had just executed, Darth Ayra continued her walk among the dead, looking for more.

Taeli watched as the engineers placed explosives around the main door to the academy. The retreating Chiss had barred the doors, sealing them to prevent the Sith from taking the complex. The Foretold was almost chomping at the bit to destroy everything inside, but a gentle touch of the dark side held the powerful humanoid weapon in check. Her master's newest creation had certainly been doing damage, it was stronger and faster than any normal fighter, and per her master's instructions, her men had equipped it with armor plating, vibroswords, and a small blaster cannon.

"Almost done, Lady Arcanix," the engineer said, checking in with the rest of his team. Explosives were also being placed at other strategic points to allow a multi-pronged attack by the Sith to take the facility. Once the academy fell, the prisoners would be processed, and sadly for some, they would be transferred to one of the labs that had previously been theirs and wait for Taeli to arrive. She had a crystal seed to test, and an army to create.

"Ready, my Lady," the engineer said, handing her the detonator.

"Knock, knock," Taeli said, pressing the button and explosions rippled around the complex, allowing the Sith troopers and the Sith present to storm into the facility.

"Let the Foretold go first," she ordered, stalling the main body of troops long enough for the alchemy super-soldier to charge through the hole in the door. Shouts of pain and surprise met their ears as the Foretold tore through the Chiss defenders stationed at this door, and that was Taeli's cue to lead her forces inside. A scene of carnage met their eyes, the Foretold had certainly done its work fast. Broken and mutilated Chiss bodies lay about the area, some still stirring feebly as the Foretold smashed the commanding officer into the wall repeatedly.

"Take the survivors prisoner, begin fanning out, I want this facility intact," she said, igniting her double-bladed lightsaber and leading forces further in.

So many bodies, lifeless and staring up at her with horror etched on their features, towards the end of their lives. The Sith Lord stepped over them, pistol in one hand and Lightsaber in the other. Searching for survivors, that had not yet succumbed to their deaths. She would find one there and one here, lifting the disruptor and disintegrating them in the same manner of the Chiss woman minutes before.

Her thumb pressed the clip and the empty ammunition fell out of it's chamber, clashing onto the floor. Darth Ayra reloaded the weapon and continued her walk, eyes scanning the battle field, for her next victims.

Balaya was looking on now as she crossed her arms. the foretold was there, fighting and standing over a group of broken chiss while she spoke. "Use the force to enhance your body and become stronger. I want you able to take one of the Republics rifles to your chest and laugh at them." She was chuckling these creatures were much like the graug in the end they would be damage sponges and work hard to handle it but more then that they could be taught to use the force for the real treat of it all. To empower themselves like a matukai with soft to solid body armor, blackblade training in weapons and greatsabers they could wield and tear into things. She laughed as it screamed a thunderous roar letting the force repulse around it.

Hours had passed by and the Sith Lords merciless killing had ended. She had met a battalion of troopers that served the One Sith and had instructed them to fan out and assist her in the murderous pilgrimage. Her journey had ended and now was the time to begin the clear up operation.

Standing at the epicenter of the conflict that had now passed, led now by Darths Arcanix and Praelior, Darth Ayra watched the various teams of troopers begin the process of collecting the bodies into what would later become a mass grave. As she watched, the Sith Lord was waiting for a transport to arrive to take her away from Sposia. In the mean time, she had instructed workers from the back line to make their way forward with supplies to build a garrison on top of the battlefield. It would serve as the One Sith's outpost in this region of space.

Taeli lifted a Chiss up into the air, focusing her Force Grip on his limbs before making her hand into a fist and breaking them. The Chiss soldiers had tried to ambush her troopers in one of the academy annexes, but it had turned against them because Taeli had been present. Elsewhere, she could still hear the sounds of the Foretold rampaging through the defenders. She had a strange feeling that the Chiss were developing a last ditch strategy to make the invaders died and couldn't take the academy.

"Take a squad of troops and secure the academy power core and armory, I don't want any unexpected explosions," she ordered, gesturing with her lightsaber.

"Will do, Lady Arcanix," a captain said, saluting her and taking several soldiers with him. Taeli followed their progress over the comlink, while also hearing the orders being issued around outside for establishing the preliminary garrison.

'Soon this world will be fully ours,' she thought, a smile gracing her lips.

Bodies were piled in a mass heap of dead and nearby, captured Chiss were forced to dig the mass grave in which their lost ones would be dropped into, covered and forgotten about. Darth Ayra watched on, the cowl of her robe lifted over her head, eyes on the Chiss ahead. As she watched the digging with shovels provided by the soldiers that surrounded the Chiss, transports were arriving to begin construction of the outpost.

More Chiss, dead and alive, were being recovered by the One Sith, as the construction begun. Firstly, the Barracks would be erected, to serve as a central command for the Sith Lord and the officers that were advising her on the events. Her eyes lifted in the direct that she sensed [member="Darth Arcanix"] and found herself wondering how the Sith Knight was faring.

All the while sitting in another world, Cordelia deWinter would sit in meditation. In her mind she would drift along the currents of the Force, letting the Voss Mystic view that which was going on within Chiss Space.

She was slowly progressing her powers, getting a feel for that which her mother had gifted her with. While her forte lay in dreamwalking and ritual, one can never have too much practice ensuring that the mind could reach just a bit more further.

A smile would curve over her thin lips.

Yes... Progress.

Carliah Dakrone

Walking the Path to Redemption
Carliah took a moment to rest and look around. The battles seemed to be steadily drawing to a close. The majority of the Chiss had been captured and were now being held captive until it was time to transfer them to whatever labs they were going too. The Chiss soldiers and anyone else who had tried to fight back had all been slaughtered, and Yusan was dead somewhere. She smirked as she looked around at the destruction surrounding her. Today was a good day.

Taeli smiled as her soldiers reported the Chiss defense was collapsing on all sides now, the Foretold had done its work beautifully it seemed. The pure raging power of the dark side and a body designed to be stronger than anything the Sith currently fielded in the humanoid department was astounding, and Taeli was glad to have been a part of its creation.

"Sir! There's a Jedi still helping lead the last holdouts, we require assistance," a voice yelled over the comlink before static consumed their end. Taeli need no further urging before racing off in that direction, her lightsaber blazing through any Chiss that stood in her way. She could feel the Jedi now, his pompous self-righteousness sickened her, the light-side acting as a beacon for the remaining Chiss defenders. She hoped whoever this Jedi was ready to die as she barged through a Chiss barricade and scattered them. The Nautolan Jedi stood nearby, a green lightsaber held in his hand, his head tentacles arrayed in a wild style.

"Surrender or perish!" The Jedi ordered, bringing his lightsaber up into a ready position.

"I was just about to say that," Taeli replied, grinning coldly at her ancient enemy.

The barracks had been erected within the hour. The Sith Lord now found herself inside it's warmth, as tables and technology were being set up by various officers. She stood center to it, accompanied by another officer was who in the process of explaining that a perimeter wall would surround the Barracks next, before towers located in it's square shape would also be built as look outs.

Meanwhile, the mass grave outside of the barracks was almost complete. Darth Ayra gave the order that, when the Chiss finished digging the grave, then they too would join their brothers and sisters in it's depths. It was then realized by the Imperials that their captive were digging their own graves.

Taeli blocked several strokes of her opponent's saber, noting his form as close to Form V, Djem So. No finesse, but plenty of power. Little ability to work the feet either. Lightning flashed from her open hand, but he caught it upon his lightsaber, smirking at her.

"You clearly aren't very special for organizing such an assault," the Nautolan mocked her, pressing his advantage and pushing Taeli back step by step. She almost felt bad for the Jedi that he couldn't see the obvious trap coming. He had failed to notice the second blade emitter on her hilt.

"You'd be surprised," she replied, switching her style to parry his next attack, and her second blade ignited. Twirling it around her in an endless barrage of attacks, the Jedi quickly gave ground and all around the academy more and more areas of it were being secured by the Sith. They had even erected a barracks and were establishing their main garrison already. Once this Jedi fell, the world would essentially be theirs.

She caught his blade again, locking it and pressing to the ground so he couldn't dodge the next blast of Force Lightning. He was sent flying backwards, screaming in agony as the lightning danced across his form.

Taeli advanced upon the writhing alien, the lightning still arcing from her fingers and scorching him. She deactivated her own lightsaber, placing it on her belt as she continued the stream of lightning from her other hand. She cut the flow temporarily, allowing the Jedi to gasp and shudder. A plea for mercy was in his eyes, but there was no mercy to be had. Summoning the Jedi's own lightsaber to her hand, she drove it through his heart, killing him instantly.

Looking up, several Sith troopers were cautiously moving down the hallway to her, the commanding officer of the ground attack into the academy with them.

"Lady Arcanix, the Chiss have surrendered, what is left of them anyways," the officer said, saluting. "The prisoners are being escorted to the holding areas while we sweep for any last surprises or holdouts, we also have the headmaster in custody."

"Excellent work, Commander," Taeli said, deactivating the Jedi's lightsaber and clipping it next to her own personal weapon. A new trophy for her collection. "Begin moving prisoners to the laboratories, we will have need of subjects. We will send the rest offworld to be used whatever we need."

As the officer snapped a salute, Taeli went back to the dead Nautolan and searched his body more thoroughly. She was able to gain his comlink and identification chips, and an idea slowly began to form in her head. She could use these for a trip into Republic space, quite possibly. Another time thought, as the solidification of Sith rule of the planet required her attention.

Balaya looked a her apprentice for her work and nodded her head in approval. There was still more testing to do as the foretold, the first of them stood tall coming to her hands for a moment before she spoke. "You have done well [member="Darth Arcanix"] and shown what some inspiration can do... I look forward to seeing what you have planned next." The sight of Elara standing there as the girl was covered in chiss blood with her faithful's blade was more then enough and they were moving now. Back to the ship and the next stage of the plan.
