Lemme give you a run down on what to do when trying to approach 13.

1. (Most imporntant) When that collar is off. Back off. They took the collar off and told him to kill everyone so that is what hes gonna do. No amount of being nice will change that. He is a dog, he wont stop till everyone is dead.

2. When the collar is on, nothing gets through to him. He is a blank slate. Just sits and waits for his next order. You would have to take off the collar and say "Be nice" and he will do it.

3. Shooting? Really? The kid is freaked enough XD

4. Never...ever...and i mean never. Say you wont hurt him. Because he will be POed.

5. Be firm. Hes a dog.
