The Aftermath of one night on Zeltros (Leori gets married)(Vulpesen gets sold)

Jack was still at the desk while the man spoke. "You arrived and after the one mandalorian and jedi went off I slipped into your food a lose dose, then more as the night went on. By the time you were all going out to the clubs a few of you were loaded, the other two jedi kept being tight asses about it and left." He stayed there. "The chancellor started dancing on the stage with the girls at the strip club and one of them got a ring thrown up there so I suggested trading the jedi knight for the ring and getting married. The jedi getting shown as just as base as us normal people would blow some of that holier then thou attitude away. I didn't expect that the chancellor would propse to a wookiee first but you ficed that taking him to the chapel, then we were at his house for the after party and parade. I only stepped away to make sure the girls at the club kept the jedi drugged and you two returned to the hotel making a scene in the fountain. THey got you up to your room and I kept feeding you the drugs."

Leori listened to the suspended man as he accounted for their whereabouts. He really was a charmer. Well, he'd be paying for it once the authorities arrived. She was just relieved to have the gaps in her memory filled in. Not that she remembered them. But perhaps she'd catch glimpses of the events at some point.

There she waited until Jack returned, and the authorities arrived. She released him from suspension to hand him over to the authorities. "He confessed to drugging the Chancellor and two Jedi, including myself, for six days. If you require any more information from us, we will be at the Chancellor's home."

With the bellhop detained, she looked to Jack. "Well, I think we're done here."

He had to agree as the man was taken off their hands. Their stuff was even there for them to take with them as he went and stood by Leori. "Looks like it and with the beautiful jedi master saving the day, catching the criminal with the help of the dashing chancellor. I think she deserves some praise." He offered his arm. "Shall we go home?"

Leori chuckled and took his offered arm. "Maybe people will remember it that way, and not that the Jedi Master and the Chancellor were absolutely destroyed when they decided to get married and participate in a week long drunken celebration of a marriage they didn't remember when they came out of their drug comas."

A slight growl rumbled in Vulpesen's throat. However, every word of [member="Joshua DragonsFlame"] rang true. Bad day or not. he realized when he wasas beat and when to drop the fight. "Very well. However, I'm afraid hat I can't live like that. Even when I was tortured by those sith sisters and tortured, I can't stand the thought of not remmebering what they put me through. That pain while distasteful, is something I ought to remember. A reminder that I can be caught in a trap. A reminder that would dim quickly without the experience. Besides, who knows what other things I learned not to do in my grey area." He looked to Ace who seemed to be swaying slightly from the pheromones and the pleasure of the wind in his face. "Thank Rurrri we learned to control our bond. At least I'm not experiencing much bleed off from Ace."

The Jedi Master let out a sigh. "Then I'll let you take over this investigation, kiddo. I've told what I know. I'm just here to keep you from getting killed" he remarked, cracking his neck.

"Do you remember anything? Any clues? Anything that could give us direction?" he asked. "Because this really is up to you"

 

[Vulpesen]

Vulpesen looked over to Ace and lifted his hand to snap at the wolf's ear. In response, Ace just about jumped out the car, being caught by Vulpesen's hand just in time. "Careful pal. I just need your help." Ace looked up at Vulpesen and nodded before moving down to sit on his knee. Closing his eyes, Vulpesen linked with Ace. When one forgot a memory they often circled around it, again and again as they continuously tried to fix the blank spots. They would often touch this thought, grab onto it in a way. But a moment later, it would slip away. That was the problem with remembering things. But when you had two minds. Two heads working in tandem. It became so much easier to hang on to a memory one you found it. For about two minutes, Vulpesen and Ace sat there, searching their memories for something that might help them. After this time, Vulpesen's eyes finally snapped open and he looked at @Joshua Dragonflame. "A bellhop and a familiar face. Residential district, Howling inn. And I'm sure I can guess the number."

"Very true, though what a tale you can tell to the younglings or to children when we are older and possibly greyer." He was smiling to that and taking the lift up while he stood there and with their bags he made sure he was next to and brought his hands up to cradle Leori's face, the pads of his thumbs tracing her jaw. "Though the real question is after saving the say is the jedi master going to kiss the man she saved."

"Good" he said as he drove. "Just... Keep doing your group hug meditatey dankey thing and see how much more you can remember. I'll drive" he said with a shrug as they pulled into residential district. This situation just got stranger and stranger.

"Anything else I should know?" the sarcastic Grandmaster chirped. "Anything about this familiar face, or did you get drugged and sold by a bellhop?"

[Vulpesen]

Vulpesen nodded and resumed his mediation with Ace, pausing for a few moments to answer the questions. "You might be right on the bellhop. But, the person we're meeting, or hoping to meet, is a friend from my street rat days back on Nar Shadaa. At least I pray to Ruurrri and Suuru she's still a friend." He started to meld his mind back with Ace's. "Try calling the others, see what they've figured out.

Leori looked horrified. "Grey?" She checked her hair. No, she wasn't concerned about her hair turning grey, because that could certainly change if she wished it. "Old? Why must you remind me!"

After keeping a serious face for a moment, she grinned. His hand came up to her face. "I suppose that the story wouldn't be complete if she didn't." Leori leaned in, closed her eyes and gently pressed her lips against his. It was brief, as the doors to the lift opened.

The Jedi Master took a step back before turning and stepping off the lift. She headed back to the waiting speeder and climbed inside of it.

He liked that not the small worry she had shown grey hairs was far off and that was more when they might stop caring about dying them. A smile on his face though while he got the bags and brought them to the speeder loading them up.... It had already started. He was getting all the bags and she would enjoy the convertible speeder. He finished and went to the wheel as he sat down and started it up taking off and heading back towards the house, the setting sun showing that they had worked most of the day and now... Now they could go home and enjoy the time left.

He nodded a bit. "Fair enough" he said as he turned on the communicator, calling Leori. He wasn't going to bother calling Jack, he probably wouldn't answer so he could spend time having Happy Fun Time with Leori.

"Hey, Leori" he said as the communicator channel went on. "Have you guys found anything out? Vulpesen seems to be piecing his memory together a bit, but he wants to meet with a friend here that might be able to help us"

He HOPED she was a friend. He didn't feel like cutting anyone down today.
