The Botany Bay

The sensation that she felt as she was pulled out of the meditation sent her head spinning for a moment. Then as she returned to reality she realized that she had been tackled by Sasha. Cursing under her breath, she needed to make a note to remember her in ability to fight back when she’s in that state. She had hoped to prove herself to this princess, but it seemed all she ended up doing was getting the girl even more pissed off and now on top of her. Spencer struggled though she had gotten to the party late she lost the upper hand and now had Sasha whipping at her with the leather cord – straddling her.

If it had been another situation, things might have been more enjoyable.

Spencer waved her hands trying to keep the cord from smacking her in the face again. Her arms got most of the attack, until Hylo decided to step in. She watched as Sasha disappeared for a moment, but she was also taken by the tackle and the three of them rolled around in the dirt. She had a moment to breathe, so she sat up slightly and watched as Sasha slapped Hylo and then returned her attention on to her. Blinking, Spencer was grabbed and then Sasha was grabbed by Hylo. Spencer reached up and grabbed at the leather cord hoping to get it. With her other hand she accidentally shoved it into Hylo’s face pushing him away as she made another dive at Sasha. Spencer wanted the upper hand for once and she used the force to pull one of the watering tins and throw it towards Sasha.

“Get off of me! Who the hell taught you how to fight like this!?!”

The two girls were no fighters, that much became apparent. Although Hylo wasn't particularly adept at martial arts he had learned Sholan Kha from his mother, and been taught how to deal with situations like this. As Spencer moved the watering pan to strike Sasha in the head Hylo managed his position trying to get in between the girls pushing them to either side. It took a little doing but he finally managed to impose himself between the two. The watering can, being moved by the force with intention of striking Sasha, slammed into the back of his head as he shoved both girls away from each other. The water dripped all over his body and wet his hair. "Enough," he yelled releasing his pheromones for the first time in his life. The girls were still trying, ineffectually to claw at one another and threw him to the ground in their struggle. He increased the output of pheromones in the air. The girls movements slowly started to become more sluggish as they attached one another. He maintained his position between the two, ensuring neither damage the other, and sighed with relief as their struggles ceased.

Sasha wanted to strangle Spencer. The girl had the audacity to try and steal her master away. She was chosen not Spencer. The boy superimposed himself between the two, his body-- his body nearly all skin. Why would someone wear such little clothing? She supposed it had to do with photosynthesis. There was a scent lingering in the air an for some reason she was losing the desire to fight. Moreover she was starting to have-- no she couldn't be. Without warning Sasha rolled over and planted her lips over the boys mouth...

Spencer like Sasha wanted to strangle her. She had come and disrupted their training session just because she was jealous of Spencer’s importance! Her emotions were failing though, she didn’t think about butting Sasha in the nose with the hilt of her lightsaber. Looking towards Hylo, she remembered the feeling he gave her when they were training. Before she could admire more of Hylo’s physic and give into the pheromone desires, Sasha dove in and took him from her. Spencer’s jaw dropped as she watched this happen and realized that she needed to fix this before it went any farther.

Holding up her lightsaber, she regained the desire to stab Sasha with the hilt of her blade. Leaning forward, she spun the hilt and smacked the Apprentice hard in her earhole, then pushed her off of Hylo. He was pulled to her and she smiled, leaning forward she brushed her nose against his before she kissed him softly. Her fingers ran through his hair as she let the pheromones cloud her senses. She had never kissed someone first, people usually took advantage of her and kissed her! It was nice being the one to choose on who you kissed.

If you call being influenced by a boy’s pheromones a choice.

Hylo was shocked. He had never kissed a girl before, and now he'd kissed two, and they were trying to kill each other. Spencer rubbed his hair and he kissed her back giving into his passion. Sasha seeing this lifted up her hand and placed it on Spencer's face pushing her away from the boy. She moved up his body and kissed him on his lips.

The boy tried desperately to wiggle his way out of the girls grip. Each jumped on him and held him down showing him with kisses. It wasn't that he didn't enjoy it, but rather he knew what was happening. He'd seen the dilated pupils on the eyes of his mothers victims before. "You girls aren't yourself." Hylo said turning onto his stomach and trying to crawl away. Sasha jumped onto his back and started to pull him towards the pair. Hylo kicked Sasha in the nose and was loose from her grip. Part of him didn't want to leave, and so he loitered by the broken tree as the two girls stood up and approached him...

The struggle began and Spencer fell to the side as she was pushed aside allowing Sasha to have access to Hylo again. She reached up to try and pull Sasha away from Hylo, but it seemed the boy was already doing his best to do so. Spencer didn’t understand what he was mentioning about them not being themselves. She was herself; she was just giving a bit more attention to how she felt about the boy. As she watched Sasha get kicked in the nose she laughed and headed towards Hylo, but before she crossed towards the Hylo she looked at Sasha and smirked.

“He’d pick me over you anyways I was here first!”

Turning on her heels she went over to where Hylo was hiding and smirked. Of course she wasn’t herself, she pushed him against the tree and nuzzled his neck as she kissed his warm planty skin. She pressed her body against him and she reacted as if she knew what she was doing. It was easy while under the influence of his pheromones to give into the primitive instincts of her species.

“Mmm Hylo you smell so delicious”

"Pu-lease," the girl yelled at Spencer, "Who would want you over me? I'm a princess." It was a statement of fact. "I'll prove it." Proudly the girl walked up to where Spencer had Hylo pinned to the tree and lightly pushed the girl a little to the side. She leaned in and kissed the boy, arms draping over his shoulder. "He wants me, you see. Not you." Both girls hung onto the boy trying to prove which was more worthy of the lads attentions. "So boy, whose better?"

Hylo gulped hard and stared off past both girls "Help me Auntie Ashin!" he called down the halls.

Ashin shot a longsuffering glance at Sirella and loped back down the hall, into the overgrown chamber where the three teenagers -- children, really -- were at work driving each other, and Ashin, insane.

She came to a halt and took in the diorama. Pheromones were thick in the air, and the two girls appeared to be...

Poor, poor Hylo.

"That is, I think, quite enough of that," she said, and an inexorable Force grip settled around both girls, pulling them away from Hylo and into the air. The boy wasn't hers to discipline, and she had little doubt that he hadn't initiated this. She eyed the two girls. "I take it you've already met. I can only assume this is some kind of petty competition for supremacy. Explain yourselves. Both of you."

There would be no escape from the Force grip. Ashin was in a rare mood.

Spencer shoved her hand into Sasha’s face as she pulled Hylo back to her. Before she could do anything some mysterious presence pulled her away from him. In desperate attempted she tried to hold onto his hand, but soon lost the grip and she was in the air. Up here Spencer was allowed to clear her head and when she finally did she looked down, there she found Ashin not looking too pleased with how things have turned out. Spencer smiled sheepishly, she knew she was in trouble and didn’t know how to really explain it.

“Uh hi Ashin, I made a tree!”

Trying to remember the diplomacy classes she had to take at the temple, Spencer hoped by starting off with something good it would help calm the situation down. As she suspended in the air Spencer looked for a way to possibly escape, she could pick up on the odd mood Ashin was in and she really didn’t want to know why…or what else could come of the mood. Always have an exit route, she learned the phrase from some of the holofilms she was allowed to watch when she was younger. Looking back towards Ashin, she swung her feet a bit and continued to smile.

“Hylo and I were doing what you and Sirella had asked of us. We made trees! Then the Princess over here came over and started slicing them away. I got upset and we started fighting then…”

Spencer wrinkled her nose as she tried to word the next part of the story; she really didn’t understand what the heck happened and why they started to kiss the plant boy. Either way, she did her best to convey what had happened; also she moved her face feeling the lashings that licked her cheeks when she was trying to defend herself.

“Hylo just…got really hot all of a sudden…”

Sasha stared daggers at Spencer. "That's not true," she said in a huff. She was in the air, being held by the force. "He was so totally into me, and she came between us."

Hylo peaked out from behind Ashin and stared at the pair of girls. "But she tried to assassinate our tree... it was our tree, mine and Spencer's."

"I just sliced it because of her!" Sasha was adamant. This wasn't her fault. It was that girl. "She needs to learn. She'd a Jedi, not Sith. Should I not teach her our ways? Are we not trying to turn her to the darkside?" Spitting she then added, "Otherwise why is she even here?"

Ashin's eyes narrowed fractionally. "That sounds remarkably like you questioning my judgment, Sasha. Spencer's growth and development is between her and me. It is precisely none of your business."

She turned away from the Santhe/Sienar heir, deliberately ignoring her. The move, as with most, was designed to provoke a specific response, a specific change. "And you, Spencer. Your way of defending your creation is...what? Entering some sort of kissing contest? I thought Phylis and I trained you better than that."

Both girls remained levitated, more or less helpless.

Spencer snickered as Ashin shut down Sasha rather quickly. She felt the same as the Dark Master more so because Spencer could sense the jealousy that brewed in Sasha. A minor victory for Spencer, though it was short lived when Ashin turned her attention to the young Jedi. Blinking, she hadn’t expected for Ashin to lecture her also. What had transpired after the fight was something out of her control and she didn’t even know why she wanted to kiss Hylo. Then it hit her and she snorted remembering who the boy’s mother was.

So it seems he has the same ability to make people lust over him…

That was an idea that flew over Spencer’s head quite often when she thought about it. Though it wasn’t a kissing contest, obviously Hylo liked kissing her more than Sasha anyways.

“It wasn't Ashin! I swear, she had cut down the tree and I attacked her pushing her with the Force. I felt so angry because we had worked so hard on the tree. I put her on her butt a few times, but then she lashed at me with her belt! Oh…I did forget something”

Spencer narrowed her eyes towards the Princess and suddenly the watering tin that she had attempted to fling at Sasha the first time flew up with help from the force. It was aimed towards the royalty’s head, which shouldn’t be too hard to hit since it was so big and still.

The watering can struck Sasha in the back of the head. "Why you," the girl yelled turning her body in mid hair. It was hard, she wasn't adept at such things, but she was focusing really hard. She stick out her hand, with his fingers fanned, a vein popped in her forehead as she concentrated. "Take this!" She yelled as a single spark fired from her hand. It flew across the air, as a barely visible purple bolt, and plucked Spencer in the nose shocking her.

Hylo laughed at the sight and a plant rose up next to him and the plants seemed to quiver around him as if enjoying laughter of their own. "That's the second time she did something like that," he said.

"Quiet boy," she yelled. "You may be cute but you can't talk to me like that."

Ashin's Force grip let go of them, dropping them a couple of yards to the ground.

"All right," she said, voice tight. "You want to fight? You can learn about consequence -- the gift that keeps on giving."

Her belt held two lightsabres. One was hers -- a simple thing. The other had belonged to her grandfather, Je'gan Olra'en. It was subtly curved and electrum-plated. Both weapons levitated from her belt and ignited in midair; both were sky-blue. The weapons hovered in front of the two girls, Ashin's in front of Spencer, Je'gan's in front of Sasha.

"These weapons will teach you about consequences. Each of you will take one, and you will now end this stupidity. You wanted a fight? You have it."

A sprinkle of blood trickled down her nose as Spencer sneezed from the little static shock she received from the Sith Apprentice. It was quite…pathetic, but Sasha did her best…maybe.

Spencer fell from the force grip, but reacted quickly and used a push of the force away from her so that her landing was soft and graceful. She reached out and grabbed the lightsaber that was presented to her. The blade felt nice in her hand, unnatural of course since it wasn’t her own blade – but nice. Looking at it she noticed its simplicity and smiled exactly how she liked it. She spun the blade around getting a feel of its balance and then looked towards Sasha.

With her free hand she rubbed the tip of her nose with her thumb and grinned. This was going to be fun, here she was allowed to feel everything and because she was an empath she used her opponent also to feed her force power. It was fun and she didn’t know why the Jedi didn’t allow this more often. She didn’t even give Sasha a moment to settle into what was about to happen.

Quickly Spencer waved her hand and rippled out the force in a shockwave. She wanted to get the girl off balance more than she would be coming out of the force grip. The padawan knew a little about force enhancement and pushed her limits a bit when she leapt in the direction of the Sith Apprentice.

“THIS IS FOR MY TREE!”

Being released from the telekinetic hold Sasha found her footing as the girl screamed aloud and charged her. Spencer may have been better trained in the force, but Sasha was a noble of House Santhe trained in the art of fencing. In this battle she had the advantage. As the girl charged her, Sasha grimaced at the poor foot work, she planted her feet and prepared for the blow. She blocked high with the lightsaber pivoted and riposted with a low attack to keep the Spencer off balance. A superior smirk formed on her face. "Give into your anger little girl," she said. "Become a Sith and serve." Anything to put the Jedi off balance. After all her observations showed that Spencer wasn't the brightest star in the galaxy.

Despite her bad foot work, Spencer was quick. Using the Force she kept her balance and pushed backwards. Looking at Sasha, Spencer had assumed that this girl had no talent what so ever. It seemed that the sithling was a physical talent unlike her who was a talent with the force. Spencer pondered her next action and decided to charge and hold her right hand. While Spencer got closer the hand that charged the force glowed a bright white light hopefully attempting to blind Sasha.

"I'll never turn nor will I serve anyone!"

Spencer followed the force flash with a diagonal slash across the Sith's upper body

Natural instinct kicked in causing Sasha to shut her eyes to avoid being blinded. Instead of allowing Spencer to dictate the terms of the the engagement the girl went on the offensive. As Spencer slashed mid torso Sasha stepped into the blow, blocking the saber and striking at the at her torso with her other hand striking her in the stomach. After her punch landed on the girls stomach she stepped back and prepared her saber for a new flurry of blows. She would kill Spencer and prove her superiority. "You are falling to the darkside even as we speak. Every time you strike at me in anger you are slipping into servitude."

“No I’m not! You’re an idiot!”

Spencer created a force bubble blocking the saber attacks and took a couple of steps back generating space between her and the Sith girl. She felt the anger surge through her, she didn’t know where it was coming from, but the idea of falling from the light was something she couldn’t foresee. The emotions she was feeling she assumed it was from Sasha.

The force bubble bent and turned on Sasha as Spencer deactivated the saber and threw it at Sasha’s head. The saber was obviously something she didn’t prefer when she fought. As the saber flew towards Sasha, Spencer forced the force downward onto Sasha pushing her towards the ground. Spencer continued to push the force harder onto the girl, she wanted her to shut up, she wanted her to leave her alone and the Force was the way to do it.

“Shut up, shut up, shut up!”

Sasha was shocked by the powerful display of Spencer. The force was crushing her into the ground, compressing her lungs and making it hard for her to breathe. She struggled against the invisible bonds, and writhed on the ground. It took a portion of her concentration to focus on the lightsaber in her hand. She had no options, and used the force to fling the ignited blade straight at Spencer. The Jedi pawn dodged the blade, to her credit, but was forced to released the pressure. Taking but a moment to regain her composure, Sasha reached out with the force and flung a rock at Spencer while standing up and charging the girl. Moments later their bodies collided, and they were once more on the ground wrestling each other like petulant children. "You can't beat me," Sasha stated firmly mounted atop the girl. "I am better than you, I was born better than you."
