Noah chuckled at Coren's comment to make sure he kept up. "Don't I always?" Noah joked as he sent another two rounds from his CQCR towards the Sith. This fight was getting a little close for Noah's liking, he needed to widen the distance between him and the Sith and bring him closer to Coren and the rest of the troops that were nearby. Before he did this though he looked up and saw the crash. "Damn hope whoever that is is okay." Noah muttered.

As he was about widen the distance he felt something hit him in the lower back. He instantly recognized it as it threw him forward, a blaster bolt. Despite the circumstances Noah smiled under his helmet, maybe he was wrong about whoever he was fighting, using the crash to mask the sound of the blaster being fired was a trick that Noah would have, and should have, take advantage of.

Still the bolt was easily dissipated by his phrik armor, though the shock of the armor being hit would definetely be felt later after the battle. Noah began to weigh his options to get closer to Coren and the troops. On foot? No. The one downside of his armor was that it was heavy and didn't let him be that agile. Whipcord? Faster but no. It would take to long for him to shoot it, rappel and then repeat. With those two out it left Noah only one option and a option he would surely enjoy. Jetpack.

Reaching into his grenade pouch Noah decided to leave a little bigger surprise for the Sith this time. Pulling out a thermal imploder Noah set it for a ten second timer and chucked it a good ten meters toward the Sith. Quickly Noah reached down towards his tacpad and pressed the activation button for his jetpack, shooting him above the canopy and towards his allies. "Corek to Starchaser! Get ready I'm coming to you and I'm bringing a friend!"

Stephanie's nose wrinkled. The little twitch of the nostrils, a quick sniff.

What was that...smell?

A strange rusty brown, pink mist seemed to drift above them, wafting through cracks and creeping around the edges of buildings and stone near where the Sith stood. Was this some hallucinogen? Some drug? Dark magic?

There was no time to think before the Sith launched her attack, but not with a weapon at first. Her scream projected right through Stephanie and she twisted her feet and head, skidding back a little and avoiding debris to the eyes. Her sheild rose to protect her body, but the scream became louder and the Sith was upon her.

Hit - hit - hit - consecutive slices and stabs for the body that Stephanie had to hold her shield firm to repel and back peddle, kicking up dust and dirt as the two got closer in engagement.

She had to break the cycle quick! After four or five times when the Sith impacted on her, Stephanie didn't hesitate and pushed her right foot down and span to the side to avoid the next blow - but she didn't stop there.

A move she had used on Mirial and even going as far back as the Republic training, she had to get distance, distortion and distraction. The world went a blur for a few seconds before she flipped back onto her feet facing the Sith girl, shield up and blade pointed forward.

”I would die before being your...plaything!”

Stephanie let out a cry and ran towards the Dark Lady, going for close engagement with a blue blade stabbing for her torso.

Against the wall, Sarez watched the fight in awe. How the Sith moved and blocked with accuracy, and how the Jedi surprisingly kept up. But there was something about the Jedi that Sarez noticed a while ago. He never gave up. Everytime the Jedi had got smacked down, he got right back up. Determination. That was a nice trait to have. But that trait will run out eventually. The perfect opportunity to strike.

Strike after strike, it was the same. Well, he asked himself, what if it was changed? If he stepped in, it would turn into an advantage for the Sith. It was getting boring, waiting. He had brought out his lightsaber for a reason. Then she striked the Jedi on his back, causing him to fall. A hard blow, that would at least put him on the ground for a while. He decided he was going to watch a little more, learn the Jedi's strategy.

Patience, he told himself. Patience.

Had Luca known that she was trying to protect him he might have been annoyed at the least.

But he wasn't a forcer, couldn't read his mind or motives, didn't even have the benefit of seeing her facial expressions to guide him. Kith's voice wasn't even clear to help him along. Annoyance would not equal to disobedience. Not when they were on the battlefield. They had two separate dynamics, one during a fight and one outside of that and in private.

It was odd.

Nice though. He wasn't really sure what they were, but he enjoyed it either way. Disappearing into the shadows wasn't a difficult thing. They had plenty of training for it now and with the deaths and burning fire around them?

The Jedi would have a difficult time placing them.

It didn't take long for Aryn to find his way into the warehouse. Luca's form had faded into the background, scatter-rifle at ready and studying the Jedi. :: Lining up a shot, at mark I will squeeze the trigger. :: Cool voice subvocalized in return and let her know his time-table. :: Once I say mark attack as well. So precognition can't help him out of this. ::

He would have preferred another marksman on the other side, but this was what they got.

The pain exploded across his back, a dull, instantaneous pain- along with the pain of him hitting the floor face first. So, his other plan didn't work. She wanted to toy with him. That's all she was doing. He stood up, and collected himself and turned to face her with a clear mind, free of aggression. He took up the Jedi ready stance, bending slightly at the knees, feet apart. Blade vertical, held tightly in two hands.

And then, he moved.

He paced towards her, and went in a high slice-like manuever, using one of the principals of Djem So to try and remove either her arm or cut her torso deeply. However, that was a ruse, a lie. Because his leg shot out, rapidly- right at her left kneecap, attempting to impact it dead on.

Elbow that, schutta- Fel thought to himself, his grip tightening on his lightsaber.

She kept up.

It impressed him.

Kazmai had not been expecting such speed from the Shimmering Light, because a Goddess did not need to hurry. Did not need to rush. After all, creation itself would pause for her, if she simply requested it. The smoke rising through the treeline was the first thing tipping them off they were approaching close. As they encroached on the site of the crash Kaz could just about make out the limping form of the pilot and another humanoid trying to move away from the fighter. The immediate instinct was rush in and attack them from behind.

Never turn your back against a predator.

But that was when every single alarm bell in his mind was set off. Danger. It screamed at him and the simian's eyes widened as the Force screeched in fear. The next couple of seconds passed between two breaths.

Protect the Goddess.

Without considering any other option he shifted his body and cut off the line of approach between Ao dramatic pause Xian and the fighter. "Down, your Radiance!" Kaz grunted out just as he called on the Force. It strengthened his body right as the fighter exploded. Heat, scorching flames, fire and a shockwave raged through the crashsite and burst against his large form.

It would presumably also hit the two Jedi trying to flee the scene.

The armored Sith would look to the skies with disinterest as he watched the starfighters get engaged from behind and subsequently shot down. The last of them would begin to trail smoke as they spiraled off towards the city as he muttered under his breath, " Well at least the Galactic Alliance saved me the effort of shooting them down myself. " His sentence would be punctuated by the explosive staccato of the Harbingers firing as they continued to pelt the city from afar. He would turn to the Grand Inquisitor about to make a statement before being pausing and turning to the sky. He raised his hand up as the Monolith walkers shifted anticipating something coming towards their position. It would not be long before a lone X-Wing appeared as it dove in for a strafing run.

The Harbinger walker the pilot had been targeting would not be able to defend itself as it lacked any defensive capabilities or the speed to counter a fast-moving flier. It would begin to buckle and fall as it was barraged by laser cannon fire before bursting into a shower of sparks and flame. Luckily since the Harbingers lacked any large volatile munitions, the other Harbingers that had been spaced out would not be affected by a chain reaction. The pilot would, however, find that his strafing run would not be met without resistance as the Monolith's shifted, their quad lasers shifting and swiveling to track their target as well as the concussion missile launchers.

Each Monolith had been equipped with a pair of quad lasers as well as a missile launcher, and due to their positioning in a defensive perimeter around the Harbingers, would have overlapping fields of fire. The quad lasers would lead their target as missile locks were achieved. The air would be filled with laser fire and homing missiles as they attempted to blast the pestering X-Wing out of the sky. Confident that the threat would be summarily dealt with Vexen would turn back to the Grand Inquisitor before speaking, " Redirect your TIE fighters from their escort duties and have them shoot down any craft attempting to evacuate the city. Your Star Destroyers are positioned too close to the city for the Galactic Alliance to handle without mass civilian casualties. They will not require protection. "

The positioning of the Star Destroyers over the city had basically made it so that the Galactic Alliance would not be able to engage and destroy them without also crushing a large part of the city along with whatever civilians were unable to be evacuated. A sound strategy that Vexen would not verbally admit to the Grand Inquisitor, but one that had been noted nonetheless. But you know who didn't have the problem of needing to worry about civilian casualties? Him. Vexen would raise his left hand up as he activated his communicator, " Prepare to storm the city. Artillery units, redirect your fire to the Alliance fleet in low orbit. I want those ships brought down. " The Harbingers would pause fire as their chassis rotated and their heavy rail cannons shifted upwards to acquire new targets, slowly charging up and readying another salvo.

The drone would make no attempt on the living. It's purpose, in Over-Bearing Mother mode, was to simply defend the registered bio sensor array. So when the time would be appropriate, it would move to defend Taheera with the expressed intent of protection without hampering her attacks. Though she might, at times, feel the notions of being suffocated. Such was the ways of an Over-Bearing Mother.

Gabe finished off a magazine and tossed it, loading in another. At this point, the buildings were getting far apart - between construction practices and the destruction of buildings from bombardment - he had to resort to the light paddle. Jumping great distances in single bounds, the paddle sent a shower of blue energy beneath his otherwise cloaked physical presence. Speeding up his movement, he tossed away the rifle and completed the one last jump needed to broach the top of the clinic.

Cracking open the door, he ran down the flights of stars amidst the sound of nearby bombing and destruction. With every step, he felt the presence of the darkside get closer and closer. It was a beacon, easily found in an otherwise muffled world of force signatures. Coming to the bottom floor, he stopped as he looked towards the children and civilians - cowering in the back of the clinic. Deactivating the phantasm cloak for the moment, he approached and knelt next to a child. Tears stained the dirt upon his rosy face, inflamed by fear. Or was it anger. Gabecouldn't tell but based on his mothers expression, he could only assume what he felt was felt by the others.

The child moved towards Gabe.

"Have you seen a green woman around? She's not much taller than you..." He looked to the sprat, warmth of a smile in an otherwise dark scenario. The boy nodded, rubbing his sleeve against his nose, before pointing down the hall. Gabe looked and pointed. "That way?"

The boy nodded again.

Gabe smirked and stood up, looking to the others. "Evac is here. Make your way to the vessels and avoid the front entrance." He lifted the communications to the incoming medical fleet ([member="Cathul Thuku"]).

::This is Marshal Sionoma. I have need for evacuation. Civilians in the medical facility will be sent roofside.::

Pointing in the direction of the stairs, he gave one lingering gaze before turning and running in the direction provided by the child. Each hand would invariable find a saber, emboldened by the Heart of Sullust, when the time came. Rounding the corner, he laid eyes on the engagement and igniting the smokey orange tones of the capital planet of the Alliance.

His ears were ringing.

Smoke clinging to his neck.

The weight of Samez on his shoulders as he dragged her out and carefully put her on the ground. Tallis and Xeric crowded the body, maybe hoping they could still coax out life out of the corpse. Mor knew it was hopeless. Dragging the body out had been instinctive, but the moment he felt that weight on his shoulders and the lack of stimuli he knew that she was already dead.

He blinked, trying to get the smoke out of his eyes and saw Dante limping towards them.

Her mouth was moving, he shook his head and looked back to the burning warehouse. At least they weren't going to be followed by the Alliance strike force. There ain't much that can survive that.

Another blink and suddenly Morgan felt her hands on him, on his shoulders, he looked back and her mouth was moving again.

There was an exhaustion in her eyes that hadn't been there before. Rather, Dante had been hiding it all too well. That was what brought him back- the realization that Dan needed him now. Not tomorrow. Not in a week. Now. "Ears ringing." Mor weakly explained, before looking past her towards the corpse. Xeric was hugging the body, Tall was walking back and forth.

Mouth moving as well, but the eyes showed mania.

"We need to get out of the open space." Already cybernetics were blinking on and he traced the rooftops around them. "Killing ground here..."

".....you good, Vance?" Her voice finally caught his ears and Morgan looked back for the third time. There was an up-spring at the corner of her mouth. He couldn't place it right away and decided to file it away for later perusal. "Fine. We need to move." The mission wasn't a complete waste. They had managed to destroy the warehouse and that would hit their supplies even more than it already had.

"Xeric, take Tall, check the first loader and see what state it is in." It was easy to take control of the situation. Be the man she needed right now, rather than let the voice screaming at the back of his head take control.

He wanted- it didn't matter what Morgan wanted.

"Dan, your leg." Already crouching down, blood drenching parts of her left leg.

Objective: Slay Them All

Vahliath swung himself back around the boulder just as quickly as he opened fire, lest he be the unfortunate victim of that soldier's weapon. At the moment, it was safe for him to assume no allies were within the vicinity of his acknowledgement which had their hands free. Those he did come to sense were already locked in fierce conflicts, fighting the oppressors comprising the Galactic Alliance. Little did their ability to engage in the same conflict as him come to phase the white-haired male, however; to state he was outnumbered was a matter of perception. Where the enemy might have come to see one ally of the Sith Empire fighting on his own, Vahliath saw it as an opportunity to rid them that little bit quicker. Herd the sheep into wolf's den, and let them bask upon its mighty jaws with uncomprehending eyes.

For today, it would surely swallow them whole.

As Vahliath moved back around the boulder, something ignited within him. Something vibrant - distinct. Today, the Force was strong in Thyferra's jungle, and weak at the same time. That fluctuation was the result of the many Force-users within the area, each occupying their own unique levels of power. This, however, was something new. Hazel gems turned to the distance where the craft descended from the skies, coming to a roaring crash not so long ago. Although not in sight, its elevating smoke gave away its position if the determined explosion of the vessel(which had yet to happen) failed to provide that. Something was there, though. Weak, subtle - but fairly sharp. Like a needle carefully prodded at his brain. No doubt it was a user of the Force, one associated with the Light Side, and worse of all: the Galactic Alliance. The ship alone gave way to what side they were on, which was enough for Vahliath to work with when he finally felt their presence fill the air - and enter his mind. Amidst lingering behind the rock, he picked that last canister up from his belt, triggering it with a determined push of his digit against its metal body. Something hummed to life in the device. A sound Vahliath knew all too well, which meant it was time for him to act on its propulsion towards the target.

First - he needed to secure his safety, for the enemy who tried to oppress him still lingered nearby; any by noticing on a quick observation, was barely phased by his shots, now ascended to an unknown altitude with a grenade in descent. In one quick lunge, Vahliath abused his power of the Force to ascend up a hill and safely land behind another boulder protruding from the soil before the explosion gave off. This one was fairly larger; it provided more cover, and it meant the crash site was now beneath him towards the south, now located nearer to his left. With that canister in his hand, Vahliath observed the smoke's shade for a brief moment. Translucent signified damage. Hugging opaque meant it was fated to explode sooner or later, unless the pilot was a master engineer. If it was Vahliath, he might have been able to do something if it was an ally craft. Too bad it wasn't. Its explosion would come to be beneficial.

Vahliath swivelled his arm and propelled the canister through the trees with swift precision. It moved sharply between the high standing plant life, bouncing across the soil until it finally rolled up against the side of the crashed craft. At first - it done nothing. It wasn't supposed to do anything more than blink, blink, blink, leaving a suspense an undetermined idea of what would come of its arrival. When the explosion finally happened, those nearby would come to understand its presence. Vahliath dared to stay where he was, peering down at the crash site as he waited for that long-awaited boom to fill the air and bring fear into the indigenous wildlife and beings alike. The radiation within the canister would surely piggyback on the explosion, spreading between the trees on the back of the generated shock wave. Vahliath kept the crash site within his gaze, watching in anticipation to see what happened. One way or another, he was fated to climb back down the mountain and kill those who opposed his faction. How long till then depended on the outcome of what would happen next, for his enemy had now taken this fight to a whole new level. Literally.
Now Vahliath realised his blaster had rendered useless against his enemy’s all-enduring armour. As a result, he returned the weapon behind his back, instead taking out a weapon of undetermined power. One that when hummed to life, its very awakening breath would - or should - have brought familiarity to his enemy. As Vahliath dared to step out into the open, the weapon in his right hand should have been all too easy to guess. A metallic hilt, a white luminous saber generating from top of the handle. There was no doubt it was a Lightsaber.

“Elevation. A perfectly logical technique for retreating.” Vahliath spoke out, eyes locked on the enemy ascended into the air. The way he spoke - his lilt held a distinct seriousness, almost monotone. Dispassionate. His enemy shouldn’t have expected anything more - or less. “However, that only extends to benefit against an enemy who is bordered by the concept of altitude. As you are about to discover, that border and I are worlds apart. Unlike the space between you - and me.”

And he would come to know what that meant.

Vahliath brought up his left hand, digits extended towards his enemy, despite the difference between them. His eyes - they seemed focused. Determined. As did his hand when it began to shake subtly, tapping into that almighty power Sith and Jedi alike come to abuse. Through it, he reached out to his enemy’s flight equipment. Components internal and external alike were vulnerable to his manipulation, corrupting their ability to keep him elevated; in fact, they were surely becoming strained by what was happening. Yes, Vahliath was trying to corrupt his enemy’s equipment, either to make it explode, or destroy the internal components that provided the thrusters the ability to keep him at his altitude. Maybe he thought shooting Vahliath would help, but that’s where his drawn weapon came into play - waiting. Watching. Protecting. Grounding his enemy was Vahliath’s intention. Clipping the wings of a bird made them easy prey to the predator trying to hunt them down.

Tahee's staff: http://starwars.wiki.../Cortosis_staffwith the heart of Sullust stone

There was a point in time when she very much would've taken the blame for the sith's actions. Felt as though she couldn't protect those she was charged with and taken that burden upon her shoulders alone. But with previous wars came experience and horrible losses. There were no winners in war.

Death.

It was something she'd experienced with Val. It was part of her curse with essence transfer. She wasn't scared of death. She was scared of coming back. Again.

But this sith was lost. A veil lay over his eyes. Maybe one day he'd truly see. But more than likely, he wouldn't. She hoped for his sake, he would. She hoped for all their sake he would.

As he approached, she was forced to take a step back with his first swipe. Her right foot slid back, left shoulder to him creating less surface area for him to hit as her right shoulder dropped back as well, no longer square shoulder-to-shoulder to his. The force welled through her muscles and lithe, green form, giving her a boost of speed and power. Staff moved swiftly, feeling the heat of his blade nearly get to her fingers as she caught his strike and nudged it just off target by batting it away. During that quarter second, she twisted the base of her staff toward his ankle or leg, hoping to send an electrical charge into his form if she happened to make contact. He was low and for now, it made it easier to reach his form with that end of the staff.

But things changed quickly in melee.

Heart sunk slightly as she heard a double snaphiss. But then she felt him. Gabe.

If Filiae was a hammer crushing resistance in broad, thick and straight lines than Skai was the fillet knife.

Graceful, lithe and swift on her feet.

She lunged and legs locked tight around the throat of an offending Alliance trooper. A twist in the air and the neck snapped between her knees, while she twirled in the air and avoided about three blaster shots heading her way. Most of them were absorbed by the falling trooper's body, the last one barely scorching past her head and singing the tip of her hair.

"Close." The Dathomiri murmured to herself while finding cover from the onslaught of the e-web turret emplacement on the other side of the hall. They had been able to catch this squad by surprise, but a botched knife jab had caused a screech.

The legionnaire in question was dead, but the consequences of his actions... were not.

"Got it."

The green acidic shimmer enveloped Skai for a moment, before she disappeared out of view. Already her feed directly connecting to Filiae come up live and would provide her with some of the data coming straight off her droids. This was their approach. Always. Skai was the shadow and Fil was the blazing fire. Subconsciously they were already emulating their Masters in one way or another.

Covering each other's weaknesses, slow to trust but approaching it.

They said it didn't get any easier.

Come the next morning, Melanah would wish that were true.

Because as it stood, gunning down civilians in the street had gotten very easy, very quickly. She'd choked down the bile and held back the tears for long enough that her body had given up on telling her to stop. Her brain, in an attempt to preserve her sanity, had stopped registering what she was doing as murder. Spot the target, aim the weapon, fire a bolt, move on. She didn't think about the fact that those targets were people, because if she did, then they'd probably find her after the battle with a suicide note and a head like a muja fruit that got stuck in an overheating warp drive.

So nah, she didn't think too much about it.

At least, until she spotted a target that was armed. That snapped her out of her trance - and put her into a whole different sort. Instinct took over from rote atrocity, and instead of firing a trio of shots, Mel dove for cover in the bombed out shell of an apartment building.

Hostile was a woman, brown hair, wearing a gas mask - easily identifiable. As for armament, Mel had only seen a pistol, hadn't felt anything in the Force - but that didn't mean she wasn't a threat. A smart enemy without the Force could do a whole lot more damage than a stupid one with it.

Mel hoped that girl was really stupid.

Whether he recognized them or not, Cairyn had been giving many blessings in life. Uncanny flexibility, both by natural talent and years of working to increase it, worked in his favor as Drios pushed him back by blade. Then, all that pressure was suddenly gone. The boy would've easily fallen from the sudden release had he not been flung to the air, suspended by matters beyond his control. He struggled against the invisible restraints as well as one could, breathing hard enough one could see the rise and fall of his chest with the armor in tow, hair usually groomed to his warped idea of perfection now matted to his face. His hands burned with a whole new kind of vigor, lightsaber slipping from their grip as all feeling melded to pain.

He hated this feeling of powerlessness.

"Shut up shut up shut up shut up!" The scream ripped through his throat, voice cracking as it neared higher pitches. His face was wet, the pain invoking tears, reducing what wit the boy might've been capable of to a heaving mess of broken and abused. He hated Drios for it, hated the Dark Lord, hated anyone and everyone that had gotten in his way. It was their fault he was suffering, not his. They were the ones who did this to him, they were the ones who'd pay. "I'll kill you! How about that? Just stay right there and I'll find a way!" He hissed, an air of breathlessness about him. His tantrum, one that didn't believe in reason, was halted only by the mention of the Dark Lord. That was his true target in all of this. That man was responsible for his suffering. That man would pay. "Or I'll just kill you and take it all for myself."

He had not the strength to support himself when his feet met the ground once more. The adrenaline was gone, replaced only by the pain of its abuse. His knees buckled, sending him toppling to the ground, grasping Drios' hand in an effort more to support himself than take Drios up on his offer. Then the idea struck him. Why not use this current position to get a jab at the Sith Lord?

Alm’s roar of….uh, anger was cut short as a stun bolt smacked against her hand. A girlish cry of surprise accompanied the tingling numbness of her hand as the limb dropped to her side, temporarily useless.

Alm didn’t know about stun bolts. She did not understand that they were temporary in nature. All she understood was that blasters could kill you, as could lightsabers, small bodies of water, animals, ship crashes and basically anything in this strange new galaxy.

Ahem.

Now honing in on her opponents weapon, Alm crouched quickly and performed a flying leap towards Vaudin, dodging the blaster strike to her feet by a hair. Her one good arm held the hammer back in preparation to swing at his head in thunderous strength.

Blaster fire erupted from both sides, the Lady of Madness strolled through bright green foliage repelling any shots directed at her. Reaching close to a dug in enemy wearing the basic armor of the Galactic Alliance, she called forth the tendrils of her robe; making deadly contact with the nearest four before ducking behind a tree, laughing. For a few seconds longer, the blaster fired continued until it was disrupted by raving howls, followed by blood curling screams. Stepping around the tree the Sith tipped her head, the two dragonsnake bones weaved into dirty hair dangled in thanks to the four undead soldiers; blood and flesh dripping from their mouths.
Reigniting her lightsaber, she charged toward another group of soldiers; the undead shambling slowly behind her whilst the Sith troops rearranged themselves to lay down covering fire. Reaching out through the Force, she gripped a soldier slamming him hard against a tree with enough force to crack his skull; then reanimated him by activating the bone ring in her nose. Dodging to her left, she lead three of the remaining four into the ranks of the soldiers; the newly arrived zombie digging his teeth into the neck of the commander.
Swinging her blade with deadly precision, she cut down the enemy swiftly; while those that found a new passion in death killed who they could before they too where brought down by the enemy soldiers. The Sith troops, having been sparred the constant fire from the enemy managed to close ranks, aiding the Sith in killing the last of the Alliance soldiers.

Gathering the Sith troop survivors, she turned her Darkside gaze to the city; where the real slaughter would begin.

Ophidia's hilt inclined into preparation for a thrust; her body readied, coiled like a serpent about to strike. She was just about to launch a thrust at the eyes when she felt the tug on her body. It was a familiar sensation, and far from a welcome one.

As she was thrown off the wall, the Rattataki used her own measure of telekinesis to stabilise herself and counteract the slamming. Rather than crash painfully into the floor, she made a heavy landing. Feet sliding a little on the black ice, but ultimately gathering firmy under her. This lady of the ice was not as easily dispatched of as most. It amused her, but also brought a frustration to bubble through her veins.

Quickly, she brought herself upright and channelled that hate through a telekinetic grip. Her left hand thrust forward, perhaps telegraphing a choke or a push on Kaida's person. But right at the end, there was another motion. Her hand turned with authority as her mind seized the shield and pushed it up and back with the intent of slamming the top edge of it into Kaida's face.

Hopefully, the blunt force impact would ring her head, despite the helmet. If she could disorient the ice lady, then she could potentially get the drop on her. If only she could seize the initiative and keep the pressure up.

Miir stepped to the side as the hammer came down in a violent swing. He was quick but he wasn't much of a space wizard when it came to super speed. The hammer collided with his right hand as he moved and he heard a loud crack as his favourite blaster and his favourite hand were caught by the blunt girl's equally blunt insturment.

He choked down a cry of pain as he reacted completely by instinct. His remaining blaster came up and he fired. The stun bolt aimed at the girl's backside.

He back peddled in an attempt to get out of range while he hugged his definitely broken hand to his chest. The throbbing already making him a very cranky horn head. But they were majestic beautiful horns so at least he had that.

"OWW!" He yelled at the Sithlette as he aimed again.

There was no fear in the man. He had none for the loss of his life, nor to face down a foe which made him a dangerous opponent. But it did not make him a stupid one, there was no suicidal tendencies or death wish but rather a strong resolve to see the battle come to a conclusion, whatever that may be. Yet, strangely, in this moment as the woman funneled the force sending it rippling through the air, he was intrigued. He had only seen force users do this by means of their limbs, same as he, but she could do it with her mind? Now that was an ability he wanted to learn, if he gets out of this, and he could not learn at in the Empire.

His intrigue only lasted a fleeting moment, first things first. He sensed the placement of the force behind him, with speed unnatural it would slab into his back propelling him toward her, he helped it .. by powering his legs and breaking into a speed that would be unfathomable with the coupling. Her raised arm holding a hammer like something he could see in the armoury of Midvinter, and in the right hands they cause incredible damage to armour and body alike. And the hammer was in the right hands for that.

Théo was on target to hit the woman hard, twisting his body to try and ram his shoulder into her chest. He knew it would be like hitting a wall on impact if it was to come but then his large frame and momentum would be equal to it. The great maul of the woman came down, his shield at the ready to take the blow even though the impact would be reduced somewhat it would hurt. It hit the shield sending a shock wave through his arm jarring it and his body but his arm would not be broken, his ancestral strength that five times greater than the average man, the force as his ally providing power and sheer stubborn nature would not allow it.
