Zaiden sighed, he was digging further into his deep pockets, further then he should over a ring..."4 billion on E."

"Lot E, let's make it 5 billion credits." He spoke into device given to him in the secluded area he sat at.

"He'll either keep digging deep, or he'll have an economic crisis like S-I did there after an auction like this."

Switching the channel on his pad, he sent a private message to one @[member="Circe Savan"].

Raise you bid for Lot D, whatever you go over on your allotment for this round. I'll cover the balance as I'm about to lose on this ring I wanted.

Domino used her pad like everyone was supposed to, and upped her bid again. She had as much as it would take to get the manuscripts and their secretes. And while she would prefer to have spending money left over to snag an extra item or two like she had the holocron, well... she wasn't anywhere near her limit yet.

(@[member="Genesis Rostu"] lol you upped tour own bid?)

Zaiden sighed, "Damnit. That ring would have been useful. I appreciate your tastes sir." Zaiden sent the message telepathically to his bidding opponent. Then to @[member="Domino"] he smiled, "A billion on D. No, lets make it a bill five." He wasn't going to give in on the book, that was something truly useful.

Valik

Professor of Alchemy
A certain bidder put up 7,654,321 credits on Lot B. Just because he was interesting like that.

Zaiden smiled and nodded his hellos to @[member="Valik"], a man he had seen around MANY times but never really met. Punching in 15 mill for B.

@[member="Genesis Rostu"] I upped A to 5 mil.

Valik

Professor of Alchemy
A certain bidder, who was an agent of Valik's, or perhaps Valik disguised with Sith Alchemy altering his appearance and a force disperser hiding his force signature, but certainly not someone so recognizable, upped his bid on Lot B to 22,222,222 credits.

Seeing he had been outbid, he sent a message to his accountants.

Send more to the funds for this, I'm wheeling and dealing. I''ll work on a dollar next year for my salary, use my stocks and their interest accrued for the next year waiting on my yearly salary. I insist for at least half of my personal wealth be liquidated and sent to the transfer accounts for this bid and the ones for the next round. I know my limit, and I won't press further than my worth. This is why you get rid of a board of directors. Enjoy your paperwork.

Cade.

Smiling,he sent another message to @[member="Circe Savan"].

I see the error in my ways, the deal is off. I'm doing what I want.

xoxo

Finally, he messaged the auction with his bid, Lot D: 2 Billion credits. Making his total bid for this round 5 billion, not bad for a man worth much more than that.

Lot C's Bid was still 3 Billion. @[member="Velok"]

Standing calmly in the room, the agent that the Republic had sought for this task stood with the datapad in his hands. How did they get their hands on this? His thoughts were just a mess at the fact that this had happened. Nevertheless, he was there as the agent for the Republic, authorized to acquire historical artifacts for the Jedi.

Lot F: 1 million credits.

Interesting huh? Well she could do that, it was nice to see someone else actually knew the worth of some of these things, too bad they were spreading themselves out over so much. But she wanted to see how people would react to this, not all treasure was stored in a bank computer.

Lot D: The Book of the Sith, in annotated manuscript form cr 6.5 Billion and One Phoenix-Class Destroyer
((@[member="Zaiden James-Greyson"] you also upped yourself on the book last time unless someone edited their bid out.))
