He hung his head disappointed that his people could not learn from their past mistakes. Kad was proud, but not so proud to stand with his people when they were acting like a bunch of hormonal bull rancors trying to prove who was the biggest and strongest. There was no reason for it today.

Kad turned his back and left, disappointed in the stupidity of his bretheren.

OOC: guys I just became Facfion Owner Saturday... this audible was called while I was unavailable. There is no one way to decide Manda'lor, but as I said in my last ooc note, we are not deciding Manda'lor in this thread. If you want to play with the faction great! If you don't great!

He slowly turned towards the smaller man, glancing towards him.

His expression was neutral, his tone wasn't condescending or angry, simply speaking truth of fact. "A challenge was issued."

That really should have been enough. Tradition held that a single challenge from nearly anyone was to be answered and met, it just historically happened so rarely that generally Mand'alors hardly had to deal with it. Aryn knew this, many of the people here knew this, though he suspected that some were simply sick of the infighting. They wanted to move on, ahead, they wanted to see the Mandalorians united under a single banner, but that would never happen as long as there was discontent.

"It did not come from some young pup or upstart. It did not come from an outsider." He glanced towards Dem'adas. "It came from one of our own. A woman who has fought for Mandalore and defended it. A leader of a clan."

Ra had made sure to educate Aryn of most everyone within the Clans. "The Challenge was issued, regardless of motivation, it must be met."

Which the Warmaster already had. No use talking about it now.

Olivia's eyes darted from Isley Verd to Vilaz Munin and back again. <So he was here after all...> Olivia thought to herself. "This one issues an ultimatum. One that goes against the Manda and is tainted by dar'jetii ideals." Olivia said loud enough for all to hear, Munin included. "He demands that all bend the knee or be exiled by the Exile as Dar'manda." Olivia said, turning to face the crowd that was now gathering and polarizing between herself and 'the warmaster'. "I, Olivia Dem'adas, Alor of Clan Dem'adas, choose to instead challenge [member="Vilaz Munin"] for the title of Mand'alor. The Exile and his like have lead our people to folly for too long. They would have us serve as puppets to dar'jetii witches and twisted fools like this one." Olivia added, repeating her challenge loud enough for all to hear and gesturing towards Isley Verd as she mentioned him.

Turning herself towards Munin, Olivia addressed him directly. "This one would fight on your behalf, Mand'alor. What of you? Would you face me yourself, or have this one fight your battles for you?" Olivia said, nodding towards [member="Darth Metus"] as she mentioned him. Her body angled so that both men were in her forward arc, Olivia's hands hovered near the weapons at her hips, ready for either man to attack her. Or both.

She approached the fire, a woman in a grey cloak and black clothes. The Force thrummed around her as she rosined up her Violin which was summoned out of no where. Alas this was something to play a song about. A thing that must happen, but other did not want to happen.

She set her bow to the strings and a jaunty tune began.

"Long ago in the Manda'yaim,​

A Warrior named Vilaz had staked his claim​

But Olivia Dem'das wasn't havin' his game.​

She decreed her claim to fame.​

As she sang they would feel her words deep in their bodies. The force thrummed from the strings, amplifying her voice and the tune for all to hear. A blood lust would come over most as the currents of the dark side magic's ripped deep into the area.

The Violin, lit by the magical tune began to become wreathed in flame.

No question about it, now was the time to leave. [member="Darth Metus"]' explanation was noted, and his answer to her question, and so he got a nod as others had done. Carra slipped between beskar-clad folks and out of the firelight. The chill of the desert enveloped her as she set out on the long hike to her ship - hoping against hope that things wouldn't explode behind her. The spot between her shoulderblades itched fiercely, as if in crosshairs.

Ru stepped forward from the small crowd of Alore and messengers. Relatively unknown save for within House Skirata, Ru had only recently been dubbed the new head of the House putting him in the position of Alor of clan Skirata. He had originally fled to GA space after the calamity that befell Mandalore, seeing it more fit to find work, food, and beds for the survivors of his clans than fight a new colonial war for a new homeworld. As far as he was concerned House Skirata's home was Mandalore.

"Ultimatums given by shadowy figures back from the dead are meaningless. However, if the Mand'alor would also speak his agreement with the words of this Dar'jetii the House Skirata and its clans will stand behind the challenge Oliva of Clan Dem'adas. Ultimatums are not the way of our people."
