The Lustful Twi'lek (Nightclub RP)

[member='Breanna Volsh']

Wow she was fast, he thought he would have more time to think up something to say "uhh ...as far as I know you are the only one that matters" Tiberius somewhat nervously stuttered out and had to resist the urge to look down at his boots. That wasn't too bad...or so he thought, he can do this he just had to be more confidant about the whole situation. He could fearlessly take down a wanted criminal with multiple accounts of manslaughter, he should have no problem with this. "So what's your name...beautiful?" Tiberius asked starting to gain confidence with every word he spoke. The bartender handed him her drink, and with nerves of steel from years of bounty hunting he was able to hand her her drink without his hand shaking with nervous energy.

Kohai looked up as she realized she had been addressed. "What?"

Shaking her head, reordering her scattered thoughts, she smiled apologetically up at older man. "I'm sorry. Schedule's been very weird lately. It's my first time off Coruscant and the times are still a bit odd."

Kohai found herself glancing down periodically, noticing the man had his hands behind him. Her attention had always been drawn towards other people's hands, she liked to see what they were doing. Bringing her attention quickly back up to the man's face, she began speaking again.

"To answer your question, yeah, it's been busy. I had to fix a hyperdrive after we landed. It was actually very interesting because I had to take it almost entirely apart and-" She stopped short. She realized she had been steadily getting both louder and faster, so she clammed up. "Sorry, that's not really interesting to talk about, I guess." She twiddled her thumbs quickly, before waving a hand in the air, trying to hail a server.

The Count chuckled softly, sitting across from her, waving off his mandalorian bodyguards. They wern't necessary at the moment. ''And? Continue my lady. I happen to be interested in this hyperdrive you had troubles with.'', he said with a warm smile. A waitress came to serve her, and the Count said to let her have whatever she wanted for the night on him. ''I also happen to be the owner of this club, so your luck seems to be turning.', he said, softly chuckling.

Kohai thought for a second. "I actually almost never drink... but since you're being so generous, maybe I can have just one." She clasped her hands together, leaning her chin on her knuckles. "I couldn't even say I could list five different types of spirits. Do you have a recommendation?"

Kohai didn't wait for that recommendation, though. This man was asking her to talk about her passion, and it would be a chore not to go to far.

"Well, like I said, it was actually a really interesting case. I had noticed during the hyperspace jump, which, by the way, boring. Anyways... I was I noticed that there seemed to be a tick in the hyperdrive. I told the captain, but he was kinda stupid, and said he'd probably just left something in there. Can you believe it?! That is not something that happens, even to idiots. I thought it could be something potentially serious, like a stuck motivator, or even worse there could have been some kind of leakage."

She leaned forward, lifting herself from her seat, leaning on her palms. She was speeding up. "Did you know that that could potentially spread gamma radiation throughout the whole compartment, not good! So anyway, I checked it out when we landed, and would you believe there was a actually a big problem! This moron had been just a couple jumps away from a serious crisis, he had faulty relativistic shielding! We're lucky we didn't end up lost in space and time! It was pretty scary in hindsight. On the bright side, I had to take almost the entire thing apart, because I had never done that kind of operation before, and since we were safely grounded, it was really exciting!"

After a beat, Kohai cleared her throat. She had lost control of her decibel level again, and a few patrons were staring. "Sorry... People tell me I get carried away... So, about that drink?" Wow... that was embarrassing...

The Count chuckled softly. What an interesting girl. She talked a lot, sure, but he understood every word. The Count was the same in his youth, but slowed down over the years, verbally. ''Nonsense, your fine. Your talking to the CEO of Hoersch-Kessel Driveworks, ships are my business. Might I recommend some Corellian Wine, by the way? Not too strong. We don't want a talkative young girl like yourself getting too tipsy, do we?'', he said with a soft chuckle. ''Tell me, do you travel a lot?'', he said with curiosity.

[member="Kohai Drenn"]

"Corellian Wine, ya say? Sure, I'll give it a try." She laughed, agreeing with his statement, "Indeed we don't, My stars, the things I'd say!"
She stifled her laughing as she head [member="Count Morcus"] ask her another question, if she travelled a lot. "Actually, no. This was my first time off Coruscant, if you can believe it. I guess as far as transitions go, this is a pretty smooth one. Scenery isn't too different than back home."

The Count smiled. ''Nar Shaddaa and Coruscant are pretty similar, just more hutts and less politics. Might I recommend you visit the forest moon of Endor? I have a feeling you'd enjoy meeting the locals there.'', he said, chuckling softly. ''It's always a new adventure, leaving your homeworld for the first time, but it's worthwhile. You've got plenty to see and do, I can tell you that!''

A drink, a drink, a drink. Where can a man find a drink?

Marik Yadnus Bodonnawieedo, famed soldier of fortune, tottered against the wall of the alley, rooting through the pockets on of his belt yet again with quivering fingers. There was still nothing in them, not a single credit, nor a pinch of spice.

He would have given all he owned for the slightest taste of liquor, he owned nothing, it had to be said. Apart from his armor, his weapons, and his ship, only his body was his, and those were as old and scared as he was. He was leaning against the wall now, the cold metal hard and unforgiving against his back. He leaned forward and hawked up a great lump of phlegm, and coughed it away into the darkness.

Will this be my legacy? Spit in a hundred gutters? my name a byword for petty betrayal, avarice and waste? "One last chance. That's all i'm asking." Marik had lost count of the number of last chances he had wasted.

But then he saw it, a glitter in the darkness of the gutter. Could it be? No...it is! Marik stooped to pick it up, groaning like an old man. He was an old man. A lost man. If the galaxy was a kind place he would be a drunk man soon. He stared down at the credit chip, hand shaking with need. He pushed himself from the wall and started down the street.

This is my chance, my second chance, thank the fates, the galaxy, Rodia, and the force. I can buy fuel for my ship, pay off some debts, get this rash looked at. I shall not waste this I sw-. Marik froze before a fantastically lit building. The Lustful Twi'lek eh? I could use a drink.

Marik pushed his way through the front door with a smile as the familiar stink of sweat and booze filled his nose and the sounds of laughter and revelry filled his ears. Just one, it can't hurt.

She smiled at [member="Count Morcus"] . "See? That's what I mean! I've never even heard of that place!" She leaned down, leaning her cheeks into her palms, sighing "I gotta find work in the morning, gotta get passage soon."

The Count tilted his head, pondering for a brief while. ''What if I offer you employ within my company? You seem perfect for my line of work, with your engineering skills.....it'd be a chance to see more of the galaxy aswell.'', he said with a warm smile. He'd sensed something familiar about this girl, a sensitivity with the force. She might prove useful with a bit of training.....

[member="Kohai Drenn"]

Kohai was a bit taken aback. That was a very generous offer. "Wow, that's a very sweet deal... I probably should think about it for a while, though. I mean... It'd be a big step." She wasn't so good at grand decision making,, otherwise she'd still own her family's shop.

Before she knew it, a fancy glass was set in front of her on the table, along with an adjoining, expensive-looking bottle. "Oh... Well this feels like high class, huh?"

The Count smiled warmly. ''This is the high life alright. Something you could enjoy regularly in my employ, I assure you. I can sense something special about you, I think you'd do well working for me.'', he said with a friendly tone.

[member="Kohai Drenn"]

Kohai shrugged, smiling cheerfully at [member="Count Morcus"] , It would be nice not to live hand to mouth for a while. And if things went south, she could deal with it then.

"Well, who knows? Maybe this'll affect my decision." She raised her glass, "cheers!"

Count Veril raised his own glass, with a smile. ''Cheers!'', he said, before taking a big swig. It had been a while since he'd had a drink with a friend, even if it was a new one.

[member="Kohai Drenn"]

Kohai took a tentative sip of her wine. It was a bit of an acquired taste, but not much. Taking another sip, she decided she liked Corellian Wine, it was certainly better than that Corellian Whiskey she had been convinced to drink recently. "Not bad, not bad at all!"

Oooo he said very pretty words, the kind that the romantic zeltron loves to hear, she found herself smiling more than she probably should. "OO now aren't you being lovely, I'm Breanna, and who are you?" She rested an elbow on the bar resting her cheek against her palm as she smiled looking at him, watching him, taking in the words that touched and tickled the soul.

It was fortunate that she had stopped in here, who knew what this good fortune could bring. She once again gazed around the room oh so many things happening in this little corner of the galaxy. The most unlikely of people talking, scheming and doing who knew what in the dark corners. She smiled almost devilishly.

[member='Breanna Volsh']

She was smiling at him so that was a good thing and her smiling caused him to smile, he probably looked like a smiling idiot but at the time he didn't care because he was actually successfully talking to a woman. "Breanna such a pretty name, my name is Tiberius" he was actually doing pretty good with all this. He didn't know why but the way she leaned up against the bar and her devilish smile at him seemed to throw him off his game and he couldn't focus on what to say to her. She had a really pretty smile and eyes and he seemed to get lost in them for awhile but then he thought he was probably being awkward just standing there looking at her. "So uh...uh...what do you do?.... I mean what is your....profession.....I mean job? Yea! What is your job?.......I'm really sorry I tend to get nervous and probably talk more then I should" he said with a sheepish smile trying to save face.

[member="Tiberius Rex"]

He seemed nervous, he showed his teeth alot when smiling, what was going to happen to him once the pheremones filled his senses. He did know about them, right? Maybe that's why he offered her the drink....hmmmm. "I'm Breanna, Tiberius" She held the s a little too long.

"I like that name Tiberius, very ancient" She watched him struggle through a few sentences, as she picked up her drink and took a nice draw on it. It felt warm in her stomach mmmmmmm nice she thought. "Profession" She thought for a moment, "entertainment" That left a few things open for interpretation. She put a hand on his arm, "relax, I promise I don't bite, unless asked. And you're doing fine, I don't mind all the talk" She leaned closer as if to share a secret, "You'd be surprised how many people don't want to talk to zeltrons" and she knew why, they were afraid they'd lose their minds.

She laughed at the thought, "Tell me more about yourself Tiberius, what are you doing in here hmmm?"

Kycoros walks in to this nightclub not knowing what to expect. he looks around nervously, his black scales on his face reflecting some of the light in the club and goes to a corner wondering if someone will approach him as he sits carefully.

The Sith Apprentice walked into the cantina as always, alone. He didn't need companions anymore, even if they were deemed mandatory from his parents. He ruled his parents, and he returned to his home when he deemed it necessary to remind his parents of his existence. But now, he was a grown man and a blossoming Force adept in the New Order for the future of the Sith.

He didn't need his parents telling him what to do.

He sat down at the bar and when one of the bartenders came around, he ordered a water and eyed everyone else within the cantina. It was a curious nightclub, and he was wondering if it would be possible to hire people to be his...Thugs. In the future.
