Most would recognize the need for one in such turbulent times, and I've met very few (see above) who genuinely have an issue with a natural hierarchy. As in someone who becomes a leader because they are the most qualified at the time and they aren't placed there because they forced (or coerced) their way into power.

Most just have an issue with telling someone they have to abide by certain laws when they aren't actually harming anyone or when the purpose of before mentioned laws were malevolent in nature.
