BAD ROMANCE

That escalated quickly.

Siv Dragr Siv Dragr 's request for reinforcements came through loud and clear and Reggie's newfound sisters reacted immediately, speeding in that direction. Of course, it was quite fun to rain hell down on the armed Rodians below her first before joining them.

As Reggie finally sped after them with her jetpack, she found the most bizarre scene as she rejoined Yael and Mevia and Shakka. Shortly after her, Dima barreled into the group as well and what the xeno Mando'ad said had the hair on Reggie's arms raise. She was glad she was on Dima's side instead of the opposite.

Still hovering in the air with her jetpack, the young Rau had a stellar view as things unfolded quickly below her. The Padawan seemed to break loose from her captor, but it seemed Siv wanted to prevent that escape as he tried to block her off. At the same time, the Jedi sprang into action. There was chaos for a moment, but hanging in the air, Reggie was in a better situation to immediately react.

One Jedi had immediately broken off from his group. The scarlet Mando'ad didn't hesitate to send golden bolts after him, but he managed to disappear behind cover.
<Karking coward.> Reggie growled as she tried circling but still failed to catch sight of him, the cursed Rodian vegetation making it exceptionally hard. And thermals would be useless because of all the lifeforms around.

But then the Manda smiled on her.

Just before the Jedi Knight jumped at her comrades, she spied him moving through the sludge.
<Got you, shabuir.> she sneered as she was swooping down from behind him. The whipcord shot out from her vambrace to just be in time to catch him around his ankle. Not that she had enough space between her and the ground to yank his feet out from under him. Instead, she barreled past, kicking her feet out in front just in time for the repulsors in the boots to prevent her from slamming into the mud next to him.

By that time, she released the whipcord in order to shoot back into the air with her jetpack unhindered, blasters firing down at the Jedi for good measure.

<You're not going anywhere, Jetii.> came the snarl through the helmet.

ENGAGING: Shakka Bralor Shakka Bralor

div-red.png

Irvelghrikk's opponent, Shakka Bralor Shakka Bralor didn't hesitate starting off her attack-chain with a Stun-Net, a weapon which the the Wookie Species would historically be knowledgeable with considering Trandoshan slavers used it, Irvelghrikk cutting his eyes - in the moment lifting his right leg off the ground as he bent his upper-body backwards, conducting a fast cartwheeling motion to avoid the flying stun net. Assuming that the two individuals had some distance between the two, Irvelghrikk would be able to pull it off in a quick manner via enhancement of the Force.

After doing so, the Mandalorian went on to taunt the Wookie before continuing her attack chain, seemingly equipping a melee weapon and bringing it down in a overhand striking motion in addition to a disruptor-shot with her offhand, the Wookie's response being to utilize his agility and the Force to out maneuver his opponent, doing a slight dash move to reposition himself to the right of his enemy.

This was a serious situation but the Wookie couldn't help but crack a smile, <<"Too naive. Too aggressive.">> He exclaimed in the moment of battle, being honorable enough to not surprise attack her and instead choosing dialogue. Activating his lightsaber which was in his left as the Yellow blade crackled in the air.

No moment to waste, he entered the Djem-So battle variant of Form-V, pressing forward quickly he started off the duel with a hefty underhand vertical motion at her pelvic area, quite the brutal attack, one with the goal of cutting his opponent in half from down to up, the Twi'lek was an incredible genetic specimen, too incredible in comparison to Irvelghrikk and this would prove to be a disadvantage to his opponent. A Master and adept scholar on multiple Battle-forms, the Wookie's strikes were quite the sight to see - not too fast but not too slow, when his blade made contact with an enemy, he wanted it to not be a slicing move but to leave quite the damage and mark on the receiving end and wear down armor.

The Nightmother Vytal Noctura stood before them. The people in the area needed time to escape, and she would buy it for them.
Valthjof stopped in his tracks, in fact everybody did; shocked as the the sound of a woman howled throughout the city as they committed their atrocities. A flame, a green flame - it erupted like the bomb did, leaving a path of destruction as well similar to the bomb Valthjof utilized. And out of the flame was a Sorcerer of Dathomir, behind his helmet Valthjof jaw was dropped - he was shocked, from her power and her herself, he never witnessed her kind in action.

A good weapon to serve in the crusades he thought, though he knew she was too much of a strong character to fall prey to participating in such actions. Valthjof almost speaking before another appeared

"Our god," Tytos declared, suddenly emerging from the shadows of the fire where there had been no one before
Two sorcerers he mumbled, the latter and a new ally, Tytos Saxon, Valthjof had heard of more so respected him for his power and scholarly activities as a Shaman of the Enclave. The whirling sound of jetpacks erupting as more Mandalorians and Clanmates came to watch this showdown, none attempting to fire on the witch for fear and out of respect.

"Listen to the wise-man, Aruetii. Leave, this world is our world now. We will purge it of weakness and in its wake will a Neo-Rodia arise, strong and beastly." He said in a low voice. Slamming his trident down before lifting it once more, a shame indeed, all could've been prevented if the Bureaucrats didn't resist.

"Don't leave and you will die painfully, in vain, knowing that our Crusader will be successful." He finished, twirling the trident as he resisted the urge to launch it at the nightsister.

How this shall end Valthjof pondered, he didn't believe the witch foolish enough to take on all of them.

<Need a lift, Sunshine?> <You won't be able to stay in a group if you hotfoot it on your own.

An annoyed sigh breathed out of his nostrils as the Beroya massacres those surrounding Adenn. The help was appreciated, but he wouldn’t admit it. His own pride wouldn’t let him live it down. Asking for help or apologizing were not his best suits.

<“Careful, Beroya. I enjoy you, but be careful,”> his own way of giving his gratitude to Jan and making her right.

<“We need to advance into the heart of this stronghold. I already have some taking out the AA defenses to ease pressure on the rest joining us,”> joining Jan on her war droid as he propelled with his jetpack to mount the Bes’uliik with her. A shame the roles were not reverse in this situation.

<“Well, let’s get a going. We need to take point and lead the rest of our troops.”>

“Naïve?” She questioned as she battered the saber away with the shield on her wrist following it with a lightning fast thrust of her beskad.

“Tell me Lasat how many have fallen to red blades of the sith while Jetii have sat on their asses in their temples? Do you know how many of us fell protecting this galaxy that shunned us and our ways from the clutches of the Maw. How many of our innocents burned while you did nothing as the Empire scorched our second home world to ash? I am not the naïve one here.”

Her blades whirled in glittering beskar fury as she countered strikes with precise deflections, always pushing openings with strikes from her beskad or beskal.

“A warrior knows when to be aggressive enough fast enough. It can make the difference between saving the lives of your comrades or not.”

She finished that statement by firing her sonic repulsor at the wookiee followed immediately by an impact flashbang grenade.

Do_Bad_Well
And onward the new season of reckoning against the galaxy would continue...

From their recent spoils at Kashyyyk, Clan Munin along with their allied Trandoshan marauders, and like-minded Clan Beroya joined the rest of the Enclave sect of Mandalorians from Kestri hitting Rodia. The crusade on the swampy jungle planet was for good reasoning - strategic location and its industrial capabilities, but more so to show the other galactic factions the Mando'ade were back to conquer and rule like their ancestors once did.

Oya Manda!

The Rodians and their ilk this day would be given the choice to join them or die... or as the di'kut jetii would say - Do or do not, there is no try.

The elder Munin sibling had no love or trust of Force users; indoctrinated into her from birth... Though Kaiyra always questioned why her father in the distant past had aligned himself with the Emperor of the Sith. That move though had brought much wealth to the clan at the time, but at a very high personal cost to her family.

The death of Kaiyra and Adenn's young nephew at the hands of the Sith while they occupied Manda'yaim after the invasion had put a permanent wedge between her older half-sister and their shared mother, and as of now, the Tor and Detta were still estranged from each other. It was something Kaiyra vowed before any of them marched on to fix if the Manda willed it so.

While Adenn was leading the major offensive of the clan's iron beasts, Kaiyra and her group of war droids were to fly cover for the Trandoshan transports. The T'doshok hunters wanted to exact their vengeance upon their green-skinned "weaker" reptilian cousins so to speak. They were fresh off their conquest of the Wookiees and feeling very punchy right now. So were all the marauders that were there.

To be honest the lizards creeped the red and black armored Mando out, but she respected their warrior skills and mentality, and they, her mandokarla. Hence why Kaiyra agreed to run with them on this mission and for the reptilian warriors to have her alongside them. Plus, her little brother seemed to be in good hands with a new wing...

Gods help the Beroya woman.

The pale Witch barked a laugh at the man's crowing of being preachers of their 'god,' Death. She turned her head slightly to direct her emerald stare at the new comer that thought to impress upon her the supposed might or justness of those invading Rodia. There remain no smile on her black lips, however. This was no time for mirth or levity.

"You people and your blasters and your armor and your Manda. You," a clawed finger pointed at the Shaman, Tytos Saxon Tytos Saxon , before her, "claim to wield a deeper power? You can scarcely sip from it. Do not waste time trying to frighten a Witch born of Dathomir, who has gazed upon the faces and engaged in battle with gods, with your paltry words or your impotent weapons. But hear this," the claw slowly slid through the air until it pointed at Valthjof Bralor , "Children of Ruin, I will take my leave when those that would suffer have escaped your reach. And know if you set it foot on Ryloth, I will show you waves. I will show you what you will face as the galaxy pays ever closer attention to your horrors. I will show you inevitability."

Her right foot shot out and slide around in an arc before her as both hands whirled in interlocking circles. The flames encircling them flared and began to climb high into the sky. Their tendrils thinned, and thinned still, then began to branch as brambles with thorns might. Slaughtering them... yes, there was the thought to do that here and now. More importantly was containment. The longer these particular wretches were held in place, the more would escape their grasp. An energy cage would be formed around them if unopposed.

Vytal's eyes fell on the Shaman once more. If he chose to oppose her here and now perhaps they'd get a taste of things to come.

Like a tightly wound spring waiting for sweet liberation, the moment the word 'now' fell from Valery's lips, an unstoppable surge of Force energy pressed into Briana's feet who burst forward like a comet breaking atmosphere. Every muscle and sinew strained to bridge the gap between herself and her Padawan, weaving around the emergent chaos while her pulse pounded an urgent rhythm in her ears, swallowing down the creeping sense of fear that she might not reach them.

There was no time to entertain those thoughts further.

Red blaster fire erupted from the Mandalorian's, some aimed squarely on the Jedi Knight. Lifting her blade, she batted the flying bolts aside before reversing her grip and artfully slicing down another, sending each bolt soaring back to their origins. As the pathway forward cleared, Briana pushed through that hole, blue eyes narrowing in on the form of the retreating Mandalorian dragging Lily in tow.

Every swift stride and twirl of her blade brought her closer to the dropship, until, without second thought, Briana gathered the Force and launched into the air. The wind whistled past as she soared over the remaining distance, eyes trained on the yet-unraised hatch until at last her boots made purchase with a mild 'thud', the sensation sending a subtle jolt through her legs that made them feel momentarily fuzzy.

Ahead, the murmuring of voices could be heard. Briana followed the sound deeper into the vessel, chest filling with a deep inhalation of metallic air as she tried to tap into that deep well of a Jedi's center, blade held aloft and ready.

EQUATOR CITY, RODIA, SAVAREEN SECTOR, OUTER RIM TERRITORIES
900 ABY

It was all so predictable. It only took a shaky struggle from the young Echani ge'hutuun before the Sword of the Jedi commanded her crew to assault every Mando'ade around, both right across their sight and upon their peripheral vision. Chaos. That's one word that can simply captured what it is I am entrapped around with. Lightsabers are ignited, plasma and slugs darting across the battlefield. The Jedi jumped with their unnatural gifts and our Vode glided the sky and match the vim of the force demons with our man-made marvels that every aruetii envy. It was truly a sight to behold, one that one day might be immortalised as an art piece, manifesting the glory of our great Enclave, decorating the embellished walls of the Great Hall of Manda.

The warning shot that I took might be the catalyst of this impromptu bloodbath, yet I am one of the last Mandalorian to be directly engaged in combat. The others quickly found their dance partner. I scanned the area, the less-than-gilded sacrificial ground where blood will be spilled and a tremorous alliance will forever crumble. A Mirialan Jedi, one with a specific anger on her eyes. One that spouted hates and malices over the name of our great clans, people, and society. One that's only looking for an excuse to wipe our people off of the face of the galaxy. It has been attempted billions of time, some more successful than others. NEVER AGAIN! If this is what it takes to secure our existence on the galaxy, this is the path I shall take for the rest of my life. Eye for an eye and the world goes blind, I'll gorge those blob of jellies off of every single person on the galaxy if they even attempted to take ours.

Praises be the Almighty, for without the Manda, we are nothing but wild animals, for without the Resol'nare, we are nothing but perverted aruetiis, for without the Manda Ha'rud, we are voyaging this galaxy in darkness. Today I waged war against the bane of our very existence. Today, blood will be spilled, history will be rewritten. So let me, Yael Kandar of Clan Kandar, House Kryze, first of her name, the Moon that reflects Your light over the tribe of Mandalore, to call upon your great blessing, o' Almighty. Give me the energy, the ability, the effort, the capability, th strength, and the power to defeat the enemies that has been abusing the Manda for thousands of centuries. The day in which the fate of the tribe of Mandalore lies upon some meddlesome, disrespectful aruetii will come to an end. And if it is Your will, I shall raise your banner, bear your name, and lead the tribe of Mandalore to our proper place, on top of the galaxy.

"Also...don't lose your head~ Happens more often than you'd think sister." She coached before giving Yael a pat on the shoulder...and then shoving her forward towards the Jedi. "Break a leg! As you humans say. Seems painful but hey whatever your kind are into~"

"You goddamn know I will."

The sight over the battlefield has never been clearer. On one hand I gripped a Borealis Pistol and on the other a Ultrasonic Pistol. Sight locked on the Mirialan Jedi, I shot two nano-missiles on her direction, this ones are not warning shots, before I took off the ground my my jetpack and soars upon the sky, scanning for an opportunity to strike the Jedi where it hurts.

TLDR: ooga booga I am a victim and genocidal thoughts, prayer to the Manda, shot missiles at Amani and jetpack combat baby

"I- understand! My brother died- on Tython- fighting the Maw! He was slain- like an animal- far away from the battle"

Mevia blinked as his words only registered after she removed her buy'ce. His brother... Mevia once again saw her sister in her memories. Her blonde hair and red eyes. Her cheerful and confident expression during their practice duels growing up.

She would be unable to cope if anything happened to her.

"Elise..."

She frowned. For all the rage on her face, her love was apparent. It seemed for a moment that the Jedi had succeeded in making her think. Then...

"You're what the Maw has made you! Can't you see that? Everything you've done to these people, to the Rodians and the Wookiees- it's exactly what the Maw has done to you! This path makes you no different than those you hate!"

Mevia's previously subdued expression hardened again. Hot, red eyes and a tightened mouth marked her hardening disposition once again.

"Don't give me that crap." She spat, "If it was only the Maw that was doing the damage, the Galaxy would have come together and crushed it far, far sooner. There is no mercy in a place like this. Why should I show that mythical softness to anyone else? Don't you see, this galaxy's blood life flows with the strongest standing. And I will make sure that it is my people this time."

She lifted her helmet, pulling it over her head. The cold visor came over her bitter face as she activated her jetpack once again. She fired some charric rounds once again as she descended to the ground. Then, she pulled her beskad out once again.

<"Your little Order should have tried to save me when it had the chance, Jet'ii">

She ran forward, beskad burning in the reflection of the fires. With her other hand, she drew her smaller Kal as she once again aimed to engage in melee combat with the Jedi. She would show him, she would show the whole galaxy what happened to their exiles they left in the cold too long. For they adapted and molded to it, until they embraced and adopted the bitter rage they were left in for too long.

And now, that rage was embodied in Kemme'viawa'nuvci, Mevia Krayt.

The Mandalorian warrior was quite the swordsman - The orange blade purring as she bashed the saber away, which was followed up with a frontal-thrust, to which Irvelghrikk maneuvered the right side of his body, turning to the side as the thrust would fly past - Now raising his blade which was gripped in his left hand to push it away.

The Duel went back and forth to much stagnation, his nostrils inflating and deflating as he conserved stamina; The Beskad clipping the Lightsaber, a whirlwind of blow for blows, the sound ringing as Irvelghrikk's opponent continued, finishing her rambling before firing a sonic-repulsor - a weapon designed to counter the Jedi, The wookie was flung away from the duel - hitting the ground and rolling, now disorientated and physically ill although not fatally damaged considering the sonic weapon wasn't artillery level. While on the ground trying to recover, he was hit with a flashbang - Irvelghrikk screaming in anger.

Raising to his feet, the Wookie tapped into Force in an attempt to negate the pain & stun. His eyes still aching, his vision would inevitably return, his will to defeat them and bring to justice pushing him through his low injury. Squinting his eyes, he dashed forward, his speed now hastened through sheer physicality, avoiding the use of the force for now as he returned to his duel.

<<"...You Mandalorians...Cry out as you strike an individual. Everyone suffers. Everyone doesn't resort to waging war because of that suffering.">> He exclaimed in a weak tone, his yellow-eyes rising to meet the Mando's visor as he ran.

His orange blade being lunged forth like a thrust-motion, though it was a falsity, as he feinted into a fast half-circular slash arc which could be blocked though being a one-handed duelist left him with his right-hand open as he channeled Electric-Judgement, assuming there was insulating-undergarments below her armor which'd place a bulwark between the lightning and skin would reduce injury inflicted but it was a form of lightning conducted through the Force which could be more hefty in damage, and of course there faraday-cage effect which came with the contact of the lightning and the Mandalorian's-Armor but the general purpose was reconfiguration of a form of protection into a baking-oven or stunning her whilst damaging the electrical-components of her armor. Irvelghrikk style being brutal for the average Jedi, if done correctly she'd suffer insidious pain or if resisted extensive interior burns and scars to remember him, quite the Sith-Move so to say.

“Perhaps if you Jedi hadn’t taught them to believe that only you could save them then they would have the same warrior spirits as we do. Look out there Lasat to battle around us the Rodians fight with all they have to repel us like true warriors. Those that live this day will be offered to join us to become Mandalorian. Should they take that offer they will be embraced like a lost family coming home.”

She saw the lightning coming a moment too late but couldn’t stop it, not fully at least. She let her instincts guide her. The flow of the Manda around her seemed to shift and bend like the poles of a magnet and she knew what to do. She thrust the tip of her beskad forward letting the natural conductive properties and the pull of the Manda absorb the lightning into the blade. It was too much for a blade not designed to channel electricity and it shattered but it left Shakka relatively undamaged the burns in her hand would need to be tended to after the battle. She switched her beskal to her now empty hand. The fight was not over she fired and her whipcord launcher and flamethrower she intended to pull the wookiee in and beat him into submission.

“I am Shakka Bralor mark my name Lasat because if you live this day that name shall haunt you for your remaining days.”

She roared out in challenge and defiance.

The moment Valery's lightsaber ignited, she watched Siv bring up his gauntlet to retaliate. Her blade assumed a defensive position to block, but as he opened fire, she still felt a tremor of danger in the Force. The impact of the bolts were heavy, and as soon as she noticed that they weren't deflected, Valery knew exactly what she was dealing with. It wasn't the first time she confronted these weapons, but it meant she'd have to be more careful in her approach.

Siv used the time it bought him to fly off towards Lily, but Valery wasn't quite done with him yet. She readied herself to pursue, only to turn her gaze upwards as soon as a swarm of little rockets were launched towards their ship. There was no way she could allow them to get trapped down here, though, so her hand came up and through the Force, she telekinetically froze several of them, whilst leaving the others for her allies to handle.

Noticing that Lily Decoria Lily Decoria was distancing herself from Siv and engaging Sahan Dragr Sahan Dragr together with Briana Sal-Soren Briana Sal-Soren , Valery decided to return the favor. If she couldn't deflect his disruptor shots, she'd just have to return the rockets to their rightful owner. So with a flick of her hand, the explosives were all sent back towards Siv at much higher velocity than before, hoping to catch him off-guard or force him into the air or to dash away.

That's when she'd strike.

Because right after the rockets would explode on him or the ground where he stood, Valery would close the distance with Force-augmented speed, and sweep her blade into its first strike aimed across the Mandalorian's body.

Snapping his eyes down to the floor Silas saw the whipcord wrap around his ankle tightly, leaving him no other choice but to fall face first into the swamp and cover his body head to toe in mud. He was certain another Mandalorian had snuck up on him, and that was only confirmed by a voice taunting him behind the helmet. The knight's body squirmed as he felt the cord unwrap and return back to its owner, allowing him only a brief window to move when the warrior sent down hell fire.

Firstly rolling to the right to avoid the first section of the volley, he reignited his lightsaber to deflect away the last few blaster bolts back in her direction. It was something at least, but he needed something bigger if he was going to get back to his feet "Don't be so sure!" he said quickly before suddenly using the force to throw a pile of dead wood big and small into the side of the flying woman.

Any hit was guaranteed not to do much damage. Although, if any of the debry somehow found its way into the jetpack it would surely not help her cause at all. A Mandalorian without a jetpack was like a Jedi without the force, losing that was certainly going to level the playing field.

It didn't help at all that he had half of the swamp stuck in his eyes...

Everything predictably spiraled. The Mandalorians ultimately tried to keep focus on the padawan, disregarding the deeper reasoning for the Jedi being there. The Enclave's warmongering needed to come to an end. Not that it would have brought them to any more of an amiable conclusion. The Jedi continued to push. And the Enclave refused to back down.

In a moment of distraction, Valery acted to try and free Lily, then hell broke loose. The Mandalorians quickly sprang to action, and the rest of the Jedi responded accordingly. The self-titled compromiser, Siv Dragr Siv Dragr , wasted no time trying to permanently ground the Jedi. A cluster of missiles whistled off towards their transport, and Amani felt her danger senses erupt in response to the chaos. Those that Valery didn't stop herself, Amani reached out and redirected with a telekinetic pull. Some of them collided in a chain reaction, others fell haphazardly across the makeshift battleground.

But while she was focused on that, she wasn't able to properly avoid another attack from Yael Kandar Yael Kandar . The missiles upended the ground behind the Jedi's feet, causing her to be launched forward. Amani rolled and scraped across the dirt, before eventually stopping herself. She gazed up at her attacker with an annoyed glare, then rose to face her, "Wanna try that again when my back's not turned?" The mirialan shouted.

"Or, if you had any real honor, you'd come down here, take off that fancy armor, and fight me for real."

He lost her. Elias could feel it in the Force, and though he wanted to try again, he knew it was over when she donned her helmet once again. She was a product of evil, and it wasn't her fault... but the evil she chose to be a part of now could not stand, and he would do what he must to protect Rodia from the jaws of Mandalore.

Mevia Vizsla Mevia Vizsla emerged from the inferno with a pair of blades in hand, bringing them in hard against his lightsaber. Elias gritted his teeth beneath the weight of the impact, but held his own. The two traded blows, dodging and parrying strikes in a heated dance backlit by the still-burning flames around them. Elias had never dueled a Mandalorian before, and were he not focused on his footwork and steely defense, he'd have been impressed by Mevia's form. In a bitterly ironic way, her tenacity reminded him of Tarus.

He matched her swings, returned his own, and when a break in her onslaught showed itself, Elias launched a kick to her midsection. He wanted to push her back away from the flames that licked at their feet. The Jedi followed his kick with a combination of swift, aggressive swings, relying on the emotions within to execute the Vaapad form with deadly precision.

"You will not hurt these people! Your retribution- will not be their fate!" he growled, launching with a spiral strike aimed for Mevia's chest.

BROTHER, I IMPLORE YOU

Choices made in hate
Words hollow and lacking
Brother don't walk away

He'd been watching his brother- one of many, since Mandalore. He had been hoping Fenn would turn away from this madness. But he donned his father's armor, his weapons-

And took up his father's old war. His old ways. He wanted better. For him. For the Mandalorians. For his people- were they? Were they his people? His birthright claimed them so. But he had not walked their path. Not sung their songs.

And now they laid siege to a world, setting it ablaze with fire. They put the Rodians to the sword and to the gun. He had to move. He had to act. He saw his brother there, fighting the Rodians. Fighting the militia defending their homes on the outskirts of the city.

He had to stop him. He knew other Jedi were here- chance, happenstance. The will of the force, even.

No such thing as luck.

He charged at him, removing the cloak he was wearing. He wore the Jedi battle armor, a battle cry.

"Brother!"

He saw the T-shaped visor of Fenn's helmet raise up to meet him. And then the rifle he was carrying turn towards him. He felt his legs tense up, as his body immediately reacted to another danger. The force coursed through him, as if pulling him by the collar. Duck. Duck. It whispered through the cosmos, through time and through space. He listened, obeying.

And in the space above him, a clawed hand lashed out, where his face would have been. It cut the air above him. He skid along the ground by his shin guards, turning to face the new threat. Fenn disregarded him, contempt and a feeling of pity emanating from his brother. And in his place of his brother, another threat emerged- a great, big, really big one. Something he had not seen in his life.

He stood before Domina Prime Domina Prime , who had come to protect her brother in arms- and his brother. He rose up, standing in the typical armor of the Jedi, that he had been gifted by the New Jedi order. He narrowed his eyes, and planted his feet, spreading them just so apart. He knew there was nothing to be said to his foe- no words could sway her. She was determined to kill, to maim, to fight.

His blue-blade snapped to life, and he held it at his side- low and to the ground. A rather unique fighting position for a Jedi- but not for one that was used to holding the weight of a sword.

He waited for her to make the next move, and did not utter a word.

Nothing had to be said.

The Wookie poured his will to bring these invaders to justice into the palm of his right-hand, as the lightning burst forth to meet its target - he didn't care too much in particular what'd happen, whether the Mandalorian would be burnt to a crisp in her armor, or suffer painful burns, but in all it didn't penetrate and devastate his target as he wished. Crackling as it invaded her Blade, the blade inevitably breaking though she wasn't done as her open-hand came forth, first firing an whipcord launcher.

The Whipcord wrapped around Irvelghrikk in an attempt to drag him in for a killing blow, however to her disadvantage the correct attack would've been to disarm him by whipcording his saber-hilt and weapon-hand instead of going for a fish & grapple motion, - being dragged for some seconds before simply activating his lightsaber which was still gripped tightly in his left hand, the blade going vertically, nearly missing his face yet damaging his left shoulder armor before releasing him from an entanglement though not before being burnt lightly on the right side of his face from her flamethrower.

Sizzling, he raised his hand to touch his face - the smell quite horrid yet treatable through practical and mystical methods. Staring up, he spat on the ground as she finished up her commentary, pointing the tip of the Orangle Blade at her: <<"You are a barbarian, no better then an Imperial or Mawite.">> Irvelghrikk exclaimed, being the embodiment of Jedi Arrogance and that of an individual tiptoeing where he shouldn't, twirling his lightsaber in his hand as he talked down on her people and culture.

<<"Look around you....Your wars...Don't...Work. Open a book, you know how this ends.">> He finished, making a reference to the earlier crusades of the Mandalorians which were crushed inevitably.

The Orange blade sizzled as his fellow Jedi fought their mandalorian counterparts. An unfortunate circumstance he believed, from friendlies to enemies, but this group weren't interested in peace - the Jedi were seen as the ultimate evil from their view, quite narrow thinking. The Jedi were to blame for everything in this galaxy it seemed, and these crusaders would save the galaxy - they'd care after the galaxy, by forcing their religion and culture upon said galaxy.

Honor was a fools game, taking advantage of her loss of her melee weapon and dashing forward, he pressed for the Twi'lek, utilizing a mixture of the force & his martial skills, he opened his palm and pulled his right shoulder back before releasing a low-powered Force Push, the telekinetic ability not being used to send the mandalorian flying but to take advantage of her enormous stature which'd no doubt throw her off balance for a moment which'd allow for him to strike with his saber, whether to disable or kill.

For Shakka this had just been another battle even with the loss of her Beskad a weapon she had personally carried for a great many years. Then the Lasat went and decided to say something fatal.

<<"You are a barbarian, no better then an Imperial or Mawite.">>

“That was a mistake."

The Magna lock soles of her boots kicked in when the force push came as her suit's force detector automatically engaged them. She didn’t dodge the strike that followed it let it catch on her armor which sizzled and popped as paint vaporized and the beskar heated from the contact she would have another burn to deal with no doubt but it placed the Wookiee right in her reach. She took immediate advantage of that proximity seizing the saber and crushing it with her crushgaunt the hilt sparked sputtering before she let it fall to the ground. She gathered the Manda into her fist and went to punch the Wookie. She intended to beat him not to just incapacitate him; only death would satisfy at this point.

FIVE YEARS PRIOR

Sahan was beginning to get the hang of things. His fighting was faster, more fluid, leaning more into instinct. Good. In combat you couldn't wait to think about your next move -- you simply had to do. The young Dragr creatively made use of his cable launcher to strike one droid and drag it into his knee, crushing the against the beskar plates of his armor. With strength that belied the teenager's frame, he hefted the hulk of the droid and threw it at the remaining two droids, taking them down swiftly. Sahan finished the job with his pistol, burning charred holes into their carcasses.

Siv was impressed by his sons work, though he didn't show it. Praise, in his mind, was overrated and did more to inflate the ego than reinforce good behavior. And Sahan's ego definitely didn't need any more inflating.

"Time to up it a bit, I suppose. What's the saying? 'If you can't fight without it, you don't deserve it'?"

Right when you thought you were out of combat was when it most often was just getting started. "You're right," Siv responded with a knowing, subtly sarcastic tone. "But you probably shouldn't have dropped your guard." As he spoke, clangs echoed on the ground as two more droids previously hidden loomed over Sahan from behind, having snuck up on him during his moment of victory. The young Mandalorian needed to learn to always watch his back.

Always.

PRESENT DAY

Siv's growl turned sour as the Jedi used their magic to render the rockets immobile, before they began to turn and spiral back towards him. There were only a couple warheads, and he raised his vambrace with a sonic repulsor and fired a concussive blast, detonating the warheads prematurely -- and harlmessly -- overhead. Smoke and debris seeped down to rain on the Mandalorian, but he was unphased. Sahan had taken the Padawn back to the ship, and that was what mattered.

If the Jedi wanted to fight? Then Siv would make them reconsider their eagerness.

The Jedi Master closed the space between them swiftly, sweeping her blade in a swipe against his torso. Though she moved swiftly, the swing of her blade was well-choreographed and gave Siv ample time to deflect the plasma blade, lazily slapping it away with a vambrace. "Amateur," he growled as he fired several more rounds from his other vambrace's disruptor pistol. As he did so, he shot fibercord from the vambrace he'd used to parry her blade, aiming for her legs to bind them; the fibercord extended quickly and Siv all but immediately pulled, the entire action performed in one swift, fluid motion. In close proximity, and with the Jedi already pressured by the disruptor blasts, the two simultaneous attacks would be overwhelming.

With his left hand he drew his Skira kal dagger, spinning it in his fingers before slashing downwards at the Jedi.
