"Pyeth and Rhiza should already be on board," Veino said to Atlas as he stepped through the mag-lock, his voice distorted by the helmet vocabulator. "I'll see if I can make any sort of contact with them and coordinate our sweep of the ship."

He checked a datapad briefly, memorizing the ship's layout. "Easiest place to engage boarders will be in and around the cargo hold. Move in and around the supply containers. See if we can get the Sith ship cut away from ours."

Veino unclipped his lightsaber but kept it unignited as he shifted through the views in his helmet. "We'll have to try and secure the bridge, get the engines up and running, and disable the energy shields connecting us to the wrecked Sith corvette."

It was quite an ambitious project, especially with the Sith creeping about. He could feel them on the ship, their cold presence seeping through the Force. Veino took a deep breath and reinforced his mental shields, walling off his mind from outside minds.

"I'll scout a route ahead. What's your target, Atlas?" Veino asked, looking behind him to Atlas and his Kathol marines.

OBJECTIVE 1: HAYABUSA
Allies: Rimward Trade League, Freesail Admiralty
Foes:
Sith Order
Ship: Pearl of Manaan [Command Cruiser]
Forces: M3-A Scyk starfighters [8/12] Gladius gunships (RTL) [12/12]
bhg_spacer.png
Laulesh remained seated, his posture was attentive as Admiral Quauhtli Sacul Quauhtli Sacul hailed him "<Additional gunships? We will see them used well, Admiral Sacul.>" just then a bridge officer reported "Admiral, the Horizon's Call and several escort ships have dropped out of hyperspace and are en route to our position." the Selkath glanced over to the officer's station then forward towards the RTL Admiral's holoprojection "<One of my trusted Flag Captains has arrived, when we have consolidated and identified the motherships I plan to engage them.>"

As Laulesh conversed with Admiral Sacul the bridge's combat controllers discussed among themselves about the loss of several M3-A Scyk fighters to a recently marked 'high-risk' starfighter. According to their reports about four Syck's had been destroyed or disabled, a third of the squadron, while the remaining 8 starfighters had scrambled from formation and began to take evasive maneuvers. As Laulesh ended his call with Quauhtli the hushed, intense, planning and reporting reached the Selkath's ears "<Report.>" the controllers filled the Admiral in with the details they had at hand. After a moment of consideration Laulesh motioned to them "<Send the Gladius squadron to increase their offensive power, organize a return to towards our position. If any should follow, activate the jammers and point defense array.>" then the Admiral turned his chair to towards the communication's officers "<Inform the Flag Captain of our difficulties with penetrating the starfighter cluster and the status of the boarding actions as reported.>"

Laulesh's chair returned to a forward facing orientation, the Selkath's hand traced idly over one of the large manta-ray like protrusions from his upper jaw thoughtfully until an excited Human ensign reported "Motherships identified, Admiral, several in the enemy's line!" at last progress "<Acknowledged, have the Horizon's Call and its escort egage from afar. If those ships plan on launching additional starfighters they will not do so unscathed. Continue half speed. Sound General Quarters.>"

"Close ranks, choose your targets and let your darkest emotions lend you a steady aim to drop the unsuspecting wave," I ordered, as we caught the enemy unawares, one we stumbled upon accidentally. Unlike the previous scene we encountered, this was one was created by the enemy; turning our allies into bloated carcasses that, if this was a battle in a desert, would entice the bloat flies to fatten their tiny bellies upon the rotting fleshes. We were outnumbered two-one in this cargo hold, but we had the element of surprise; and drawing my bow out, taking aim, I gave the order to fire. We dropped the enemy with a killing ratio that turned the odds of numbers to equality. Our success was not won our ability to aim with deadly perfection, but on the mental understanding we killed so many in such a fashion that the fear of death now invaded their feeble minds. We broke them.

The fear of dying painted their faces, the smell of confusion was the aroma that blessed this cargo hold with a smell I drew upon. Collapsing my bow, placing it back on my back; I extended my disease, virus based, and bacteria infected claws out, and led my boys into the enemy. Like tenderized meat, we tore, ripped, and ate through them like famished souls robbing them of the hope to ever see loved ones once again, turning wives into widows and sons and daughters fatherless. In the end, we avenged our fallen, leaving one broken and mumbled RTL solider, or whatever they call themselves, alive.
"Seize him!" And that's when I heard the all to familiar sound of flapping wings careening toward the cargo hold. I knew it wasn't my Archie, who remained home guarding our heard of two-legged cattle, but that of a bat.

R
aising a finger with blood droplets rolling down the digit, the bat licked away it's offering. To see a bat now, meant one thing. There was only one Sangir I knew off that used bats as messengers; Adeline Noctua Adeline Noctua . So my beloved was here. I ordered the prisoner to be stripped of both pride and clothing and armor, and I followed the bat to my heart's desire. "And here, my undead esteemed, I find you in all your, glorious state. And what, my reverence, is your calling to me?"

"Do you see them?"

It'd taken time. Too much time. A shadow moved within the hanger, keeping above, almost out of sight. Until the simple white mask of the familiar peeked out enough to view the hanger.

".. No."

Sofiel kept her eyes closed, focused on looking through the eyes of her familiar. But she was very much not there. Standing among the officers of the operation she acted as their eyes where they could not see. Right now? They couldn't see SK-1977 or the rest of his squad. Radio silence after clearing the hanger. No sign of them on the roof, no sign of them here. The acolyte opened her eyes, her lips ever a frown.

"No sign of them at their last location. Nor a sign of a struggle. .. But I do sense life. Vorthruz."

The familiar jerked into motion, like a puppet tugged by it's strings. It flew low, towards one of the containers. She raised a hand, tugging it open through the creature. There. One of the fallen commandos.

"Resistance in their last known location. Vorthruz, back to the shadows. Find them for me, won't you?"

Vorthruz simply nodded before leaving the commando where they were, slipping back into the darkness. There was prey close by. They just needed to be found.

"You seem a bit too happy given the circumstances...", he said as he brought his cough forcibly under control.
She looked at him like a piece of meat, and not in the way he might consider pleasant. There was a hunger that delved into the animilistic, she wanted to rend flesh from bone and cut him neck to navel. He didn't like the way she looked at him - reminded him of the old Sith Surgeons in the anatomy sections of the academy.
"... Good to see you as well. I need to find the uh... life support system.", he said, quickly rising and moving past her. The cough still itched his throat, burned in his lungs, and threatened to escape like a prisoner long caged in solitary confinement. His heart beating heavy in his chest like the rasping of knuckles on a durasteel door.
How close it wanted to pull from him everything he held, the only life he could ever have. Coughing heavy, pieces of flesh and blood entered his palm. Blotched, splattered, he looked at it with disappointment before moving on towards the cargo hold of the vessel - and hopefully from there, the local life support substation. The sooner he could get ahold of the air purifiers, the more he could spread disease on the ship's members.
Then they too could suffer the fate he had - without any of the strength to hold it back.
Coming around the corner, wiping the remnants of gore from his lips, the blackened shade of his eyes looked upon the collective strength of the League. His luck had abandoned him, and his eyes went wide as a series of blaster bolts fired in his direction. A few narrowly missed, and his lightsaber caught the rest - but he didn't have the skill to return them back. Instead he ripped a potent plague grenade from his belt and tossed the thin glass towards the group of men - Veino, Atlas, and their collective.
The glass would be negligable, but the atomized blood made vapors of Von's own disease spread around them. Not waiting for the response of the opposition, Von quickly ran from them - knowing that if he stayed, he would be cut down in a moment. The Jedi, or the Marines, would need to chase him down if they wanted him; before he reached the life support systems.

"That may been the most unhelpful response..."

The Dark Lord of Rebirth said aloud, not wishing to even speak much but the pain was starting to increase. Hearing the lightsaber activate from nearby, he knelt over and tried to bring a body back to life. The eye sockets of the mask started to glow with a bit of yellow, the sequence starting to begin...till he heard a door open and a voice speak out, speaking of souls.

"Yes you heard right...the souls are overwhelming, I have to many in influx. With the defenses down, I wi-"

When the other one fell over for a moment, he tried to divert but found it incredibly difficult...then that woman, that lady...it slightly unnerved him. It was very rare but it can still happen even after a thousand plus years. Trying to speak again, the eyes grew dangerously a bright yellow as he slowly stood up. This was not good, not good at all...in fact it-

"Mamn...pardon...me."

With a spurt of energy, he started to run. Where he went, he could not care but the moment was progressing worse and worse by the moment. This body was just useless! Grasping onto the helmet, he felt a searing pain as his own blood started to boil beneath the skin. Moving through a set of doors, he fell into the room which he hoped was empty...he was downright wrong. There was a group of people that aimed their blasters, only to see Darth Reficite fall over in a manner that could only be described as "dead".

"What the he-"

Then it happened, the eye sockets of Darth Reficite bled a large pool of blood on the ground, a ritualistic summon as the souls around the Helmet flew away. On the ground, the blood formed slowly into a solid object, one hand after the other being placed onto the ground. Slowly, a creature came from the ground as it rose tall, two meters in height. Staring with clawed like hands, it roared out and then dashed forward, attacking with blaster fire erupting all around.

"KILL IT! KILL IT!!!"

The forces most likely scattered, all around seemed to be chaos. From one of the containers, the strange creature that was summoned grabbed onto the side of the container and lifted itself up. Kneeling on top, it made a strange sniffing noise as it looked for prey. In view, it was a Smoke Demon, a sithspawn created from sorcery...sorcery that had gone wrong. It seemed to not even have a master right now, given that the one needed was facedown on the ground, condition unknown. Giving an odd growl, it would leap down and start following a set of markings to hunt.

"Oh."

She felt it before she saw it. The chaos, the panic around her. With her focus on the eyes of her familiar, she hadn't noticed the commotion. Not at first. But now that she'd pulled back from Vorthruz, well. She certainly was in danger now, wasn't she. Bright orange eyes, alight with the corruption of the Sith, of the dark, stared for a moment. Not in fear, not in confusion. Study. Curiosity.

What in the world had happened while she was focused elsewhere.

"And who might you be."

The Smoke Demon seemed rather uninterested in moving around the parties involved. It would hunt and kill targets inside the hanger bay when it found them. When it came to the Sith Acolyte, it took a bit more time before its eyes narrowed towards a particular spot. Moving rather slowly, almost like a horror monster, it went to stalk its prey while shapeshifting into some of the worst fears people have around it. Whatever her fear was, it was attempting to guess...partly turning into a sarlaac like creature to start with it attracted towards her words.

Before it could reach all the way, it felt restricted as it stopped moving. The head would twist for a moment to the side, rather annoyed as something was holding it in place. Walking towards it, rather in a strange limp...trance, was Darth Reficite. To say he looks worse for wear was an understatement, he is covered partly in blood and was using the Force to control what he accidently made. The holes were his eyes were seemed burnt and smoking, perhaps an overuse of the Force itself.

With a twist of his left hand, a Force Net would appear around the creature and trap it down. Screeching out, it was trapped as the cloak of Darth Reficite gently glowed for a moment. One of the more unique ways to deal with problems...yet he did not think he use it so soon on a creation of his own.

"Cannot...let you kill everyone on here."

Voice seemed a tad strained yet he did not notice the others inside, nor the Sith Acolyte in the shadows.

The two guards stood no chance as Rhiza blocked their shots and quickly drew her Sairento pistol, sending plasma edged shuriken whipping through the left nad target as Eleri dealt with the right, lifting, reflecting his own blaster bolt straight back at him. The pair could now leave the hangar and continue into the RTL vessel to deal with boarders.

"Whats the plan Rhiza?" the Zeltron asked to her master.

"We get to the data core and purge it, it should be enough to keep the ship from entering hyperspace, but if not at least the Sith only steal themselves and oversized paperweight."

The darkness was thick on this vessel as numerous Sith committed unspeakable acts against the force. Rhiza knelt as she looked at the corpse of am RTL technician, cut across his chest with a lightsaber, and with no weapons on him. She felt the hand of her apprentice on her shoulder "That's not you any more" Eleri said calmly, sensing once again the pangs of guilt that Rhiza still felt when confronted by crimes she would have eagerly committed when she was a Sith herself.

"I know, thank you." she replied before standing. "Keep your wits about you, they might be close and you know how much a Sith likes to get the jump on their foes." The Jedi Spectre wiggled her eyebrows playfully, she still enjoyed ambushes, even now.

She started running down the corridor with her apprentice in hot pursuit as she heard the sound of blaster fire and flashes of light up ahead.

How interesting it was to watch Von-Kri Von-Kri and his struggle, she could tell by the look in his eyes that he knew what she wanted to do. Could one really blame her? Right here, standing in front of her... Was a perfect bioweapon in the making! Whatever it was that stained his blood... Perhaps one day she would extract it by force.

"Happy? Is it really that bad to get just a little joy from seeing a face I know? Given the circumstances as you said yourself of course, not too many friendly faces around at the moment, no?"

She says in the same calm tone he had always heard from the woman, the same tone that had led many at their shared academy to question if she even had emotion.
"Yes you heard right...the souls are overwhelming, I have to many in influx. With the defenses down, I wi-"

"Pardon?"

Her amber eyes kept an eye on this strange man, the eyes she had in other places as well told her something was wrong. How lovely it was that at a time like this she had to keep an eye on two weakening individuals, this one though was beyond her rank... She could smell the years of power on him... The stench was intoxicating to say the least.
"Mamn...pardon...me."

A simple bow of the head was given to him before the man seemed to run off, within that moment she was just about to pace behind him... Never had she gotten the chance to eat a lord, imagine what all she could see if she could simply add his eyes to her own like the others. But alas, her bat had returned, licking its lips happily thanks to the treat it had been given by lady Moskvin. With the hallway now clear besides just the two of them, Adeline gives a formal bow to her.

"I had a feeling you would be around, not like you to miss out on action yes? I for one am glad, now I really see a face I know."

Adeline gives Darth Moskvin Darth Moskvin a hug before pulling out her data pad to show it, as the device hummed to life the screen would show feed from the cameras around this portion of the ship.

"See that Jedi and her apprentice? I figure we can share yes? A hunt together if you would, normally I do these things by myself... But perhaps I don't need to do that anymore."

The two could see as Rhiza Dural Rhiza Dural and her apprentice looked over the dead technician, though... Strangely the security cameras around where Lord Reficite Lord Reficite went were knocked out, a shame...

"I had a more interesting plan, it was involving one of your fellow lords. The man seemed to be weak? Something was wrong, and he fled away from me. I wanted to get a taste, add his eyes to my own. But alas I know not where he went, the Jedi are fine are they not?"

She chuckles a bit, showing more of the feed to Darth Moskvin Darth Moskvin before turning it off and stashing the device again. The both of them knew where to go if they wanted to hunt those Jedi, but not where the lord had run off to.

For a moment, she twitched. A primal fear she couldn't ignore, the need to flee, to run. It brought a sour expression to her face as she tried to resist such an emotion from clouding her mind. What was this creature, to make her body behave in such a way? Cold calculation said there was little chance she'd be able to beat it, not if her body wouldn't listen. So she readied to run anyway. Of course her primal instincts were correct.

Except she didn't have to. The placid smile remained as she watched what looked like a net capture the Smoke Demon. She let out a sigh of relief as she turned her gaze to the now not dead Sith Lord.

"Thank you, my Lord."

Here.

She lifted her head, glancing off towards.. Nothing, by all appearances. But towards where she could feel her Familiar.

"If you'll excuse me, I believe I've found some of the noncombatants. I'll take care of them."

Not that she went far. If anything, she just closed her eyes and shut her senses from the world around her. She had full faith the Sith would control his demons. In turn, the empty black eyes of Vorthruz became her own as she looked through the window. There they were. Doctors, by their appearance. Hiding away from the Sith commandoes here to take the vessel for themselves.

They needed to be captured.

Pyeth paused, sensing the momentary flicker of malicious intent. Beasts roamed the halls, none he could immediately identify. It made tracking the Sith difficult by presence alone, with chaos spreading to every deck and filling the air with static. It was strange, sensing the battle unfold around him but only hearing the vibration of the voidcrafts engines.

Suddenly, he heard movement. The grating sound of metal on metal, someone was here. Already? Damnit.

They reacted quicker than he thought. Pyeth glanced up, stretching his wings and returning to the ceiling. Below stood a humanoid woman, focused on the container where he stashed one of the bodies. She didn't look much older than him and was accompanied by something. She ordered it to find him; he wished it luck.

He relaxed, focusing his mind on the moment and narrowing his presence as he watched it following his trail. Pyeth dropped low, pressing his body to the cold steel. He considered making the alpha strike, perhaps knocking her out before she could cause any trouble but the thought was abandoned as another creature appeared roaring as it prepared to strike the woman. He watched as events unfolded, another Sith cloaked in shadow appearing to strike it down.

Now there are two of them. That's beyond me.

He waited again, remaining acutely aware his position would inevitably be compromised by whatever that avian creature was. The distraction had meant he lost track of it, but it wasn't all bad. They spoke to each other, and Pyeth issued their conversation to memory. Pyeth rolled onto his back, surveying the room for the monster, it didn't take him long to spot it by a window drooling at the crew. Concentrating, he projected a mirror image to its right flank and mimicked the sound of metal striking metal as though he tripped over, or dropped something.

The aim was simple, create a distraction and an opening he could exploit to slay it quickly. If they were focused on him, they wouldn't trouble the noncombatants.

If I must confess a truth, rare in my life, feeling the cold body of Adeline Noctua Adeline Noctua pressed up against me caused a refrain from snarling at the other Sith in attendance, feeling her dead body as a comfort. Her dead smell of rotting leaves and rotting corpses and jasmine nearly sent me into a frenzy of jealousy when looking upon the other Sith in attendance. But I pushed her back violently (but that's what we were to each other. Violence cocooned into something trying to manifest in what could be, a dead love), rolling my eyes down to the data pad. I studied the material before looking up at her, then the other Sith.

"J
edi," I whispered into Adeline Noctua Adeline Noctua ear. The thrill to drain another Jedi was tempting, almost too tempting. The orgasmic idea of hunting a Master and their Apprentice was a first date to spend with the only dead girl I would ever love. I wanted that Lord, personally, but my dead heart beats to the rhythmic voice of my fellow Sangir, and she wanted a Jedi: so, we hunt them instead.

That organ that pulsates like a hive of feasting maggots upon the festering flesh of the dead, biting and gnawing with such coordinated attacks would make the corpse almost shake and jig as if it would be moving to a sound only it's ears to detect. Ah, the harmonic sounds of insects chomping upon the dead was like a symphony to me. and that organ was my heart. I kill for pleasure, hence that Serial Killer mentality, but I always shared the remains with my insectoid friends: they clean the leftovers far better than lime. But that organ of mine, yearned for the hunt. Alas, I was under orders to capture, seize, and retrieve. Not hunt Jedi. Crossroads. Looking at my boys, I nodded, and they took off to complete our mission.

"I
f both beauty and temptation possessed a name," I said running my left index finger down Adeline Noctua Adeline Noctua right cheek, opening a gentle wound that would heal in seconds, "I guess we are hunting Jedi."

Flying : Tie X3

Omon could sense as the few lifeforms in the M3-A's got extinguished, while his squadron was doing the 360 roll. The torpedo's scored a direct hit.
Once his nose again got head to head with stranded fighters he hit the buttons and started to shred one who were just immobilized. His Tie escort did the same. Zooming through their wreckage and bursting forward, as the rest of M3-A's scatter, as per predicted maneuver when attacked from the rear.

"Good hit! But eyes open, they will probably want revenge for their fallen. Mind your flanks." he issued command to the two Tie's covering them from behind too..
"
D4, D5.. remain on the distance, do not engage until you see someone on our 6." after receiving affirmative from his backup, he contacted the Cruisers for the update. While their fighters glided through the ship debris and from time to time evading enemy fighters, mostly trying to maintain distance from overwhelming numbers, while looking only for sure targets they could engage.

"Give me the status, Lieutenant!" Omon asked the small hologram of the officer on the left side of his panel.

"
My Lord, your scan definitely helped us make a clearer picture of the battlefield. It seems there are at least 3 "priority" Cruisers.
First one, from which there is most chatter, thou encrypted, we can still see the volume of it.. The Hammerhead Class, Intelligence reports that it is the Pearl of Manaan.

Second one is the Dauntless Class Heavy Cruiser, which you undoubtable noticed with her sheer size. It looks like that these two are the main focal points.." the 3D image of the battlefield show up on Omon's hologram, while the lieutenant continue with his briefing.
"
Third one, and most worrisome, is the Victory II Star Destroyer, which joined in just moments ago. Her armaments are, by my calculation, deadliest.." officer stopped for a second, as though not wanting to say something..

"I am flying in a middle of a space battle, don't pause.. or I will choke you to death from here!" Omon's voice through his Mandalorian helmet sounded brutally efficient, like a sound of a promise.

"Yes sir! Sorry my Lord! I only.. there is a huge number of Cruisers, Frigates and Gunships. My Lord, I must say, that we cannot win this, with our numbers as they stand.." officer said through stutter.

Omon had to laugh on this, while rolling his fighter to the side, avoiding a laser from a nearby Class II Assault Frigate, then firing several shots in to one of the smaller surface cannons, before his squad dived under her.

"Yes lieutenant, I believe that is quite obvious. Ok, we mapped the battlefield.. move LC Viserion and Sandor closer, but not too close. I want you to start the jamming of the closest vessels, and open fire at the smaller Cruisers, Frigates and Gunships. Forward shields to the max, nothing will attack you from behind." after issuing the order he started to lose the hologram image of his subordinate..

"Ye.. S.. will.. shi.."

The second he heard that, a sense of imminent threat made his red Sith skin spike up.

Shik, their jamming us, not good!

"Evasive maneuvers now! Dive dive dive!
" he pushed both control columns of his fighter down, in to a strong and abrupt dive, but the Tie Banshee that were in the formation around him were not as nimble as his X3. Last one to dive, D3, got hit with one, then 2 more laser hits. Exploding right after the second hit.

Several Gladius gunships appeared to their right. Big and heavy, they were flying slower then Omon's Tie's, but their armament was extremely deadly.
X3 made a passing across the hull of the huge enemy Class II Frigate, still, using her as a cover. Her weapons are deadly to bigger ships, and bigger squadrons, but now only 3 of them, could use its size to hide before bursting away from it. They only needed one good laser blast from the Frigate, they can follow, and hide under.

"Gladilus gunships inbound, use your back view to make sure they are always pointing their front guns toward you, never side ones. If they move, you move. Use their low maneuverability to evade, but do Not get in their broadside firing arsenal.
Next time this Frigate fires, scatter and follow that torpedo. Its heat signature will mask you. I will try to slow down the Gladius squadron."

On his order the 2 remaining Tie banshee waited for the next salvo, then zoom forward with full speed, heading toward the Sith ships.

Omon pushed his X3 hard and fast, making sharp turns to make sure he gets to their flanks in right time. Though he was about to do what he said is very unwise, and fire at a broadside of the Gladius. He was hoping their attention might be on the fleeing TIE Banshee. Plus he did also have his 2 backup ones, protecting their rear from afar.

"D4, D5, I will fire on one of the Gunships. When they all open fire at me, attack and send your entire Disruptor arsenal in to the middle of them"
"We see them sir! We will be there in 4,5 seconds" the leader of the rear answered.

Once he made a final curve, and saw the pack of gunships in front, he was starting to rethink this whole plan. These were powerful vessels. But it was too late either way, cus he was undoubtable spotted.
He fired 2 Proton torpedo's, then 1, and only Discord Missile, hopping the small droids will latch to at least few of them upon explosion.
He pressed his laser buttons, and both of his wings started to glow green, as the bolt after bolt started to fly from his 4 laser cannons.

He had about maybe 3 clear shots(12) with lasers, before the gunships opened fire, his wings cut apart and lower half's arched upwards, making him turn up in high speed, then roll around his axis to start his escape. He could sense intense firing behind him. Even his Force Senses were completely clustered by the sheer volume.
Just before he could close both of his wings, one half of the left wing got hit, chunk of it flying away from his fighter. At that second he felt the detonation of his 2 Proton torps. As he dived down with his damaged fighter, behind the enemy Frigate.

His two fighters on the rear, send him unclear, jammed message.. "Tor... ed.. Pulli.. luck"

D4 and D5 probably fired their Disruptor torpedo's, or at least he hoped. If they scored some hit, at least 2 of the Gunships would be stranded for a bit. But their droids would certainly patch them up fast. He was more hoping his proton hits did some type of damage.

When he made his long flight toward the Sith armada, hiding under enemy torpedo trajectory, same as his squadron before him. He noticed that the one Tie from D4 and D5 were destroyed, he did not know which. Tie debris were still flying from the impact of the Gladiuses full broadside power.

He sigh in anger through his helmet.. "
LC Viserion, Sandor.. we are being taken out too fast. Without making any serious damage to them. This is pointless. Send messages to every Sith frequency in the vicinity. Tell the boarding parties to start retreating, or to hurry the skuk up with what ever they are doing! Or we will lose more ships in this ambush." the torpedo he followed blasted the Sith ship, and he flue through the flame of it, making a circle around the wounded cruiser. Meeting up with his remaining 4 men team, as the D5 joined them not long after.

His wounded wing made his X3 significantly slower in turning.

Charity work. That's what this was. Davaab's good deed. Not that she needed credits to be asked ruin some dar'jetii's day. Not like the RTL weren't good people who she didn't mind helping out for free either. "Tax write off", Shuklaar had jokingly called it once. There was a more formalized contract coming as far as she knew. Till then, it wasn't like any of them were short on credits. Sure, she wasn't as cash flush as she used to be, but such was the life they led.

Counter-boarding operations weren't usually on their docket, but seeing as they were close enough to lend a hand, she didn't see why they shouldn't. Unfortunately that meant leaving her beloved anti-material shatter rifle behind. With a sigh, she reluctantly placed the rifle back into it's protective case, running her hand along the weapon's frame once before closing the lid. The FL-01 that she took out of its case on the other hand, unlike her beloved rifle, was practically new. The weapon paired to her HUD as she carefully selected fresh power cells and ammunition drums.

"And no intel on why this particular ship was boarded?" asked Ran Netra, her 2IC from beside her. "Did they just like the way it looked and didn't want to pay a good price for it, or is there something that we aren't being told?"

Saram didn't quite know why this ship in particular had been targeted either. She didn't like what few ideas were running through the periphery of her thoughts. For the sake of simplicity, sanity and the lack of evidence or an answer from their allies to the contrary, Saram was just going to go with that assumption. "Shab, Ran, your guess is as good as mine. But no, no intel on why. Don't think they got the chance to ask," she said, glancing at him before checking that the new canisters were sitting in her ammunition pouches securely.

"Friendly Jetii is the reason we're leaving the Ysalamiri on the gunship, then. Can we trust them to PID if they're not wearing any targeting gear that can read our IFFs?" asked Jaing Nihut'tyr, likely summoning all the patience he had to not make his otherwise very evident displeasure on the matter evident in his words.

"More like hope they don't get overzealous and give them a wide shabla berth," laughed the unit's second sniper, Viraen Kote. Viraen must've caught the look she was giving him from under her buy'ce because he immediately went back to checking his gear.

"That's why we're going to be careful. No unnecessary shabla damage to the ship,:" Saram said firmly, glancing at Anila and Janar Kyrr, her two demolition specialists, both of whom gave her reluctant nods. "Jate."The cabin fell into silence once more as the rammikad of Davaab squad went about making last minute checks on their gear. The silence was only interrupted by the muffled thud of the docking port on the gunship securing to the docking port on the ship.

"That's your cue, vode," intoned Galaar 1-1's pilot, Rav Kote as the cabin lights turned from red to green. Ran and Rusana took up position on either side of the airlock. All eight rammikade of Davaab squad flickered once before appearing only as an outline on each other's HUDs, their armor's Ori'akar cloaking devices went to work. Once they'd determined that the immediate area of their egress was clear of hostiles, they clambered aboard one by one.

Saram switched frequencies from her squad's to that used by the RTL, "This is Strill Securities Davaab squad lead to all friendly callsigns, we're aboard and ready to assist. A deckplan, and your locations, if you've got it, would be excellent." She then switched frquencies back, her armor's comm system still listening for a response on the previous one. She could see the gusnhip's IFF get more distant. For now, they were on their own. That suited them just fine, however, alone and behind enemy lines was when Davaab did some of their best work.
"Ran, take Anila and Vikhar to the reactor room. Figure out how to shut it down or...get creative. Jaing, you, Viraen and Janar get to the engines and do the same. Rusana and I will link up with our allies and see about locking down the controls." Without an exchanged word on the matter, the eight commandos split off on their tasking, moving as best as they could without a deck plan, silent and unseen.

"I'll scout a route ahead. What's your target, Atlas?" Veino asked, looking behind him to Atlas and his Kathol marines.

"Reckon I just found him."

Captain Drake raised his blaster and fired. Bolts sped past the Jensaarai warrior and ricocheted harmlessly off a crimson energy blade. His marines raised their rifles to open fire when the Sith assailant tossed some kind of strange device. In a misguided attempt at heroism Atlas tried to tackle Veino and shield him from what he presumed was an explosive.

"Dank ferrik..." he cursed when he realized it was gas.

Slamming down his visor, Drake tapped his forearm to engage the enviro-suit's seals. Two marines closest to the plague grenade didn't react fast enough and they writhed in agony during their excruciating final moments. An oxygen countdown flashed across his field of view. Atlas staggered back up to his feet.

"For the Republic!" Captain Drake charged after the fleeing Sith.

Her chest tightens as she was pushed, wondering why it was that Moskvin had done such. It almost made the woman growl a bit in response, yet she refrained from doing such. It would be then that she did indeed give the occultist her answer in the form of a whisper... Why a whisper? Oh well, the two of them had a target now.

And so after adjusting herself, Adeline's expressions freeze as her face was touched ever so gently. The light cut on her face was hardly felt, thanks to all that Carnifex had done to her... She was rather numb to pain now days.

Before the thin cut closed up, a mixture of her blood and some unknown liquid would leak from it. This strange liquid looked liked whatever was also in the woman's right eye, filling the sclera from white to that of a darkness akin to the cosmos.

"If both beauty and temptation possessed a name,"

Adeline simply smiles at the words, this whole thing was something the rather reserved woman was still getting used to. With a simple nod she then gestures for Darth Moskvin Darth Moskvin to follow, Adeline knew right where Rhiza Dural Rhiza Dural and her padawan were.

As they got closer, the occultist wakes a sleeping creature from her dress. The little sithspawn creature looked almost like the one that looked for Moskvin, just with some minor differences... It did make people wonder how many of these little spawns hid under her dress. A pale finger gently pets it on the head as the small bat opened its little beady eyes, soon fully awake.

"Jedi, smell them out my little one."

The woman tosses it up in the air, making the creature clumsily flap to stay in the air before it darted off down the hall. Once it found Rhiza Dural Rhiza Dural it would hang upside down close by, little eyes watching the both of the light siders as Adeline saw them through her spawn.. So close she could smell them.

Something was admis, for my beloved never addressed the other Sith and Lords in the room; she passionately defied the hierarchy of the Order. I looked around the room, and suddenly realized, as Adeline Noctua Adeline Noctua began walking away, I was alone in the room. The room remained silent minus my breath of death, and it occurred to me that my mind was fracturing further into obscurity; that my hold on reality and sanity was slipping further down the hole of acceptable madness. What I perceived as reality and what was reality were now drawing battle lines; with the victor holding the territory of my mental lands, the bridles that held fast into my mouth were being tugged to and from, forcing me into opposite directions. And in spite of this turmoil, I found it rather amusing. But I needed to test if this was reality or just a facade formulated from visions manifested by what would eventually become my undoing in terms of mental states, or I was a genetic sane genius.

Lifting my right arm, I studied the map of the river of veins inhabiting under my flesh, and with a quick bite I tore into my own flesh. The blood flowed briefly, pooling down on the ship's floor. Then the wound healed, and what I saw in the blood was a ghostly aberration of my own reflection staring back into me with a smile grossly painted on the face of a dead creature living amongst the living. Briefly, I heard it speak to me and I realized in that instance; that my insanity now drove the gears of my murderous disposition. And that, in what I believed was my true reality, made me smile. The world would forever be my grand stage upon which my murders would be enacted in theatrical form, and each soul in and among that cold and hollowed out building would be the puppets I could break and dissect in whatever pleasure and judgment I found pleasing. Snarling at my fading appearance in the drying up blood, I followed the occultist out of the room, leaving behind the last visages of my sanity. My mind would never be completely holy, because the last piece of that jig-sawed puzzle was lost forever.

When I finally caught up to the world of what is, I saw a bat or some abomination resembling one fly from the under the dress of my love: wondering what other pleasant surprises laid in that graveyard. "Tell me, my love," I said placing a wretched hand upon her shoulder, "What would give you the most pleasure....murdering the Jedi duo, or stealing away one for torment, torture, study, and pleasure. What great defeat to their psyche to break one turning them to our cause, and then murder them just as they felt comfort in their new skin. Fallen Jedi, far worse than Jedi."

The pair of Jedi carried on their mission, moving from corridor to corridor. Her force concealment was enough to keep the mundane forces at bay, distracted by the more pressing concerns of boarding actions at the edges of the ship, most of the people they encountered oppurtunist raiders that had broken thoguh the front, they posed little threat to the two Jedi. Rhiza and Eleri were getting closer to the data core when the Zeltron spoke up.

"I think we are being watched."

"Of course we are, they've had eyes on us since we left the hangar." Rhiza smiled. "But our mission doesn't require us to confront them so if they wish to find us, be ready." She walked into a large circular room with banks of data terminal surrounding a single central spherical core, this was their objective. Rhiza could feel the encroaching darkness as more and more casualties were inflicted on the ship. It was distasteful to her now, but the darkness still enriched her, it was the reason she had to be so cautious and mindful of her balance to prevent falling back to the dark side.

Eleri took out the data spike and ran over to the nearest terminal jamming in and allowing the annihilator AI to pass into the ship's network where it could wreak havoc then delete itself too. It had clearance protocols to bypass the RTL security systems despite its hostile intent. Only a few moments would be required for the upload to complete, then they could get out of here as the ships logs began to be wiped, the Sith would then be free to enjoy their big metal husk of a ship.

Veino staggered under the impact from Atlas as the other man slammed into him. The glass shattered, releasing the gases of some sort. Veino studied it impassively, the filters in his helmet preventing it from reaching him, and then both the boy and Atlas and his marines were on the run.

For the Republic! That took Veino by surprise and he had to pause to reassess when and where he was. But then it hit him again. Kathol Republic. That made sense.

Messages trickled in from the comms- Mandalorians by the sound of it. "Davaab Squad, I read you loud and clear. This is Orion speaking. Be advised- biochemical agents are in play. Me and a team of Kathol Marines have just entered the main hangar bay."

He moved to the full League channel. "I repeat, biochemical agents are at play aboard the collided starships. Activate hazmat procedures and switch to filtered air. Vac suits recommended."

Veino pushed forward, following after the boy and Atlas' team. He paused to glance at the emergency exit chart displayed on the wall. "Feth." The words hissed from his helmet with a passionate fervor.

"Davaab Squad, looks like the biochem operator is headed for the life support in the hangar bay." Veino studied the chart again, memorizing it. "Drake, do you read? He is headed for the life support in the hangar. We have to cut him off before he can release the biochem agents into the life support system."

Veino glanced up and around the stacks of cargo containers, looking for the loading system. He paused, finally finding one. It wasn't the full gantry system he was hoping for, but it could work. Taking a few steps back first, he took a running start and hurled himself up, catching the lip of one container before jumping back and up the other way.

There was a small platform there that he rested on before closing his eyes and letting the Force send him upwards. He reached out and grabbed the gravpulley. It swung beneath his weight, but he shimmied up the massive magnet and onto the rail, where he balanced, perched atop the small rail. He could make out the hulking forms of the marines running behind Atlas.

Veino broke into a run, letting his momentum carry him forward along the rail until he could make out the slim form of the biochem operator. Too far out of range for the Occluder. Instead, Veino gritted his teeth and let the Force flow through his limbs, carrying him forward. His breath rasped beneath the helmet, but he didn't dare remove it.
