The Dead God
The Sith Order
Born from the ashes of the Great Schism, the Sith Order is the culmination of some of the greatest Sith to ever walk the Galaxy. Brought together by the iron grip of the eldritch Worm Emperor - the Sith Order as it stands is the small but powerful remnant of the once universally followed Rule of Order. This new culmination of ancient beliefs follows a traditional structure - but unifies the new Order under a single doctrine: The Rule of Destiny.
The Rule of Destiny is a tenant with many understandings but a singular truth; often believed to be the final effort of the Sith to create a galactic hegemony run by Sith Meritocracy - those of the upper echelons understand it as a deeper truth instilled upon them by the Worm Emperor. That the true goal of the Sith has always been to break their chains - free themselves of destiny and the will of the Force; and in doing so, free the Galaxy of its tyranny. This rule guides the new order - but it is solely a macro guideline for the Sith to follow.
Within the Order, however, there are many avenues for how one goes about this. Factionalism is intense within the Sith Order, and claimants to the Dark Lord's throne are numerous. Many follow the doctrines of Sith Eternalism - the belief that the Sith must be guided by the Sith'ari spirit, an inherited strength passed down from Emperor to Emperor currently within the Worm Emperor; but many more follow the belief of the Kainite, that the Sith'ari has long existed within the confines of Kaine Zambrano, and he simply needs to the worship and hope to achieve what must be done.
Despite these Orders - there are numerous sub beliefs there within. Different claimants to the throne, different 'Sith'ari' claimants - and each with their own avenues to impart their will upon the Galaxy. Many work publicly, such as the Kainite with its large Malsheem super vessel - but others work from the shadows to dominate galactic politics, be it in the Ominov Political Authority or the Galactic Alliance. With all this considered - the Sith Order's secrecy is paramount.
Even those who operate publicly in the Galaxy's face, such as the Asha'Kurat, give off the impression of severe factionalism. The Sith Order's existence, even to Sith outside of the Order, is unknown and rife with mystery. Rumors swirl amidst certain circles and among the underworld of its dark reach - but none have found the true home of the Sith Order as of yet. Their planets are mobile, their bases secret - and their homes never to see the light of day until the Great Reckoning is upon the Galaxy.
