Mate?
The stubby head-tails swung from one side to the next, as the boy turned his head to look up quizzically at the voice that had addressed him. And he found himself looking... at some dude's belt.

Nice belt buckle by the way.
Blinking, the child craned his head back. As he did, his already large black eyes grew ever bigger as the pale reflection of a blue-skinned male was mirrored within the smoky swirls of the younglings eyes. The boy's mouth jaw hung open, as his lips moved to mouth words he was too awestruck to voice.
NAUTOLAN. JEDI.
Already, the blue-skinned brother from another mother was old enough that his head-tendrils extended past his shoulders. It was like looking at a young Kit Fisto. Only, blue.
Without saying anything, the small Nautolan just stepped forward...
...and suddenly rushed the older Nautolan with a hug.
"This is soooooo ASTRAL!" the youngling blurted aloud, figuratively and literally bouncing up and down as he looked up and giggled for bubbly, overwhelming joy at the sight of another aquatic. Which, Zak had lived with Mon Cala padawans, and Tynnan padawans, and Quarren padawans, but,
"I've never met another Nautolan Jedi," the child chirped, obviously very happy to be meeting one.
Actually, now that he thought about it -- and it must be serious for that to happen, because Zak never thought about anything.
"I've never met another Nautolan period," the child realized aloud, sounding quite confused for the fact. It was a little hard to know just what a Nautolan was or was supposed to be like when you lived in a Jedi Temple composed of almost all arboreal or terrestrial races.
"Are you from Glee Anselm, brah?"
If that sounded like a question, it's because it was. And yet, before George could have even attempted to answer, the youngling was already past that. That had been two seconds ago, and two seconds was about the measure of the attention span that George was now working with.
"I've never been there. I grew up on Ossus."
Because he was already at about hip level, the cylinder at the Nautolan's side hadn't escaped the boy's notice. As yet another two second lapse occurred, the boy was off on the next tangent.
"Is that your lightsaber?" the youngling inquired, turning to a technical debate as he asked,
"Are you using an Adegan crystal or something else?"
Two seconds and...
"I have a krayt dragon pearl I'm gonna use in my lightsaber," the child stated, fishing around in a pocket until he produced a milky-white shard of polished stone up for the older Nautolan to see.
"Well, a piece of one anyway," the boy clarified. Krayt dragon pearls were much bigger than what he had in his hand.
Returning the shard to his pocket, the boy randomly stated,
"I'm workin' on designing it right now."
If the older Nautolan was following the boy's jump-around-logic at all, then he might be able to guess that the 'it' referred to the boy's own lightsaber.
"You wanna see it?" Zak asked, finally falling silent -- mostly to catch his breath -- as he waited anxiously for George to answer.
For poor George had just discovered the WIld Side of the Force. Otherwise known as Jedi Younglings. If there was a brave Jedi Knight about, then perhaps someone would save him from the fury that was the padawan menace.
