The Steel King [Levantine Sanctum]

Nohemi Allaneh

Order of the White Current
There were few things that would strike a chord of surprise and perhaps a hint of fear on Nohemi. Very few things.

Apparently, a singing ‘My little Ropo’ is one of them. The normally well manured and seemingly collected young Ambassador couldn’t help but give a slight flinch when the toy in Master Ur-Rahn’s hands began to sing.

It took her half a second to collect her bearings, but goodness was that ever an awful toy! She couldn’t fathom a child enjoying playing with such a thing. To be frank, in her opinion, it would frighten more than bring joy.

The differences in opinions between sentiments and droids were certainly apparent. Nonetheless, Nohemi kept a cordial and pleasant expression on her face. This was to be led by Master Ur-Rhan, she had to trust in his judgment.

Nod and smile. Nod and smile.

"Very...uhm...nice." Judah commented after the toy was done with its jingle. He had noticed the flinching by the Ambassador and tried not to smile at the reaction from the woman. While the toy was a little odd with its singing, he didn't see anything completely horrible. Maybe a little jarring but didn't kids like weird things like that? Having no acting authority to authorize [member="HK-36"] to freely distribute in Levantine space, Judah could only offer business advice.

"Start showing the program first, give it a few weeks. Otherwise thats going to sit on store shelves. Maybe some type of odd marketing tactic to the kids. Does this My Little Ropo have a movie? Offer one credit screenings, get 'em hooked."

HK noticed Nohemi's slight flinch as well, but he did not comment on it. My Little Ropo wasn't for everyone, although it was the datapad singing, as it was playing the clip from the show, rather than the toy as it seemed. At least the kids on Abregado liked it! But then again, they had an Assassin Droid Dictator as the head of their state, so they were used to one or two creepy things here and there.
"We can also offer protection through service of my mercenaries as well as aid in arming your security forces, if you have any, we have recently crafted first prototypes of spears which can pierce the toughest of Sith armor as if they were paper."
The droid offered to Seroth, the three Representatives behind him shifted slightly, they had a bit of complaints about the droid offering aid of their planet's military, or at least military assigned to the planet, without consulting them.

Looking to Judah the droid nodded,
"That does sound like it could work, and we could draft up scenario for the movie rather quickly, we are also working on creation of what we are calling the HoloZinema network, it is a service through which a subscriber can stream any holo-video, show, game, or music they wish onto their device for a small fee at any time they want. At Abregado we offer not only plush toys and children programmings, but also dramas and comedies for older viewers alike, such as-"
The droid reached to the datapad Seroth was holding, the one with video clip, he would swipe at it to change the clip,
"-Game of Trees,"
"You know nothing, Yub-Yub Snow!"
"Or the Misadventures of Iron Knight and Ever-Colonel Kerrigan,"
This time it was the old timey narrator's voice that answered as HK swiped the screen,
"Will Colonel Kerrigan successfully aid the advancement of Republic troops against the Sith Empire? Will the Iron Knigt extort more money from Lady Protector Cira through his dashing looks and cunning words? Tune in next time to find out!"
"I want more money, Lady Protector."
There was only Cira's sight heard from the datapad before the clip ended and the droid looked between the people gathered.

"So, what do you think?"
He asked, although hopefully that did not changed their standing about allowing HK to bring his business, at least the cinematic and plush business, into Levantine Territory
