This isn't the Faction you were looking for...[New Order Skirmish with the Liberty Concord]

"Hmph, very well. Take him to the ship," Nar'Vash commanded, following the two, as the Vong helped get the man to the shuttle, which took off as the medic began to help repair the wonud better. The man would soon find himself on Nar'Vash's star destroyer which sat quietly in a remote corner, far from the battle. There the man would be healed and put onto yet another shuttle to the planet of his choice.

Then the armored Dathomir set off to the last known location of his master. His nine guard followed him, keeping watch all around them. Finally, after a good length of travel, the ancient man set his eyes on a unique sight: his master with a Zabrak at his knees. "My lord, have you found another pet to play with?" he asked with dry humor.

"Tart-Cart-Four heading for retrieval. Twelve mikes out from Extraction Point Charlie. En route."

Shab.

Zius tumbled to the ground in an armored heap, as did his victim. Calico flicked his rifle to a lethal setting and doused one of the Stormtrooper'a weapon emplacements with rapid fire. A yell came up out of the rocky position; a sign for Calico to get moving.

He rushed across the dead grass, boots crunching over burnt ash and broken bodies as he reached the duo. In a half crouch, he assessed Zius's condition, and breathed a sigh of relief. The boy would need treatment, yes, but he would live.

The woman on the other hand...

"Copy that Tart-Cart. Injured at my position. Possible spinal injury."

Canal and Ori had done their job well. The AA fire littering the sky was still dangerous, but it was much less numerous, and far less accurate. They had an opening to evac. Calico slipped the DC-17 back into its holster, and assessed the two.

"A moment." He mumbled under his breath, dragging Zius a few feet behind a rocky outcropping. He then turned his attention to the woman and hunkered over her, trying to avert any fire toward her.

"Take a deep breath." He instructed, absentmindedly checking Zius's vital through his HUD as he removed the final bacta hypo from his belt. He jammed the thing into the strange woman's neck, right into the vein.

"You'll be stabilized." He grunted, doing his best to asses her wound. There was little you could do about a light saber strike. He sighed, toeing his last bit of gauze over the wound in case it began to bleed. The energy weapons didn't always cauterize.

Zius better come out okay.

Finally, the extraction team has come.

Seeing that the tart-cart was here to get the guys out of here Canal felt relieved now that he doesn't have to deal exhaust his energy on soldiers that haven't gave him any injuries. Besides, he hasn't received any casualties cause all the time they were just killing the AAs and not big fire teams. Even though the AAs weren't that dangerous for the gunship Canal still wanted to make sure they get off the rock with no delay. But he was pissed off because the man that they were facing earlier called Ori'Alor 'dear'. No one calls her that except Canal and the people that he allowed to call her that. He wanted to go after them man and stick his sword in the man's head but he needed to keep Ori and his team safe. 'One day he'll meet the consequences of calling Ori that.'

Then something came out and there was Nuke and his small team that were assigned to kill the AAs and cover ground for them. He gave him a nod and looked back at the sky. There were three rounds that were fired from the AAs to the sky so they could hit the gunship but they received no success at all. In total there were Six AA teams but now there were only three left. If they could kill one more AA teams then they wouldn't have to worry about getting shot down again.

"Alright men. We have just have two assignments left. The first one is to terminate the last AA team so we can fly in peace. The last one is to get to the rendezvous and get the heck out of here. Is that clear?" And was responded with "Yes, sirs!" He looked on his HUD and saw that there was another AA team but it wasn't in a team of two. No, it seemed that there was a team of twenty-five with the AA team.

"OK, boys here's the game plan. Nuke, I want you and your snipers on the tree and pick your targets. I want two of your men to kill the AA team and I want you to take down the commanding officer of that team. Once you fire that'll be the cue for us to open fire. The rest of us will circle around the team and as I said: we attack once Nuke and his snipers fire. Now, reload your weapons and let's move out."

They all reloaded their weapons and Canal inserted another mag of BASIC slugs in his assault rifle from a backpack that was being carried by a clone that was filled with all the supplies they needed. But he wouldn't fire the slugs first. Instead he inserted one round into his grenade launcher that was attached on his assault rifle and was ready to move.

"The idiot didn't leave you a scratch, did he?" Canal said to Ori as he checked her to make sure she didn't receive any blows. He wasn't too protective of Ori'Alor cause he didn't want her to feel like a kid but he did protect her as would any loving and caring husband would do for his wife. "Come on, we're almost there on getting out of here. Besides, its not going to take that much time," he said in a calm tone.

He knew that Ori and his men would know where their positions would be in the guerilla raid that was coming up. He checked on his HUD and saw that everyone was in position: Nuke and his snipers were in the trees, the clones have circled around the enemy and have taken cover. They needed to act now cause the stormtroopers wouldn't notice Canal and the others in no time from their HUDs.

"Nuke, you have permission to fire," and wasn't responded back with a 'yes, sir'. Instead he was responded with three sniper rounds that were fired. He could hear three of the stormtroopers fall on the ground and hear the screams that the troopers made when they got hit from the rounds which hit the cue. Canal threw a flash bang at the troopers and fired the round from his grenade launcher. He heard the confusion of the stormies and heard the explosion of the grenade that he launched at the groups blew up a couple of the men but he didn't know how many. He didn't had to order his men to fire cause they knew what to do next.

All of a sudden there was blaster fire coming from both sides and men falling down either from an injury or because they are dead. Shouts came out from the mouths of everyone and there were movements on finding cover and advancing towards the enemy. The imperials were in a heat of trouble cause they had no leader to give them orders and were just scattered around the whole place but they still fought back.

"Keep firing! They're in a worse situation than us!" Canal said as he advanced toward to find and kill more imperials. Then he received two accurate shots to the chest as he was advancing forward. The hits didn't damage him but they did hurt. He took cover from a tree and waited as the pain he received was turned into strength since he is a masochist and it was something that he would do whenever that happened to him. He continued with his attack and ordered his men to press forward and continue slaughtering the imperials. "No mercy!"

"Be safe my love." She replied softly as he left her side to take care of his son. Keziah could sense the turmoil that plagued the man. If anyone could set him back on track it would be Calico.

Once he left Keziah turned her attention to all the soldiers that she now was in charge of. The fact that he had put her in charge spoke volumes. She would not let him down. Nobody was dying not on her watch.

"You heard Calico we are moving out on my count." She turned to address the group. Keziah spoke with confidence and conviction despite having never lead anything before.

Peaking out from her spot she surveyed the area for any signs of the enemy but saw nothing but a slew of dead bodies of both parties. It was a rather gruesome saddening sight. "There is a clearing about a mile out it's where we are headed. It's clear but stay sharp."

Moving quietly as they could the group moved along in the forest. The eerie quiet freaked her out a bit however she kept moving and staying alert hoping to sense something before it happened. Once they arrived at their destination the plan was to send their coordinates out to Bravo team, Gallar and Calico. They would than hold down the fort till help arrived.

"I want this place secured. This is the evacuation point." She yelled as she grabbed her comm link. She hoped they wouldn't need to wait here for long or the others have issues getting to the evacuation point. The sooner they got off this rock the better.

[member="Galaar Tal'Verda"] "I'm sending you our coordinations for evacuation. I would prepare for a hot one."

[member="Ori'Alor Tal'Verda"] [member="Canal Tal'Verda"] "When you can get to the evacuation point. I'm sending you the coordinations now."

As Keziah began to type in [member="Calico Tal'Verda"] [member="Zius Tal'Verda"] into the comm shots began to be heard around the group. Cursing under her breath she just sent the coordinations hoping they received them and were alright. She had bigger fish to fry.

From his vantage point further up on a nearby cliff, Horror, cloaking his signature so as not to be sensed, sent a single bolt from his blaster, aiming it with the flawless precision needed for it to destroy the comlink in the rogue padawan's hand right before she sent the coordinates, effectively stopping her from sending them. The element of surprise on its side, it should not fail at its purpose.
Moving with astounding speed in the cover of his surroundings, he reached yet another point, this one closer, but still sufficient to keep him out of sight. From an attachment on his disruptor, the veteran mercenary fired three small capsules that, within reaching three meters from the group, would unleash countless flechettes that will ricochet off of the many stones and such platforms around the area so as to come from all directions and pierce the armor and kill any (NPC) troops that make up the group in a swarm of mostly invisible shrapnel, severely diminishing the number down to one, Keziah.

"And then there was one..."

Came the voice, seeming to come from all directions thanks to the environment. Where it was coming from and who spoke it, however, the Padawan would not have to ponder for long as Horror came walking out from amongst the trees with his disruptor aimed right at her. He pulled the trigger and fired a straight yellow beam that, if it ever came into contact with the padawan, would vaporize her and revert her into ash in a matter of seconds.

Krest blinked slowly. Two new presences. Technically eleven, but there were two of real notice. Alex. He knew her presence right on the spot. He didn't turn his head to find her, but he knew she was there. And in danger. If she tried anything, she would be killed, or worse. But it was this second presence that stood out. Arrogant. Krest a pet..? Why was he here groveling? Because a man knew his past? What did his past truly matter now?

He bowed his head to the Darth, pressing his hands and forehead to the dirt below. He stayed quiet, as if to submit to the Lord, but this was a farce. The hole just mere feet away that he caused to tear apart would shake, slowly breaking. Before anyone could act, the ground would shatter beneath both Krest and the Dark Lord, opening the Earth to swallow them both.

A single word would be shouted, not out loud but in the mind of Alexandra.

Run.

Vulcanus was about to react to the newcomers when he felt the ground begin to crack beneath his feet. The beast sneered, moving to grab the Zabrak with his giant hand. He was not fast enough though and before he was even halfway to the Zabrak, the ground had opened up and he found himself falling into a pit of eternal darkness. The light seemed to fade as he and the Zabrak fell into the pit and traveled deeper and deeper into the ground. "Yes! You are one with the dark! You are mine now!" Vulcanus yelled as the two fell into the void.

Adrenaline rushed through the beast's veins and his muscles tensed as he felt himself picking up speed, "You have a lot of heart, let's see what it looks like!" the beast screamed as rage and anger overtook him. Using the force, Vulcanus conjured a concentrated beam of blistering heat that seemed to extend from his wrist like the hidden blade of an assassin. Krest was above him now and as they fell, the Sith Lord shoved the blowtorch-like blade deep into the left side of the man's chest.

Krest put up no resistance as he and [member="Darth Vulcanus"] fell. No, there was nothing left now. The two would fall and die together. Or at least that's what the Zabrak thought. He closed his eyes as the burning blade went through one of his hearts. Darkness would envelop his conscious at this point. The pain was simply too much. But he was not dead, not yet at least. He would survive, at least long enough to be brought to a med center and be treated properly. Ironically, his life was now in the hands of the one who put him there. To all else, Krest had died this day.

Pain...darkness...but there was life. No, Vulcanus had not died...not yet. As the beast's eyes slowly opened, the darklord starred up at the sunlight that shined through the deep crater that had been create in the ground. The beast's back was aching and his vision was a bit fuzzy, but he could his heart beating still and that meant that he had not fallen to weakness and be eliminated from the galaxy. Standing slowly, Vulcanus looked down at the unconscious form of the newly declared darksider and gave him a strong boot to the head to see if he could be awoken.

Krest is unconscious at this point in time. With one of his hearts burned through, his body cannot support him for much longer. Both are needed to keep him alive, with one broken he shall soon perish.

Vulcanus mused at the body, his eye still a solid black. Something had changed inside Vulcanus, he hungered to see more fall...he hungered for the darkness that now filled Krest's body...he hungered to see the galaxy blackened in a veil of chaos. Pressing a button his belt, the signal was sent for an Imperial Gunship to pick him up and before long, one appeared above the crater and a group of stormtroopers poured out. "Emperor Vulcanus, are you in need of medical attention sir?" the commander shouted down as they lowered a ladder down the hole.

"No, but this lesser requires your machines...I believe he is about to perish." Vulcanus said with not even a speck of urgency in his voice, but yet the trooper gave him an odd look. Still, he climbed down to grab up Krest and bring him aboard the shuttle, he knew better than to question the Dark Lord. When Krest was loaded onto the shuttle and Vulcanus with him, the Imperial took off into the orange sunset.

"Please, that ameture couldn't harm younglings." Ori'Alor said, patting Canal on the sholdier as they stalked towards thier next objective "Much less a truly skilled warrior." Ori'Alor followed Canal's Group to other side of the AA unit, staying creepily quiet the whole way, picking out targets that she should take out when the time is right. Ori'Alor hid behind a tree, visible to her allies, but only just. Ori'Alor had her Fett Kal Trench Knife pulled out, and looked to any who saw like a Predator about to pounce. Ori'Alor then started stalking towards the enemy unit, staying out of sight behind trees and bushes, finally picking out an avenue for attack.

Alexandra stared at the man, her vision blurred but she was still awake, he had stabilized her though and was trying to stop any bleeding should there be some. Her laugh was weak as it sounded very softly, her lips in a smile as she lay there, pain still utterly obvious as she coughed a bit. "T-thank you..." She didnt even attempt to move, closing her eyes but still awake as she lay there, the sounds of war circling around her as she tried to distinguish one side from another. She did breath slowly though, her chest rising and falling while she remained still infront of Calico.

A sudden volley of heavy blaster fire would erupt from the trees, raining down upon the Concord and CIS forces. Imperial reinforcements had arrived from a hidden encampment, led by Commander Rykal. He remained at the rear of his forces, co-coordinating his assault from a mobile command vehicle. A wave of imperial stormtroopers, followed by several walkers, closed in on the enemy positions as they attempted to drive the enemy back.

You are to never form any bond with people inside, or outside of the Imperial military. We did not invest all our efforts in you to lollygag and form acquaintances with unimportant assets. The Empire's will is what you symbolize, it's fury. You are the predatory might, the eyes that will gaze upon prey daft enough to oppose our reign. You are a Jedi Hunter, the ripper of the Empire.

The whirring of blaster cannons snapped Zius back into consciousness with a blank mind. He let out a groan as he sat up to recollect the situation at hand, rising to his feet stiffly, stumbling as he took a couple of steps. The after-effects of the stun had screwed with some of the functionality of his HUD as he blinked a few times, the readings of the suit's system diagnostic was garbled and distorted with flickering static and glitched numbers. The sounds of war were coming back, and the killer instinct of a predator kicked back in. His adrenaline fired through his body like the pistons in a finely tuned machine, the lightsaber's hilt still clenched tightly but in an absentminded manner.

He was silent, listening to his surroundings and the rhythm of discharging weapons. This was not the same human that had been remolded to fit the family model of Calico's plan, but instead, this was now the default predator that had been and always will be. His eyes would slowly scan the area as he stood there in silence even still, crouching slightly as he saw the advancement of more Stormtroopers.

The beast let out a faint growl, waiting.

In no time the little skirmish between Canal's team and the Imperials was over thanks to Nuke and his snipers and that the stormtropers had no one to lead them. He made sure that there were no survivors of the enemy and gave the call that rallied everyone of his soldiers to him. "Someone tell me what are our casualties?" and was then responded by Wrecker, another clone of his personal squad, "Three injured and one dead, sir." Canal hated it whenever he lost good men but there always had to be casualties on both sides of a battle.

"How badly injured are they?

"Not that bad. Just on the chest and arms."

"Can they still fight."

"Seems like it."

He nodded at his team and was confident that they could still fight even though they were almost out of energy. Then he received coordinations from Keziah that would lead them to the extraction point. "All right men. Now that we're done with object one let's get to rendezvous and get out of here. So load up in case we run into more hostiles." Then all of a sudden there was something on his HUD. It wasn't just troopers, but walkers. He could hear heavy blaster fire and the thuds from th walkers.

"Kark, let's get the hell out of here. When I say that I mean run!" He commanded his troops as they were running towards the extraction point. "Ori, come on. I don't want us get hurt or anyhting." He said to Ori'Alor as he grabbed her hand and began running for the extraction wit Ori. As they were almost close to the extraction point when he picked up a couple of figures on his HUD. It was Keziah and several troopers and another man who didn't seem like a friendly cause he was shhoting at Keziah's troops and at Keziah as well."

Jigs up

He let go of Ori's hand and aimed his assault rifle, that was now loaded with BANG slugs, at @Horror. His troopers did the same and raised their weapons at the man. He was now against three snipers and the rest of the men that had rifles aiming at the man (8 men in total excluding Canal and Ori'Alor). "Fire!" Canal said as he opened fire at Horror which his men followed as he knew that he checkmated Horror with a lot of firepwer that was coming at him.

"Get Keziah and your sqaud to the extraction zone, and bug out." Ori'Alor said, turning towards the ever aproaching group of Imperial Troopers "I'll hold off the new group, I need to extract our boys and 'The Lost Blade' anyway." Ori'Alor placed a hand of Canal's Sholdier for a moment, and charged into the undergrowth around the approaching group, dissapearing into the shadows between the growths. Ori'Alor briefly commed her Ori'Ramikad unit, reprioritizing them to ripping apart the Imperial group. After a few minutes, Ori'Alor got the signal that her men were in possition, at several points around the group, out of sight. In a moment it was chaos for the Imperials, the 15 Man Ori'Ramikad unit had started firing into the Imperials, changing possition after every couple of shots. Ori'Alor herself had charged into the midst of the Imperials at the hight of the confusion, using the momentary distraction to carve her way through the Storptroopers to her main objectives: the AT-STs. Ori'Alor force jumped onto the closest one, blowing open the hatch and hopping in before she could be fired upon by the other AT-STs. The Two Operators didn't last long, one with his neck snaped, the other missing his head entirely from a point blank Shotgun blast. The Bodies fell in such a way that a second AT-ST was cut down by the involuntary fire from the one Ori'Alor had taken. The Warrior destroyed the AT-ST's controls with a few blasts from her Shotgun, before jumping out as the machine fell to the ground.

A small, dark green XS Freighter landed on the planet. Standing out against the barren landscape, its pilot quickly ran out, swinging his wrist up to his ear. "Starhound, send me your position and status! All member of the Liberty Concord, send me your status!" He quickly jabbered into the machine, closing the comm. He began hastily pacing back and forth, pondering what to do. Suddenly, an idea hit him as he ran back inside and started up his ship. He lifted off, and began scanning his surroundings, looking for any possible enemies.

"You have armored bearing down on your position Tal'verda!"

The Gunship swooped down like a bat out of Corellia's Nine Hells. It hovered a foot off of the ground as concord troops poured out, grabbing up [member="Alexandra Cinthra"] on a small gurney. It was the only assured way she wouldn't be injured further if the wound was spinal. Calico grimaced as he saw the familiar shape of AT-STs breaking through the treeline. The Imperials were commiting so many resources--and the majority of the Concord's deployed force was either dead or injured.

This is either overkill, or we have something they want.

Calico turned toward Zius as the young man began to stir. He grimaced, and leveled the DC-17 toward the boy, ready to unload another stunning bolt when the ground rocked. One of the AT-ST's bolts had struck close, kicking up dirt and debris. Tart-Cart's pilot cursed.

"Load up or we go!" He hissed through the comm.

Calico frowned to himself, and turned to look at the gunship as they loaded the Concord's wounded into its supply bay. That familiar rumbling noise rang in his ears at it began a takeoff procedure.

"Starhound, this is Papa Gator. We're moving wounded, but they have armored riding right up our shebs.--" He winced as another bolt struck far too close for comfort. "Give us some cover!" [member="Listeri Dalane"]

He paused over Zius, and unloaded another stunning bolt. Hopefully enough to get the young man on the transport. Calico would then bend forward to heave the lad over his shoulder, if Zius did not protest. " [member="Keziah Denko"] we had an issue. Zius is down, and we have a...prisoner, I believe. What's your status? I can't raise Ori or Canal, comm interference."

Listeri nearly laughed when he heard " Papa Gator ", but he managed to keep silent as he responded into the comm." Come on give me your locale!" He said to Calico, when he spotted a small armor train. "Gotcha!" He yelled with a grin, as he sped off towards the armor. One AT unit turned around and began trying to shell him, causing him to respond with his own blaster fire. It became a complete rain of artillery and ship fire, but the AT toppled over, falling right on another AT unit. He smiled when he saw this, and quickly spoke into the comm, speeding off, and then speeding in for another run. "See that?"
