They ate mostly quietly for the rest of their dinner. Some small talk amongst them, but it was clear, at least to Radon, that she was becoming more comfortable with their situation. For that he was grateful. He wanted her to be happy with herself, and to be happy to be a part of their family. She'd been apprehensive earlier, but now she seemed more at ease. When dinner was over, his mother and father excused themselves and Navella left as well. She claimed she was off to see a friend, which Radon knew meant some boy he was going to have to give a beating to at some point, or perhaps make his family hurt, but that was alright.
