TWO WEEKS AFTER AEDAN MILES REVEALED HIS TRUMP CARD

The time had come, with the information provided by Captain Miles, the small requisition of ships and some careful feelers. Syn had managed to near Deneba mass a small fleet for one purpose. Follow the information Miles had obtained on the location of the black hexes and go after the shipyards. Something risky as well since the location had been lost partially to time. Or at least to databanks, he could never understand an information wipe that large but then that was why he had invited the Iron Knight HK, one of the few who remembered before and one of the few who he could trust with this. The smaller fleet he had gotten with commander Jorin was 5 Stalwart-class Heavy Cruisers, 4 Dauntless-class Star Destroyers, 10 Ambassador-class Corvettes and finally one of the few times it was needed a MC180 Remembrance-class Battlecruiser in case there was more hexes.

From reports the ships were faster then other capital ships but while he sat on the bridge of the battlecruiser... It was not something he worried about. Whatever ships Domino brought to help and whatever ships came from Omega would be there. He hoped Domino would show with her armor and maybe a few ships but he didn't know. The destination and possibilities were not wholly specific. Still a chance to identify a shipyard that had caused the galaxy such havoc and possibly learn a way to prevent it or find something else lost to time. He had even brought his padawan and teacher along so in the end they wouldn't be left alone. After training with Arya for that time there was no reason to stay away from Iella or keep this from her.

"Iella, padawan Dexen welcome aboard and prepare yourself, the rest of the expedition should be arriving soonish. Then I will explain in the briefing room what is going on, I know this has been very much kept quite. Commander Jorin join us when you ready.

Vorhi chuckle, meeting at the rendezvous site and hailing the local ship. "Greetings," he said calmly. "This is Vorhi Alestrani, but you can me Al, everybody does. Here as a translator, archaeologist, and archivist," he said with a smirk. He'd have to buy Aedan a drink after all this. Hooray for hunting down ancient artifacts! Galactic era. He hoped he could get some good kit, or at least some good knowledge to bring back to the archives after this. Admittedly, syncing his vacation days from both Templar and diplomatic leave was tricky. Ah, well. Totally worth it if this plan panned out.

Flint nodded to @[member="Syn"] in reply afer listening to him inform Flint and the other padawan that there would be more explanation on what the mission's goals were once they had everyone together and was in the briefing room. Flint had decided to tag along in this mission because first off, he had heard rumors that this mission was going to be pretty interesting, and secondly and more importantly, he wanted experience. He hoped to learn a thing or two from the mission.

A ship was seen entering the realspace of the system, the adventuring frigate Siege Tower of the Omega Protectorate.
Sitting in his chair on the bridge of the ship was Iron Knight HK-36, slightly leaning on one of his metal hands.
When the frigate entered the system his yeoman turned to him, speaking up
"Sir, we have arrived at our destination."
HK nodded responding
"Hail the Jedi master."
Soon enough, Syn would receive a transmission from the frigate
"This is Iron Knight of the Protectorate, coming to rendezvous as we have agreed."

Behind HK stood Moira Skaldi, cold blue eyes gazing into the vastness of space, staring somewhere, at something. It was difficult to figure out exactly what she was thinking, given that her gaze was, as usual, impassive. Going boldly where no one else had gone, going after the black hexes and their shipyards. The final chapter of the episode that had begun with the outbreak on Dagobah. By now Omegan forces had faced so many of the undead that it was becoming a tradition. The minions of Pestilence, released by Gods disgusted with mankind, or so the myths of superstitious fools said, would be purged.

Perhaps there would be another Phobis Device...fascinating.

Moira found it all...interesting. She would go into battle and fulfil her function efficiently, terminating and breaking hostiles. Perhaps she would be destroyed, perhaps not. Fear was beyond her, as was concern for her allies. She turned her scrutiny towards the crew, so far they seemed to be performing their functions efficiently.

Exiting just behind the Siege Tower came the even larger form Solomon and its crew. "Lok set up a link with the Jedi and HK but keep a private channel with the Siege Tower just in case." Noah informed his first mate as he sat in his captains chair. "HK,Master Jedi the Solomon and my soldiers are ready to embark."

"Copy that, Noah, glad to see you joined us."
HK responded in kind, standing up from his seat, he turned to Moira
"It is time, agent Skaldi."
He said, walking closer
"Let us make sweet, angry, stoic, emotionless, vague love, and never speak of it ever again, succumbed to our shameful desire."
He motioned to the viewport vaguely
"Or go into those unknown regions, I am up for whichever, really."

Xhal kept to himself in the back of Vorhi's comparatively small freighter. He sat on a bench, scrolling idly through a datapad. He was not sure why he was here. Maybe they just needed someone with technical expertise? There were probably combat engineers who could do that, though. No need for the wimpy Duros. Yet here he was, all involved in Templar business and whatnot. Given his last interaction with one of their rank inside his workshop on Geonosis, he did his best to not appear as gut-wrenchingly nervous as he actually was. Even when not speaking, Xhal reminded himself to cut out as many of his usual 'uh's' and 'um's' as possible. He had no idea what to expect from being taken along here. Hopefully nothing that would get him injured or shot at. He rose from his seat a moment to peak out the cockpit and see what was going on. Upon seeing the array of warships others had brought, he hurried back to his seat and returned to scrolling feverishly through the holonet news.

That was a lot of guns. Hopefully they wouldn't go off, but obviously someone expected them to. Why were they only on this little freighter if everyone else... Oh, it wasn't Xhal's call. The Duros droid engineer banished the pertinent thoughts from his mind and continued to keep up with his home planet's politics via holonet...

There was no change in Moira's expression, she remained as unyielding and focused as before as HK spoke his words. "Angry and emotionless? I'm afraid it cannot be simultaneous. Besides, Agent Liates would feel left out. I am afraid I do not dance like her," she said in a deadpan monotone.

"I hear you had an...interesting engagement with the undead and a certain Whiphid on Dagobah."

The Eternal Queen
They needed a healer. Well, of course they needed a healer. Everybody should have a healer with them at all times! Healers were astoundingly useful people to have in a group.
And this group had picked the best healer of them all... At least, that was what Feena thought. She was famous. People told her she was the best. It wasn;t her fault that she had developed a small ego about it.

That ego didn't really do much for her now though, nor did her healing abilities. Sitting strapped down in a seat, Feena was hunched over a large bag, vomiting. Morning sickeness? Or motion sickness? Or just total inescapable fear of numerous potential fiery space deaths?

Whatever it was, it didn't really matter. Feena and any sort of vehicle, were a terrible mix.

Iella dressed in preparation as Syn spoke. She would follow him to the briefing room shortly and meet the others. Padawan Dexen was new to the Order and she would make sure he was safe and close by her at all times. She knew little of the details, but that would soon be revealed anyway, but she knew something important was about to happen, she could sense it. The very nature of the secrecy and the sentients that Syn had gathered to join them here told her that .. only.

The events that have been plaguing the galaxy, in this moment in time, served to unite all .. regardless of beliefs and political division, there is always one common purpose, the Galaxy and our lives within it.

"I will make my introductions to Padawn Dexen as soon as I am able, and look out for him", she said to Syn as she was completed with her preparations and ready to go.

Jorin joined them moments later, armored up and ready to go. As he took his place he looked to the Jedi master with concern, the Omega Protectorate would be here, and tensions with them were tense to say the least. "Can we trust them, master Jedi?" He asked, a hand resting on one of his blaster pistols. Jorin had blood on his hands, a lot of it belonged to the Protectorate, this, along with the tensions between the two made Cody a rather paranoid individual in their presence.

Aedan Miles came out of hyperspace in his flagship the Dragons Roost tailing it out of hyperspace where the rest of his armada including two Facade-class pocket carriers each carrying 4 squadrons of fighters, A Raven-class Light Frigate, and a Dire-class patrol ship. On loan to him from the CIS were 6 Reaper-class corvettes and a Banshee-class carrier. Aedan Miles looked over the gathered ships from the command chair before he nodded to his second in command before he stood and walked towards the hangar of the Impetus-class Frigate. As he reached the Hangar he looked around and then jogged over to his Devastator-class heavy fighter and vaulted into it slowly coming up and then lancing from the ship. On his way out he activated his com opening a channel to the Remembrance-class “This is Captain Aedan Miles of the Corsair Brotherhood Dragon Armada requesting permission to board in my fighter and meet with Jedi Master Syn.”

As he waited for a reply Aedan pulled off a few lazy maneuvers experimenting with the fighter some more. When he was given permission to board and the location of Master Syn he immediately went to work landing and heading directly to meet him. Upon arriving and seeing Commander Jorin there the young corsair let a grin cross his lips as he raised his arm in greetings. His outfit far contrasting the Robes that Master Syn wore and the armor and uniform of the Commander his outfit resembled that of someone who was a brawler a cloak pulled up around his shoulders and a hood hanging down it lightly. Under that though was the Iron Skin that he had found recently repaired and functional again strapped to his right thigh and again at the small of his back where a pair of pistols that he had bought small and accurate he had used them once or twice. Adorning his waist were the familiar images of the silver hilts of his lightsabers both of them firmly clipped into place. “Commander Jorin glad to see you made it.” He smiled and held his hand out to the man lightly.

"It can be possible with the right person, rawr."
The droid said with as much flirtation as he didn't care to muster
"And Liates will never have what we have, Agent Skaldi."
He turned towards the viewport when Moira asked about the Whipid
"How curious you should ask of him, he asked of you in turn."
He teased her, of course, but Moira did not need to know that

Out on the far edge of the meet point space shimmered as half a dozen Black Sun capital ships transitioned back out of light speed. And while each of the four Phoenix-Class Destroyers and the two Panther-Class Carriers only had a slight advantage in beam length over the Republic heavy cruisers, they didn't have gravity wells holding back their armature. Still it was just a token force, even as eight Nimix cruisers joined them. They took a few moments to form up into a large swept-back cross formation before heading closer to join the rest of the joint task-force.

Syn had already given Domino the briefing, he'd had to to get her to commit a fleet to this, and she now commed him with the codes he'd provided. To the comm officers of the Remembrancethe signal was originating from one of the Panthers far back in the wings of the formation. "Master Synlidwirh." She greeted him, leaning her armored bulk forward in her command chair. She'd worn it (now repaired) at his request, hopefully he wasn't wanting a rematch. "We're ready to begin whenever you are, unless you want to keep sitting around boldly going nowhere." There wasn't much background in range of the vid pick-up, but it certainty looked like she was aboard the Panther.

As everyone gathered for the briefing, Iella greeted them with a polite nod and smile. Some of the group she had not meet before or only briefly on other missions, not the places to have social interaction, and this situation the same. Everyone moved about the room, waiting or preparing for the coming event, however, looked out for Padawan Dexen. She soon found him in the room and immediately went over.

"Greetings Padawan Dexen, I am Padawan Iella E`ron, a pleasure to meet you. I am sure we will be informed soon and given orders, stay close", she said. The two of them located off to the side, as a communication came through and on holodisplay. Iella's head tilted to the side as a Twi`lek woman appeared. Her face remained void of any sign of thought but this woman seemed oddly familiar somehow. Iella's brow knitted at the thought.

As more and more people showed up for the briefing Flint watched them, giving a quick nod accompanied by a friendly smile if their eyes met. He stood over to one side, and saw that the other blonde apprentice that he had seen earlier come towards him.

The padawan introduced herself as Iella E`ron, and from what Flint could tell, she already knew his name. "Hey there. I'm Flint Dexen. Nice to meet you, Iella E'ron." he told her politely, moving so that they didn't block anyone's view of the holodisplay as the face of a Twi'lek woman appeared on the holodisplay. Judging by the fact that there were other factions involved in the mission, Flint was excited to be a part of it.

Aboard one of Aedan's ships, the 117th Tactical Legion were prepped for the mission to come. Wearing their signature green armor and hooded cloaks, the 117 were fresh off a victory at Utapau. "Captain Sonja Mercier reporting in. Vorhi, whatever you dragged me into had better be more that what you explained it to be, mon ami." Sonja said through her commlink. Sonja the headed for the crew's quarters to inspect her soldiers. They were a fine company, one of the best in the CIS. "Looks like we're on guard duty ladies and gentlemen. Whatever we find here, for some odd reason, we're supposed to share." said Sonja before her company let out a almost unified groan. "Yeah. I know. I know. Hey, look at it this way: if something get's in our way, we're most likely gonna be the ones with the hill. Now, back to your activities, soldiers." said Sonja before she saluted her comrades and headed for the mess hall.

Someone else might have had some sort of response to the Whiphid asking about them, Moira just remained calm and did not bat an eyelash. "Fascinating. I am well known," she said in her usual monotone. "I hear the Colonel, pardon, the Exarch had a bout with him on Metalorn. Gave him a good thrashing...but fell sort of the objective and we know the rest. Doubtlessly burning with righteous anger for the acts he committed...but now she is chained by bureaucracy."
