Conceited

The sound of a familiar astromech entered Ella's near vicinity. Heading towards the shrieking, concerned by the sounds she heard, Ella stepped onto a path that led down into a larger one. As she descended down into the forest path, recalling that it led back towards the tent Dorn had left her in, Ella saw whirring lights ahead. The sound of shrieks was nearer now. Why does that sound so familiar?
As she stepped onto the path, Ella saw Arsix overturned. Looking over the path, she saw that the droid had fallen over an overturned log. She nearly laughed. "You never change, do you?" she called out.
Arsix stopped shrieking, turning his head around to the voice. When he saw Ella, he blew a raspberry in her direction, then wobbled as if to gesture for her to help him up. That made her laugh. Moving down to the droid, Ella helped him back onto his three legs before stepping back to admire him.
"Hello Arsix. It's good to see you too."
Rolling towards her, Arsix leaned his head softly into her lap. It was the closest thing he could come to a hug. Patting his head, Ella asked, "Do you know your way back?"
Arsix bleeped an affirmative. Nodding, Ella turned to walk down the path to the right, but stopped when she noticed Arsix wasn't rolling beside her. Turning, she saw him looking at her. Blowing a raspberry in Ella's direction, he turned and rolled the other direction, back to the tent. Rolling her eyes, the Jedi turned to follow.
