TSE needs to attract/retain Force insensitives

We don't. There are plenty of those who wield the Force like a mere blunt weapon and engage in acts of petty sadism and viciousness merely to satisfy their own desires. There are those who are Sith to serve a higher purpose, and those who seek only to serve themselves. Both exist, and no doubt the latter have their uses.

Usually as cannon fodder for some of the more over-zealous among the Jedi.

That is frankly brilliant. Slavery is rare in our empire, but we've all seen Sith who have their loyal/oppressed minions. Your suggestion would apply to that subset of people. I like it.

I would like to urge people not to go on an IC rant in OOC threads, even if already marked as IC. This is likely to confuse several members and be counter-intuitive to the discussion.

How I see Star Wars canon, though, is that the Force-insensitives are generally oppressed and denied the highest of positions. Sure, there can be Grand Admirals, Grand Moffs, Grand Generals, and other positions, yet Force-insensitives do not have the individual power that Sith usually see as authority (aka, the Force and lightsaber combat abilities), and are thus bullied in personal, face-to-face situations.

I imagine such a thing will happen very often for Kirk. Of course, SWTOR suggests that Force-insentivies with sufficient power can also bully Apprentices and Knights so long as they're at a distance and that they can go through their Masters for backing. Though, it's pretty much going to be Kirk following the whims of Sith Lords and keeping his head on his shoulders.

I think there is a balance that needs to be striken...
as the imperial remnant is the oppisite we have no force sensitives but random people...
