Unforeseen

Closing his eyes slowly, the young Knight would exhale quietly as he walked with the Twi'lek in his arms, smiling briefly at her words. Bending his legs at the knees, the Pureblood would begin to focus his powerful force energy, causing it to build up in his lower limbs. Hopping into the air, the distance he would normally travel was enhanced, allowing him to soar high above the roof tops. Using the plentiful energy he had focused, Ballen-Ist would release a cushion of telekinesis from under his feet, causing the duo to slowly float towards a nearby roof top.

"That's more like it," Ballen would say to [member="Darth Elecebra"], as he touched down softly on the duracrete surface. Using his telekinesis, the Knight would place his thick, black cloak upon the ground, gently laying Luminara on the soft fabric as he gazed at her. He felt strange feelings, similar to those of which Darth Ferus spoke of long ago... It was something the Pureblood had not foreseen. However, a strange chill would run through his being as he quickly stood to his feet, grasping the hilt of his sheathed blade before looking over his shoulder at the newcomer....

[member="Krest"]

"Yo."

The once familiar Zabrak had come to the planet for one reason and one reason only. [member="Darth Elecebra"] and [member="Ballen-Ist"] . He knew both of them rather well. Once upon a time he was their master, their teacher. And yet, he was no longer the Darth he was before. Dressed in his basic around he'd wave his clawed hand for the Pureblood, a faint smile on his face. At the sight of Ballen reaching for his weapon however, Krest went for his own, calling the flat lightsaber on his waist into his palm. The blade wouldn't activate just yet. Grant it, they were actually alone, the three of them, but he didn't want to come across as a foe.

"It's been awhile, my apprentice."

Luminara was all warm and fuzzy inside with [member="Ballen-Ist"] beside her. It went away, however, when she heard a familiar voice. Well, a little familiar. It was no longer cold and aggressive. Her eyes flew open, locating the source of the voice. "Well well well, would you look at this!" She said in fascination. She sat up on Ballen's cape, staring at [member="Krest"] . "Darth Ferus, in the flesh. Of course we can't really call you that anymore, can we? No. you're much too..... soft, to deserve that title."

Ballen-Ist's eyes would remain calm and collected as he turned to lay them upon [member='Krest']. However, the bright golden glow in his eyes was a contrast to his demeanor, for his anger knew no limit at this point. The dark side energy within the young pureblood would begin to surge and grow by the minute as he stared at his former master. Slowly but surely, the seasoned Knight would begin to draw his blade, one that he had crafted alongside the very man that now stood before him. How dare he? The glistening force blade would only grow brighter as Ballen-Ist channeled more of his force energy into it's metallic length, causing it's cutting ability to multiply greatly. Through his sensing abilities the Sith could feel Krest's power, it was slightly lessened now that he was now enshrouded in the dark side.

Of course, that did not mean that Ballen-Ist had a chance at winning. The Zabrak was still a skilled master in combat and the force, and so the Knight would still have to tread lightly. Turning to look at [member="Darth Elecebra"], the warrior's mind would begin to envision the many scenarios that could come about from this situation. He didn't want her to get taken by surprise, or even hostage for that matter, and hoped she would begin to regain her strength through the dark side to be prepared. The pain he had experienced during their sparring match would begin to fade as the power of his dark being flooded his body, allowing him to focus on the task at hand. "Indeed, no longer do you deserve such a title," the young man started, beginning to pace back and forth as his eyes kept a close watch on the ex-Sith. "Krest, is it?" He continued, glaring at the Zabrak with obvious hatred. The man had never been a true Sith at all, though this only became apparent to the warrior after a meeting with one Alexandra.

"Indeed, it is Krest." The pale blue saber would come to life, the flat blade seeming to glisten within the masters grip. Holding his left hand up, he'd let the gauntlet covering it cackle with the emerald lightning he now used. Slowly his stance would widen as he took on not Juyo, the signature form of Ferus, but Djem So, the Zabrak's preferred. It was an odd variant of the form, instead of two hands on the blade he used one, but the fundamentals of the stance were apparent.

"If you wish to fight me [member="Ballen-Ist"] , you should be prepared to loose. You never were my strongest apprentice after all. The Twi'lek had far more skills, and probably still does." A taunt. He knew that the Pureblood wouldn't be able to resist it, and it would only bring him right to where Krest wanted him. [member="Darth Elecebra"] was an after thought, he could feel how weak she was at the moment, but he certainly wouldn't push her from his mind. Two Sith Knights would be quite the issue should they both come into play.

Luminara wasn't fooled by the little taunt [member="Krest"] threw at [member="Ballen-Ist"] . She could tell that this was yet another test of their power. But this time, it wasn't for a lesson. It was to try and make them convert to whatever pathetic little group he was a part of now. She adjusted her sitting position to be a little bit more comfortable. "Always so eager for a challenge. That, at least, hasn't changed." She said this with a smirk. She used the Force to penetrate Krest's mind, her power greatly increased from when last he had seen her. She weaved the Illusion of Ballen attacking him early-on. It was a flawless picture. Illusion Ballen moved just like the original, right down to his breathing and facial expressions.

[member="Darth Elecebra"] was not the only one to improve. The Knight would find a rather large wall between her and her goal, one the Master had built for such a cause. The apprentice would not enter his mind so easily, especially to make such a complicated image. With his free hand he would raise it up to what would seem to be [member="Ballen-Ist"] , but it would be the Twi'lek to feel the power. A pull, far stronger than any he had used in the past around her, would go to yank her form into the Pureblood.

Upon this, should she be unable to resist at least, they both would be met with a powerful blast of his lightning. Electronic Judgement, to be fair. The electricity would not hurt either of them, but rather sap their strength.

He was not here to convert them. No, Ballen had his chance. He wasn't here to kill them either. What he was here to do however, was to give them a chance to flee from the deaths they may end up gaining if they did stay with this One Sith.

Ballen-Ist wasn't even apart of the One Sith. Having been exiled from the faction long ago for rather foolish reasons, the young Knight had come to actually despise the group. It was one of the things he directed his infinite hate at, [member="Krest"] being one that also followed closely. Still holding his blade firmly, the Pureblood would begin to feel the surge of power with his sensing abilities, his neck craning slightly to the side as he noticed [member="Darth Elecebra"]'s interference. That would not do. With one arm, the Sith would point his gloved hand in the Twi'lek's direction, releasing a stream of his own telekinesis, one that was fueled by the dark side that ran through his very blood. The exertion of energy would begin to struggle with Krest's own, causing Luminara to be suspended in the air for a brief moment. Ballen-Ist was smart enough to know that he could not over power the master's telekinesis at this point, and so he would simply aim to redirect it, using his own to hopefully alter the course that Luminara had been on.

If this was done, she would be sent hurtling to the ground, while Ballen-Ist's attention was averted to the bright, emerald lightning that crackled through the air. The bolts of energy would slam into his blade, it's special ability absorbing and storing the power that it had come into contact with. However, it could not keep this feat up forever, and would eventually be overcharged, causing a shock wave to emit form the weapon as it flew into the air, stabbing into the ground meters away. And so, the youth would take on the full brunt of Krest's electric judgement, having given up his opportunity to attack in order to save the only one he cared for.

Luminara wouldn't go down so easily. As she began falling back to the ground, She used the Force to propel herself forward, landing behind @Krest. She would use the Force to shove him forward, and then just as suddenly jerk him backward. She drew her blade and used this hopefully momentary distraction to move in and begin a graceful yet furious onslaught of stabbing and slashing.
[member="Ballen-Ist"]

The Zabrak's lightning against [member="Ballen-Ist"] would be cut short as the blast from [member="Darth Elecebra"] caught him off guard. In all honesty. He thought her down and out. He should of known better then to underestimate one of his own apprentices. Then there was the jerk back, and a piercing. Her dagger would cut into his flesh, but not where she had intended. A hastily made barrier as he was grabbed prevented him from a mortal wound, but the dagger would bite into his side. With a slight growl, the air around him would explode outwards, intent on blowing the Sith Knight back to halt her assault on his back.

If successful, he would leap back so the two of them would be in his site, but on either side of his form. Gripping his sword in one hand, he would pull out one of his sabers, the pale blue blade hissing to life. "Get out of One Sith space if you don't want to die." He was good at masking pain. It was something he had to do. But he was bleeding, and despite his level tone and cold gaze, it was clear he was hurting.

Electric Judgement wasn't something new to Ballen-Ist. After experiencing it at the hands of Alexandra, the Pureblood had not hesitated to take it's full brunt, knowing that it would only sap his stamina. The bolts of draining lightning would slam into his body, forcing him to a knee, before it would cut short thanks to [member="Darth Elecebra"]. The young man's hair would billow slightly in the air, due to the telekinesis power that [member="Krest"] released. With his own telekinetic abilities, the Sith would do what he could to ease Luminara's landing, in hopes of avoiding her falling off the building. Struggling back to his feet, the Knight would begin to focus on all of his negative emotions, allowing the dark side power that was deeply rooted in him to flare wildly. It would help to ease his fatigue, allowing him to perform as if he had never been hurt in the first place.

A major risk, for if pushed far enough, his body would most likely just shut down. Still, the Sith had little choice, for he was facing one of his most dangerous, sought after enemies. Calmly lifting himself back onto both feet, Ballen-Ist would scowl as he listened to Krest's words, wondering why he was so intent on shooing "traitors" from One Sith space. "You're a fool if you think your words have me on a leash anymore," the Knight spoke, glaring at the Zabrak, while also feeling pity for him. The scowl that Ballen-Ist wore would turn into a smirk as Krest drew his blue light saber, the pureblood's head shaking from side to side. Did he think two weapons were intimidating? Lifting one of his hands to his waist, the Knight would draw one of his own lightsabers, activating it as his gloved thumb slid over the switch. The crimson blade would spring into life, hovering over the ground before it lifted to point at it's enemy.

"Now I will show you why I was the best." He stated, before craning his neck slightly to look off into the distance briefly. Sirens could be heard, most likely a police or military force approaching the scene due to the commotion. That, and the burning building.

Krest's eyes darted to the noise, and a frown would form on his face. "If you wish to continue this, come to Bosph." That was all the red man said before his saber would deactivate, and he would vanish through a doorway behind him. His signature would fade as well, a trick he had learned from long ago. [member="Ballen-Ist"] would find his revenge on the planet the red man had said.

Luminara pulled herself up from the side of the building. That last blast from Krest would've knocked her all the way across the street. Ballen's energy slowed her fall, but just barely. She had to dangle over the edge of the roof for a moment, but at least she wasn't dead. She looked about.
"Awww... I was hoping we could kill him before we had to run..."
She said with a mocking pout. She walked back over to [member="Ballen-Ist"], noticing just how drained he was. She slipped an arm around his waist and smirked.
"You don't always have to act so tough, you know. You're tired. You need to give yourself a rest every now and again."

Ballen-Ist's arms would lower slowly, his thumb sliding across his saber's activation switch, causing it to shut off with a quiet hiss. The glowing metallic blade that the Pureblood held would be lifted slightly, it's tip being angled into it's sheathe's entrance. The bright lightning that bounced along the blade would become extinguished as the young man's arms relaxed at his side, his chest heaving up and down as the dark side energy he had gathered began to disperse. It was true that was extremely worn out, for he had hardly done anything during the little bout. [member="Darth Elecebra"] had managed to land a clean hit, causing the Sith's teeth to grit a bit in frustration.

Where was Bosph? This was something he had to find out, though he would be distracted from his thoughts as Luminara's arm wrapped around his waist. His eyes would slowly close, the burning intensity in them dying down as his mind calmed. "You're right... Let's get out of here." He spoke, his own arm wrapping around the Twi'lek as he moved to the side of the building. Holding her closely, he would hop off the edge, using his remaining energy to exert a stream of telekinesis from his feet. Touching down gently on the duracrete ground, the Knight would look around the area, not exactly sure as to where he was going. "Where to?"

"How about somewhere with less... company?"
Luminara purred to him. For once, she'd had plenty of combat for one day. With one arm still wrapped around him, she brought her other hand up and began lightly stroking Ballen's jawline. The sirens were getting louder. They would have to start moving if they didn't want to be caught. And yet, Luminara couldn't make herself move just yet. She leaned in and kissed him.
[member="Ballen-Ist"]

A lot was traveling through the Pureblood's mind at the moment. There were so many things that he needed to do, yet he couldn't decide which to do first. Looking down at [member="Darth Elecebra"], Ballen-Ist could not help but smile, calming slightly as he listened to her suggestion. It was definitely a good idea, seeing as the duo really did need to get away from any opposition. Their own sparring match and brief encounter with Krest had left the Knight near exhaustion, and he needed to recover. Despite the sirens approaching, he too would lean in, offering no resistance as he pressed his own lips against Luminara's.

After kissing the Twi'lek passionately for a moment, the Sith would his face away, still holding the female as he began to walk along the backstreets with her. There was a rather large building nearby, one that housed many wealthy individuals on several floors. Having rented out an apartment earlier, Ballen-Ist would head in the establishment's direction, hoping to avoid any law enforcement or military presence.
