"I will focus on the fight, I like winning. I mean I'm competitive" She smiled this was an easier conversation her green eyes looked up, "you might have to teach me a few moves, I'm always looking to get better at hand to hand. I've taken training from a few of our veterans but I seem to keep missing the idea of a weak spot, and I like my teeth where they are" her training with Garrus she thought would kill her. It hadn't.

"Yes I'm your teacher...what else would you like to know...tonight. I can teach you over time of a couple weeks and then maybe you'd consider staying or move on. Just count this time as an experience."

She took another sip of her own drink, "All things Mandalorian 101....all clans are different."

Cole grinned mischievously.

"And what prey tell can you teach at night?" "Would it happen to involve that tree house you mentioned earlier?"

Cole put on his face a mock expression of offense.

"I assure you Miss Balor I am not that kind of guy....................unless you would like me to be."

He paused for a minute giving her a wink and letting his comment hang in the air before he spoke again.

"I suppose the beginning would be a good start but since I am not sure what that is I can't answer that question." "What I guess do I need to know to keep from getting myself killed saying the wrong thing to or around the wrong person." "Any universal laws or codes I should know."

Marcus waved off her apology as he was in a bit of a mid-yawn himself. It had been a long night and she hardly had to excuse herself from something that came naturally after a good meal and more than one's fair share of whatever was in that bottle. For Marcus, this time off and away from the constant advances of the crusades had been a welcome one and he was all too ready to head back to the smuggler's moon and waste a few days away at Frida's before he would be expected to head back to the front... Whatever planet that might be at the time.

"You don't need to head back into the forest if you don't want to... Unless you'd rather spend the night with the rest of the drunks in Kiber Batallion over there."

A short gesture to the opposite camp that was inhabited by more than its' fair share of snoring di'kuts and their respective followers that they had brought with them from other worlds. Mainly girlfriends or others who they had paid to come along, but most would see their wallets stolen away in the night if they could find transport off this rock before the sun rose! Other than that, he could scarcely imagine where she might go, unless her mother was around somewhere. At the expectation she might still go, most likely in an effort to find the one who stood by Commander Munin during the battle, he unrolled one of the sleeping bag from his pack and laid himself out on it, still plated in his beskar for the time being.

"Could be a long walk, you know..."

The blonde's blue gaze followed the slicer's gesture towards the rowdy group in the next campsite over. Mesh'la was no fool and knew the pleasurable sounds that were coming from the encampment not to mention the smell from what they were smoking.

"Mhmm, you have a point."

Those sapphire gems of hers made their way back to look at Marcus getting all comfy like on a sleeping bag to the side of the fire. It seemed like a definite invitation, but for what… sleep or something more? Another yawn came and went as she decided what to do. Her fate was made.

"Well if you're offering to make room there, I think staying would be my best option… I don't snore, but have been known to steal the covers," Mesh quipped lightly, flashing a sweet smile as she motioned to the spot next to him.

He had come back pretty quickly, that was good.

"What I can teach you at night, oh words that you never be able to use in public, and as for my tree house no, it can be taught anywhere, at any open opportunity."
She kept an innocent look on her face what were they both talking about? Was it intended to be more than an exchange of customs, or were they moving towards something a bit more engaging. Eh she did not know but she wasn't one to back down.

"Oh, Mr. Dagos then tell me what kind of guy are you? One of opportunity? One who creates opportunity? " She smiled, this was interesting fun. Oh he was a devil in disguise he just winked at her, she looked down and then back up at him nodding. Yes she acknowledged that they were both teasing one another.

"I would like you to be ....yourself" She could have said a few other things

She belly laughed then, "Oh goodness around us who knows what sets someone off. We pride ourselves on our fighting skills, so if someone takes offense you won't know it until they attempt to lay you out on the ground"

Arla finished the food on her plate, then tossed it into the fire.

"universal laws, a code yes our Resol'nare, our six tenets to live a mandalorian life." She remembered when she had been taught these laws. "Wearing armor, speaking the language, defending oneself and family, raising our children to be Mandalorians, contributing to the clan's welfare, and answering the call of the Mand'alor. So how do you not get killed don't do anything that insults any of the laws, don't say how great the Galactic Republic or the One Sith was that will get you into a fight real quick. Many of the mando'ade are leery of force users so keep that in mind"

She took another drink, she was really beginning to relax now.

Cole chuckled.

"Then I guess that leaves using them in private." "I like to think a little of both." "I am an infiltration soldier by trade..... I like to take advantage of opportunities that come up or create my own if the need arises."

Cole paused

"Why do you have somewhere you would like for me to............."

He cocked an eyebrow with a smirk.

"..............infiltrate?"

Cole moved over to sit beside Arla.

"Well not every culture considers beating the crap out of each other a legitimate form of communication." "And I like sparing as much as the next guy but there is a big difference between it and "you insulted my mother I'm gonna kill you."

He smiled nodding

"Ok so six tenets.....................Armor, language, defending family." "Makes sense...............how restrictive is the Armor.................everybody looks the same or some modification/customization is allowed?"

He smiled.

"Raising children Mandalorian....................is that a subtle offer or a requirement to have children?" "Not really sure I am father material."

Cole took a sip of his drink looking at the fire his tone going serious for a moment.

"The Republic tried to kill me.........................I would be more inclined to return the favor than anything else."

"Infiltration. We could use that, there is a group of super commandos that specialize in stealth, infiltration." Now she had not answered his question. She was trying think how far she was willing to go.

"I know you have a big .......sword. It might be good for personal use. But the kind of infiltration that mandalorians enjoy has to last and always gets us dirty. Can you handle that?"

Ok. He had a nice smile for a stranger who was becoming a friend.

"Armor is custom and color has meaning like the purple in mine stands for loyalty. Gray for mourning, red for honoring a father, black is justice and there are others. If you join us it will be part of the process. The paint." Armor was important part of them representative of who they were.

"Do you want children?" She had Avrum she had not explained to anyone about him and no one asked. "Or do you just like practicing producing them?"

Strange conversation they were having.

"Many would still kill those that had been part of the republic. They. Have changed Cole. And we'll they've paid the price."

She rested easy against the log , "it's not a bad life. Pretty simple really. You get what you work at. There's no free ride here."

Cole chuckled.

"Never did like stealth......always looked to much like hiding." "Besides not the kind of infiltration I was referring to yet some how I get the impression you know exactly what I meant." "Besides it is not the size of the sword that matters but how well you wield it."

Cole smiled looking Arla up and down for a second before continuing.

"Some times you have to do what you have to do to get the job done." "However it is not the same as being next to a woman like you." "A woman that encourages a special level of dedication to the craft and as a result produces a special level of pleasure............some would call Ecstasy."

His eyes finally meeting hers again.

"Wouldn't you agree Ms. Balor?"

He paused letting his question hang in the air.

"Ok so there is some flexibility in armor choice..........cool." "So I suppose every Mandalorian is in a Clan if clan welfare is a tenet?" "If you don't mind me asking...........how did you end up in Clan Ordo.........I assume someone else originally created the Clan?"

[member="Arla Balor"]

"Well that's too bad, I'm the exact opposite."

He flashed a smile back her way before he scooted himself more towards the dirt to allow her enough room to lay down. Thoughts came to his mind of the awkward situation that might come at the discovery of their night if the Alor of Clan Munin happened to walk by with his own baar'ur. Would he mind? Certainly not. But he could only imagine the thrashing he might get from the girl's mother if she didn't approve of him. Manda women could be nasty that way... But for the moment, he was all too prepared to take the risk.

It was well sized bag, and insulated well enough that it could act as a simple mattress without much discomfort. The space would be tight... But he could manage. He only hoped the girl wouldn't feel too uncomfortable with the situation, though if she felt that bad about it, he supposed she might have taken off into the woods before he could have even made his offer. That was a good sign, right? He only hoped that he might not muck this up by boring her with more talk of Nar Shaddaa or... Circuits.

"Your Mom won't pound my head into the dirt or anything for giving you a place to sleep, right?"

She shook her head, "yes it is hiding hence stealth." He was playing with her and she knew it it had been a long time since someone had just sat and talked in this way with her and it felt good to not be concerned that she had said or did the wrong thing the wrong way. "Yes I know exactly what you are talking about I wasn't born yesterday, or even last week." She gave him the same look of up and down he had given her.

Ok, they were likely equally matched. She had heard his remark about the use of the sword, "With your sword can you flunge?" She knew a few terms only because of some blade master who had come into the Cantina she never thought she'd use those terms in conversation ever..like never.

She almost choked when he spoke he twisted words like the blades man he was, "yes in any situation where pleasure can be achieved through multiple acts as well as the dedication and performance of each person involved, I would say that ecstasy is the only result." Ok she wasn't smooth just then but he had caught her off guard and she just stumbled over words hoping they made sense.

"Everyone is member of Clan yes" Yes they kept the conversation lively, "Clan offers a lot, protection, family, sense of belonging which is how I ended up there my Buir, is a man named [member="Ordo"] he adopted me into his clan because I was clanless and without a sense of family. I floundered and didn't do well, it took a long journey for me to get where I am now, sometimes the past does come up and shake me up. But it doesn't stop me like it use, and I don't hold anyone accountable for me, only I am accountable for me. But I am accountable for every member of Clan Ordo and the things they do, and to ensure they are taken care of."

She smiled at him, "We are more than our armor Cole, I hope in time you can see that. I hope you stay long enough to see that." She took another drink. The conversation was a bit serious. But sometimes you have to say what's on your mind.

"So when were you thinking of leaving again?"

Cole smiled.

"Leave...............'

He turned looking at her.

"I seem to have found every reason to stay." "Beside I am not a one night kind of guy." "I get the impression one could not experience everything you have to offer in a single night." "And I am positive the experience will leave me hungry for more."

Cole looked back towards the fire.

"It has been a long time since I have been responsible for people." "I am still haunted by those I lost in the Republic's treachery..............men and women who counted on me to keep them safe."

Cole drew deathly silent for what seemed like forever before he stood dumping the last of his drink out.

"I never want to feel that way ever again."

Cole turned to Arla his eyes clearly haunted by memories he had suppressed even as he forced a smile.

"Goodnight Arla..........thank you for the food and company."

He turned from the fire looking for somewhere to lay his head. Going back to the ship at night on a foreign planet was not the best idea.

[member="Arla Balor"]

Never had anyone ever said that to her she felt her mouth go dry, feth. What could she say to that? 'Cole, theres only one way to find out you know. You'd have to experience it."

She was being bold being forward, being Arla as she always wanted to be.

She got up to follow him, "If you're headed to bed and if you don't want to sleep in a tree house" hint hint, "I can make sure you have blankets and are kept warm. you know."

She had seen a look, "Im sorry if what i said brought up bad memories, my clan has lost people. At Roche where the Republic well i will leave it at we lost people. its hard its feth i dont know what to say i just want you to know i understand." She was blabbering.

"So you want a blanket?"

[member="Cole Dagos"]

Cole paused not turning around.

"It's not your fault." "I have not thought about my men in a long time..........being here.............seeing the beach...........hearing you talk about family." "My men were my family..........they had been my family since I left home at 18."

He turned smiling softly to her and reaching out to cup her cheek.

"I thought you were going to be my blanket...........is that not what we have been teasing each other with half the night?" "I don't want to rush you into anything you are not comfortable with but......................"

He looked her up and down again licking his lips.

[member="Arla Balor"]

"I know what it feels like to have to no one I know what it feels like to have everything taken." She looked up as he cupped her cheek yes they had been dancing around it all night and why not . She wanted that for a night two three however many they decided to do.

"Can I get you to stay in the treehouse, its really nice warm private. I dont know what you are looking for, but I can offer you comfort, warmth and me for this night. If you want to share my blankets"

She had spent some long nights alone she was lonely and seeking her own comfort in the arms of a man she barely knew would would cease those feelings for a while.

[member="Cole Dagos"]

Cole smiled and would lean in to try and kiss her before responding.

"How can I say no to that?"

Sure Cole had been dancing around it the entire night but truth be told it had not been until that very moment that he made the decision whether or not he would follow through. He knew nothing about her but even still he felt a connection to her. Not just because she was beautiful but because they had shared similar experiences..........spoke a similar mostly unspoken language.

"Lead the way."

Arla was not Cole's first but she would be the first he genuinely wanted to spend the night with............in the back of his mind he wondered if it would produce a more meaningful experience.

[member="Arla Balor"]

She kissed him sweetly enjoying it for the brief moment, she motioned for him to follow taking him towards the edge of the clearing a single tree with a rope ladder.

She pointed upwards, "All the way to the top of the ladder. The whole place is ours." Arla began climbing she could have jetted up but not now.

"We will see the sun rise" She moved up the ladder slowly not wanting to miss a rung. Reaching the top and the walkway which connected them to the others she crawled up then stood turning to her left and heading past the canvas door.

She found the lantern and soon a warm golden glow filled the room. It was a single large room with a bed a wookie size one covered in furs.

"wow nicer than i thought" She looked back to see if Cole was still with her.

[member="Cole Dagos"]

Cole followed her to the clearing, up the ladder and into the room.

"The sun won't be the only thing we see rising."

He chuckled wrapping his arms around her at her waist planting a soft kiss on her neck. When she commented about how nice the room was he whispered into her ear.

"Without you it is just a hut in a tree."

He would gently push her forward removing a hand from her only long enough to make sure the door covered the entrance giving them the privacy he desired.

[member="Arla Balor"]

"I'm liking the hut." Her armor would have to come off buckles held it on. Her buy'ce hit the floor "I'm looking forward to the sword play actually" She lightly placed her hands on his chest as her fingers curled into the fabric pulling him closer.

"First you have to get through my armor. But I would like a better taste " Arla moved to capture his lips with her own, it was going to be a long night if she had her way.

The canvas barely moved a gentle breeze came through the window they could stay here for as long as they wanted.

[member="Cole Dagos"]

Cole breathed through his nose as her lips captured his returning in kind. His hand briefly cupping her face before searching for the buckles that held her armor in place. At first his hands fumbled at the task before he got control of the desire swelling up in him. He broke this kiss for only a second.

"You Mandos and your armor...........like a fething jigsaw puzzle."

Just as quickly his lips rejoined hers as he managed to manipulate the first buckle on her armor.

[member="Arla Balor"]

"Dont worry whats underneath is worth the work" One day he might find out how important that armor really was. She wiggled around to get the armor off wouldnt do if the buckles just popped open.

"i think the time for talking is passing" She worked the buttons of his shirt as their kisses became more heated.

She gave enough room for the chest piece to fall, then stepped one more as she quickly opened the buckkes and removed the rest of her armor, backing up till she rested against the bed, "Ready to give me sword lessons"
