You were messaged our terms last night. We thought you would post them to your members. Here they are for everyone to see.

1. Maximum 2 alts per writer.
2. Maximum 10 allies per faction. All participating allies MUST sign in at the Invasion OOC thread.
3. PVP focus - minimal fleeting with a maximum of 4000m per faction. Fleeting does not determine the outcome of the invasion.
4. Armies are background noise only. Controlled groups must be kept to tactful numbers.
5. All complaints or issues between players must be resolved by speaking to your opponent's writer. If a solution cannot be found, faction admins must then be notified. Board staff should be used as a last resort.

I told them that they should think about what they were going to do, I never agreed to their terms. You guys want the asteroids you can have their dust. I don't care about your terms I don't care about any of this, I don't care if my faction loses or wins, all I care about is seeing it all burn. And I will burn my own planets before you even step foot on them. Food for thought :)

The Crusade can come up with terms. I don't recall a rule mandating the invaded faction has to abide by them.
Before an Invasion begins, Faction Leaders must convene to discuss how the Invasion will be handled by both sides to account for fairness and balance. If a compromise cannot be reached please consult a Role-play Judge.

Is the Rule that you're thinking/not thinking of. We PM'd the terms and the apparent response was simply "Invasion denied." Thats not really how it works so instead of arguing back and forth for 5 days we decided to go ahead and launch the invasion as has been done with past Invasions, an example being the Invasion of Nar Shadda by the Republic. We feel our rules are more than fair for both sides. If you wish however you may call on an RPJ.

While this is a fantastic attitude to have ICly, it does not make for a very good OOC leader. I suggest you reassess your strategies and thinking on this and actually try for what most people would consider to be a fun thread, IE not resigning yourself to one fate.

Consult a judge I don't care, I have my fleet and I'm really not wanting to deal with petty PVP combat on an asteroid field. In zero gravity. You literally can't land troops there and the only facility there is a nuclear company. So you moved forward without consulting a judge or talking back with me. You have no one to blame but yourself

[member="Supreme Overlord Dredge"] You also can't deny an Invasion, just saying. It may have been poor form for us to invade a new faction, but it is even more poor form to abridge rules that you simply decided you weren't going to cooperate with. In fact, that is probably the worst order of form I think I have ever see in any inter-faction action.

You can't blame us for your inability to play square and fair.

STOP!!!!! Stop it right now, there is no need for this, either of you!

I messaged the one that our Faction Owner, Dredge, said had notified him. I had asked for them to discuss the terms with me (FA) if they'd like, and I got nothing in return.

I believe that what Aaron is trying to say is that the Terms were just thrown upon him/us and were not mutually discusses as they should have been. Now, perhaps this was just a hasty mistake on his part to assume that what you placed forward was not up for discussion or negotiation, but I didn't hear from you guys either, and before this gets out of hand I think that this (the terms primarily) should be cleared up first. There's no need to summon an RPJ for every little discrepancy.
