What creature would make a good Witch's Familiar?

With the subsequent death of her amphistaff and her stronger resolve to practice force magic, I feel like Allara should see out an animal companion that harkens to witch familiars in Earth paganism and wiccanism, yet it be something to fit the Star Wars narrative. Suggestions?
