I'm new to a lot of people. Kay is my only character so far. She hasn't run into many Sith. But her powers of influence continue to grow and bring many in to fight for her cause. Your character could feel that pull and be curious about it. Not saying that they would duel or anything as Kay isn't a very good fighter, but they could have a 'discussion' or 'debate' about the Force. And given that she's a Senator in the Galactic Republic and your character is in the One Sith, that makes them enemies in more than one way. Not all wars are fought in battlefields. Some are fought through a mental chess game, so to speak.

As a senator, its more likely Ferus will try to Assassinate you. He does lead the Sith Assassins, and their job is killing powerful enemies of the OS.

Well here is an idea. Senator Kay is headed to a neutral planet on some diplomatic/political mission. OS assassins are told about it and send Ferus to assassinate her. However, along the ride is jedi master Whitelight and her padawan (ME! Pick ME!) as guards.

We could be running up and down some hotell corridors or whatnot. You trying to kil her and we trying to get her safe and sound back to her ship.
