I put 0-20%. I love shapeshifting aliens, out of the norms, and a deal of others. I made a friggin centaur-scorpion-telepath species so I could be different.

I mostly have near-humans, if only because it makes finding a playby so much easier. Plus, no one comments on how different you look IC/makes assumptions on your character based solely on species.
Of course, I also have a pair of Bothans and a Sentient bear, but still.

Everything else is an alien, and many of them are rather far from human aliens, like the four-arm methane breather or the big-brain sort-of-grey or whatever unholy mess Jeffar is best described as.
I actually have more droids than human-like characters, seeing as one character counts as both.
